1 American Express & Times Square Shopping Promotion 2015 Grand Lucky Draw ( the Lucky Draw ) Terms & Conditions: 1. From March 7, 2015 to April 26, 2015, both dates inclusive ( Promotion Period ), American Express Cardmembers ( Amex Cardmembers ) who spend HK$1,800 or above with maximum 3 transactions on American Express Cards*( Amex Card ) on the same day at the retail and dining outlets in Times Square ( Participating Location ) in Hong Kong will receive 3 Lucky Draw tickets. Non Amex Cardmembers who spend HK$2,000 or above with maximum 3 transactions with any other electronic payment method (including other credit card, debit card, UnionPay card, Octopus or EPS) on the same day at the Participating Location in Hong Kong will receive 1 Lucky Draw ticket. *Transaction made on credit cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co. Ltd., DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited or Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong, is treated as other electronic payment method. 2. Transaction is not applicable to utilities bill payments, Octopus automatic add value service amount and transactions, unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized/ fraud/ abuse transactions and any transactions without electronic payment transaction slip and merchant sales receipts such as internet purchases, mail/ fax/ phone orders, charity donations and the purchase of Gift Certificates, Merchant Vouchers and Cash Coupons, bank services, telecommunications services, car parks, store-value cards or any value added to store-value cards. For deposit payment, the unpaid amount will not be counted. 3. Only original same-day merchant receipts and Amex Card transaction slips presented on the day of purchase will be accepted. The handwritten receipts, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted. For Non Amex Cardmembers, original same-day merchant receipts and corresponding electronic payment receipts presented on the day of purchase will be accepted. The handwritten receipts, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted. 4. Original merchant receipts and corresponding electronic payment transaction slips of eligible transaction must be presented on the same transaction date to the American Express Counters located at 5/F and B2, Times Square (opens from 10:30am to 10:00pm daily) from March 7 to April 26, 2015 to redeem the Lucky Draw tickets. Customers satisfied the required spending amount but with original merchant receipts issued after 9:45pm can only bring along the receipts and corresponding electronic payment transaction slips to redeem the Lucky Draw tickets within the next day.

2 5. Each original same-day merchant receipt and corresponding electronic payment transaction slip (for both Amex Cardmembers and Non Amex Cardmembers) can only be redeemed once. 6. Participants are required to complete all the required personal data on the Lucky Draw ticket and tear along the line and drop the entry stub into the lottery box during the Promotion Period. Submissions after the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 7. The draw will be held on April 28, 2015 and the results will be announced on May 7, 2015 in Sing Tao Daily News and The Standard. The winners will be notified by or telephone as a confirmation. 8. The winners need to present the Customer Copy of the Lucky Draw ticket in person upon prize redemption. 9. The Lucky Draw prizes are: Grand prize 240,000 Asia Miles (1 winner); 2nd prize 180,000 Asia Miles (1 winner) and 3rd prize 120,000 Asia Miles (1 winner). Membership of Asia Miles is mandatory to qualify for this Lucky Draw. If the winner is not an Asia Miles member, he/she can enroll for free at Winner is required to provide valid membership information including name and membership number by June 7, 2015 in order to receive the prize. Winner who fails to comply will forfeit the right to receive the prize. The Asia Miles awarded will be credited to the winner s Asia Miles account by July 7, Asia Miles terms and conditions apply. 10. Only Hong Kong Identity Card holders are entitled to enter this Lucky Draw. 11. Photocopies of the Lucky Draw ticket will not be accepted. 12. Prizes cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash, credit, goods or services in any kind. 13. American Express International, Inc. ( American Express ) and Times Square Ltd. ( Times Square ) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 14. If the personal details on the winning Lucky Draw ticket is illegible or the winner cannot be reached by telephone or by , American Express and Times Square reserve the right to assign the prize to other winner.

3 15. Should any disputes arise, the decision of American Express and Times Square shall be final. 16. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
