1 Terms and Conditions of BoC Pay HK$50 Rewards (the HK$50 Rewards ): 1. HK$50 Rewards commences from 17 January to 31 March 2019 as below (both dates inclusive) (the Entire HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period ): Wave 1: from 17 January to 4 February 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the Wave 1 HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period ); and Wave 2: from 5 February to 31 March 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the Wave 2 HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period ). 2. Customers who successfully download BoC Pay and bind it with BOC Dual Currency Credit Cards bearing the logo issued in Hong Kong (the Eligible Credit Cards 1 ) and / or Smart Account during Wave 1 HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period / bind it with Eligible Credit Cards 1 and / or Smart Account for the first time during Wave 2 HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period (the HK$50 Rewards Eligible Customers ) are eligible for the HK$50 rewards (the HK$50 Rewards ). 3. All of the BoC Pay bound Eligible Credit Cards 1 and / or Smart Accounts by the same HK$50 Rewards Eligible Customers will be combined for the purpose of calculating the maximum amount of rewards available to the same customer. Each HK$50 Rewards Eligible Customers (identified by the number of Identity Documents) can earn up to HK$50 during the Entire HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period. If the HK$50 Rewards Eligible Customer binds the BoC Pay with Eligible Credit Card(s) 1 and Smart Account, the HK$50 Rewards will be credited to the first bound Eligible Credit Card 1 account; if the HK$50 Rewards Eligible Customer binds the BoC Pay with the Smart Account only, the HK$50 Rewards in form of cash will be credited to respective principal account. Binding BoC Pay with an additional card will be identical to the binding with the main card. All the Eligible Credit Card 1 accounts of the cardholder will be automatically combined for the calculation of the entitled HK$50 Rewards. The HK$50 Rewards will be automatically credited to the successfully bound main card account. Smart Account is owned by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (the BOCHK ). The BOC Credit Card (International) Limited (the Card Company ) is one of the organizers of this HK$50 Rewards and will be responsible for the arrangements and operations to credit the HK$50 Rewards to credit card accounts. 4. Only customers whose credit card accounts and / or Smart Account are binding with BoC Pay, valid and in good standing, and with positive balance (applicable to Smart Account) throughout the Entire HK$50

2 Rewards Promotion Period and at the time when the HK$50 Rewards is awarded will be eligible for the HK$50 Rewards. In the event of termination of a credit card account, violation of Card User Agreement during the Entire HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period or at the time the HK$50 Rewards is being awarded, the HK$50 Rewards will not be credited to the credit card account; and will be cancelled automatically forthwith. 5. HK$50 Rewards cannot be redeemed into cash or exchanged for other gifts and is also non-refundable, non-transferrable and not for sale. The HK$50 Rewards awarded is only for retail spending after the rewards being awarded and cannot be used to offset any cash advance, financial change or outstanding balance incurred before the rewards being awarded. 6. The HK$50 Rewards will be awarded upon verification of the respective binding record. If the binding record recorded during Wave 1 HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period, the respective HK$50 Rewards will be credited to the respective Eligible Credit Card 1 accounts or Smart Account principal accounts on or before 19 February And it will be posted in the February or March 2019 monthly statement of the cardholder (applicable to Eligible Credit Card 1 accounts). If the binding record recorded during Wave 2 HK$50 Rewards Promotion Period, the respective HK$50 Rewards will be credited to the respective Eligible Credit Card 1 accounts or Smart Account principal accounts on or before 30 April And it will be posted in the April or May 2019 monthly statement of the cardholder (applicable to Eligible Credit Card 1 accounts). 7. Staffs of BOCHK and the BOCHK Group are not eligible to the HK$50 Rewards. Terms and Conditions of Offer 1: 1. Up to HK$60 rewards on BoC Pay (the Promotion 1 ) commences from 12 December 2018 to 31 Mar 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the Promotion Period 1 ). Reward 1: 2. During the Promotion Period 1, customers of BOCHK, BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and BOC Dual Currency Co-branded Cards cardholders (the Eligible Customers ) who fulfill below requirements by using Smart Account or BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and BOC Dual Currency Co-branded Cards via BoC Pay will be eligible for the rewards.

