1 General Terms and Conditions on Dining Offers: 1. Unless otherwise specified, offers are valid from 1 October to 30 November 2016 (both dates inclusive). Promotion period of certain merchants may vary; please refer to the related promotion materials. 2. Unless otherwise specified, cardholders must present and settle payment with a BOC Credit Card or BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card bearing the logo issued in Hong Kong (including Co-branded Cards, but not applicable to BOC Credit Card issued in Mainland China and Macau, Great Wall International Card, USD Credit Card, BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card, Private Label Card and Intown Card) to enjoy the offers. Offers may not be available during public holidays and festive seasons (Eve and Festive Day) or such other blackout dates as may be designated from time to time by the Merchants. Offers are not applicable on firework display nights, chef promotions, wine dinner, guest chef, designated dishes, banquet, wedding, conference, catering, conference, private function, VIP room, take-away menus, tobacco, cigarettes, ticket sales events, coupons, VIP/member reward schemes, sales or any other promotional offers. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discounted dishes, discount, exchanged for cash or other beverages, food, products and are non-transferable. 10. All promotional food items are subject to stock availability. Any change to the offer terms will be subject to the prevailing circumstances at the time of patronage. 11. The Company and the Merchants each reserve its right to suspend, change, or terminate the offers or amend the offer terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice. 16. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company and the Merchants. 17. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. Dining Merchant Specific Terms & Conditions: Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui 1. During the promotion period, Buy-One-Get-One offers are subject to a limited 3,000 quota in total while daily quota applies and will be on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last. Each patronage is entitled to a maximum of two complimentary buffets/dinner sets only, regardless of the number of diners. 2. Reservation for bookings in November will be started from 24 October 2016 onwards, and quotas are subject to availability and merchant's final confirmation. 3. BOC Buy-One-Get-One buffet offer applies to adult only. 4. Offers of Café are available to 2 to 12 persons per table; offers of The Chinese Restaurant are available to 4 to 12 persons per table. Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong 1. During the promotion period, Buy-One-Get-One offer is subject to a limited 5,300 quota in total while daily quota applies and will be on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last. 2. To enjoy the BOC Buy-One-Get-One buffet offer, cardholders must made prior reservation via designated website of the Merchant as listed below. Reservation is only available for the booking in recent 7 days BOC Buy-One-Get-One buffet offer applies to adult consumer aged 12 or above only. 4. Offers are valid from 10 October to 30 November During the promotion period, complimentary Dining Cash Voucher are subject to a limited 2,100 quota in total while daily quota applies and will be on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last. 3. Receive a complimentary Mira Dining HK$200 Dining Cash Voucher upon patronage of HK$600 or above

Unless otherwise specified, offers are valid from 1 September to 31 December 2016, applicable to lunch buffet / dinner buffet on Monday to Sunday (except Sunday lunch buffet), the offer is not applicable on public holiday, festive holidays and their eves. 2. During the promotion period, offers are subject to a limited 1,500 quota in total while daily quota applies and will be on a first-come-first-served basis and available while stocks last. Each table is entitled to a maximum of one free offer per visit only, regardless of the number of diners. Terms & Conditions of BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card HK$200 Spending Credit Reward on Dining Promotion : 1. BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card HK$200 Spending Credit Reward on Dining Promotion (the Promotion ) commences from 1 October to 30 November 2016 (both dates inclusive) (the Promotion Period ). The registration period commences from 10:00 on 15 October to 23:59 on 2 December 2016 (the Registration Period ). To be eligible for the promotion, a cardholder must register through the designated registration hotline on or before 3 December This promotion is only applicable to BOC CUP Dual Currency Credit Card issued in Hong Kong bearing the logo (the Applicable Card ), including Co-branded Cards but not applicable to BOC Visa and MasterCard Credit Card, BOC Credit Card issued in Mainland China and Macau, Great Wall International Card, USD Credit Card, BOC Purchasing Card, BOC Prepaid Card, BOC Express Cash Card, Private Label Card and Intown Card (the Eligible Credit Card ). 3. During the Promotion Period, the first 5,000 cardholders who make accumulated local dining spending of or over HK$5,000 (must be including at least 2 separated Eligible Transactions, the Clause 4 applies) with an Applicable Card (the Eligible Transaction ) with successful registration, each main cardholders (based on HKID) (the Eligible Cardholder ) will be entitled to HK$200 Spending Credit Reward for once. Shall there be over 5,000 cardholders who had registered successfully and fulfilled the spending requirement at the same time, BOC Credit Card (International) Ltd (the Company ) will grant the reward to first 5,000 successful registered cardholders. The Company will determine the eligibility of reward to Eligible Cardholder based on the records held by the Company at its sole and absolute discretion. 4. Dining Transaction must be made at a restaurant/eatery in Hong Kong SAR, but with exclusion of online transaction, spending on/at banquet services, private parties/functions, private room events, dining outlets in department stores, social/sports associations or clubhouses or such other non-dining merchants and non-acceptable dining spending as may be defined from time to time by China UnionPay according to their respective merchant category or by the Company at its sole discretion. Dining spending categories shall be