3 i. make any retail spending or bill payment for HK$20 or above (the Eligible Spending/ Bill Payment ) to enjoy HK$20 rewards. ii. make any fund transfer for HK$20 or above (the Eligible Transfer ) to enjoy HK$20 rewards. 3. The above BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and BOC Dual Currency Co-branded Cards refer to BOC Dual Currency Credit Card and all BOC Dual Currency Co-branded Cards issued in Hong Kong by the Card Company bearing the logo, excluding BOC Credit Card issued in the mainland and Macau, USD Credit Card, Great Wall International Card, Private Label Card, BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Commercial Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card and Intown Card (the Eligible Credit Card ). 4. There is a maximum cap on the rewards being earned per each of the Eligible Customers (identified by the number of Identity documents). All Eligible Spending/Bill Payment and/or the Eligible Transfer conducted by the same Eligible Customer under different Smart Accounts and / or Eligible Credit Cards will be combined for the purpose of calculating the maximum amount of rewards available to the same customer. For the offer of Eligible Spending/ Bill Payment, each Eligible Customer can earn a maximum of HK$20 rewards in total throughout the Promotion Period 1. For the offer of Eligible Transfer, each Eligible Customer can earn a maximum of HK$20 rewards in total throughout the Promotion Period 1. Eligible Customer can earn a maximum of HK$40 rewards as a whole throughout the Promotion Period For Eligible Customers who use Eligible Credit Card to conduct Eligible Spending/Bill Payment via BoC Pay, all Eligible Credit Card accounts of the same cardholder will be automatically combined for the calculation of the total entitled rewards. Eligible Spending/Bill Payment emanating from an additional card will be combined with those from the principal card to calculate towards the rewards. The rewards will be in form of BOC Credit Card Free Spending Credit, and will be credited to the first principal card account which successfully made the Eligible Spending/Bill Payment on or before the end of June 2019, and will be posted in the June or July 2019 monthly statement. No rewards will be awarded if the customer spends with a credit card other than Eligible Credit Cards. 6. To be eligible for the rewards, the Eligible Spending /Bill Payment must be made within the Promotion Period 1 (counted by transaction date) and

4 posted to the Eligible Card account on or before 7 April All BOC Credit Card Free Spending Credit awarded is only for retail spending after the Promotion Period 1 and cannot be used to offset any cash advance, financial charge or outstanding balance incurred before the end of the Promotion Period Free Spending Credit cannot be redeemed into cash or exchanged for other gifts and is also non-refundable and non-transferrable. 9. Only customers whose credit card accounts are binding with BoC Pay, valid and in good standing throughout the entire Promotion Period 1 and at the time when the rewards is awarded will be eligible for the Promotion 1. In the event of termination of a credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement during the Promotion or at the time the rewards is being awarded, the rewards will not be credited to the credit card account; and will be cancelled automatically forthwith. 10. Eligible Customers who use Smart Account to conduct Eligible Spending/Bill Payment or Eligible Transfer via BoC Pay, the rewards in form of cash will be credited to respective principal account on or before the end of June Eligible Customers must maintain valid Smart Account with positive balance, otherwise, the rewards will be forfeited. 11. During the Promotion Period 1, if Eligible Customers (identified by the number of Identity documents) use Eligible Credit Card and Smart Account to conduct Eligible Spending/Bill Payment respectively, the rewards will be credited to the first principal credit card account which successfully made the Eligible Spending/ Bill Payment. Smart Account is owned by BOCHK. The Card Company is one of the organizers of this Promotion 1 and will be responsible for the arrangements and operations to credit the rewards to credit card account. 12. Customers must retain all original transaction document(s) of Eligible Spending for reference. In case of any dispute, BOCHK and / or the Card Company reserves the right to request a customer to provide the original transaction document(s) and/or such further documentation or evidence for verification. All documents and/or such further documentation submitted will not be returned. 13. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as eligible transaction and will not be qualified for the rewards. Only posted transactions and Eligible Spending/Bill Payment and/ or Eligible Transfer determined by BOCHK and

5 / or the Card Company are eligible for the Promotion The definition of Eligible Customers, Eligible Spending/Bill Payment and Eligible Transfer shall be determined by the record of BOCHK and/or the Card Company. 15. All awarded rewards can neither be exchanged for other gifts nor refunded; transferred. 16. Any fraud and abuse will result in the forfeiture of a customer s eligibility to participate in the program. Should the transaction be canceled after the rewards being awarded, the eligibility will be forfeited. BOCHK and / or the Card Company reserve the right to debit the relevant Smart Accounts and/ or credit card accounts with the amount equivalent to the value of the rewards without prior notice to the account holder or cardholder. BOCHK and/or the Card Company also reserve the right to cancel the respective account and/or take such further legal actions as deemed necessary. Reward 2: 17. Customers who was the first time to set BOCHK account as the Faster Payment System ( FPS ) Default Account through BoC Pay within the Promotion Period 1 and received a payment with amount of HK$100 or above (or its equivalent amount) via FPS from other banks or institutions to the FPS Default Account in BOCHK successfully ( Eligible Receivable Transaction ) between 12 December 2018 and 31 March 2019 (both dates inclusive) ( Eligible Receivable Transfer Period ) will be entitled to enjoy HK$20 Reward ( Reward 2 ). 18. The above first time to set BOCHK account as the FPS Default Account through BoC Pay refers to setting the BOCHK account as the FPS Default Account through Boc Pay within the Promotion Period 1 and was never setting the BOCHK account as the FPS Default Account through BoC Pay before the Promotion Period Reward 2 will be credited to customers BOCHK HKD Default Beneficiary Account in FPS in cash on or before the end of June If the FPS Default Beneficiary Account is Smart Account, the reward will be credited to customers related main account. At the time when the Reward is credited, Customers must still maintain a BOCHK s account as the FPS Default Account which is still valid together with positive HKD balance, or else the reward will be forfeited.

6 General Terms: The above HK$50 Rewards, Reward 1 and Reward 2 are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last, and subject to the record of BOCHK and / or the Card Company. Customers are responsible for the data charges of using BOCHK Mobile Application or Mobile Banking imposed by their service providers. Customers can enjoy the above offers simultaneously. However, those offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers that are not listed in this promotion material.