4 determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company. 5. To be eligible for participation in this Promotion, cardholder must successfully register with the input of accurate details on the 24-hour registration hotline once during the Registration Period ( Registration ). The registration reference number will be announced instantly on the registration system for record and reference. No spending credit reward will be awarded to cardholders who have neither duly made Eligible Transaction within the Promotion Period, nor registered within the Registration Period with the correct information. 6. Registration and Eligible Transactions emanating from an additional card will be combined with those from the main card to be calculated towards the spending credit reward. All the Applicable Card accounts of the cardholder will be automatically combined for the calculation of the entitled spending credit reward. The spending credit reward will be automatically credited to the registered main card account. If a cardholder registers more than once, the spending credit reward will be posted to the first successfully registered credit card account. No spending credit reward will be awarded if the cardholder registers / spends with a credit card other than the Applicable Card. 7. To be eligible for the spending credit reward, the Eligible Transactions must be posted to the Applicable Card account on or before 7 December Once the registration has been completed, the information provided will be recorded and cannot be cancelled, altered or exchanged. The record announced via the registration hotline is only for reference and cannot be taken as confirmation of the final result. The Company will determine the eligibility of each transaction by matching the cardholder transaction records held by the Company and the relevant data provided in each registration. If the information provided in the registration differs from those of the Company records, the latter shall be final and conclusive. 9. Cardholders must retain all original transaction sales slips for reference. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right to request a cardholder to provide the original transaction sales slip(s) and/or such further documentation or evidence for verification at any time during or after the Promotion. All sales slips and/or such further documentation submitted to the Company will not be returned. 10. Any fraudulent, unauthorized, unposted, cancelled or refunded transaction will not be deemed as Eligible Transaction and will not be qualified for the spending credit reward. Only posted transactions with valid sales slips are eligible for this Promotion. 11. Only cardholders whose credit card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the whole Promotion Period and at the time the spending credit is being awarded will be eligible for the reward. In the event of termination of the credit card account, violation of the Card User Agreement or forfeiture of the spending credit reward during the Promotion or at the time the reward is being awarded, the spending credit reward will be cancelled automatically forthwith. 12. The spending credit awarded cannot be refunded, transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash or other gift items. 13. All spending credit awarded is only for retail spending after the close of the Promotion period and cannot be used to offset any cash advance, finance charge or outstanding balance incurred before the Promotion Period. 14. The spending credit awarded will be credited to the first successfully registered eligible account on or before end of January 2017 upon verification of the transaction details, and will be posted in the January or February 2017 monthly statement of the main cardholder.

5 15. The Company accepts no liability for the quality of or any other matters arising from the products, services and offers provided by the participating merchants. The participating merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to its products and services. 16. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this promotion or its terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company. 17. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of the Company. 18.
