From January 30, 2018 to February 25, 2018, both dates inclusive ( Promotion Period ), American Express Cardmembers ( Amex Cardmembers ) who spend HK$3,800 or above with maximum 2 transactions with American Express Cards* ( Amex Card ) on the same day at any retail and dining outlets with the exception of Apple Store in Hong Kong ifc mall ( Participating Location ) will receive 3 Lucky Draw tickets. Non-Amex Cardmembers who spend HK$3,800 or above with maximum 2 transactions on the same day with any other electronic payment method at any retail and dining outlets with the exception of Apple Store in Hong Kong ifc mall ( Participating Location ) will receive 1 Lucky Draw ticket. *Transaction made on credit cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co. Ltd., DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited or Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong, is treated as other electronic payment method. 2. Each merchant sales receipt must be worth HK$100 or above with any electronic payment method (including but not limited to credit card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay and WeChat Pay) and made by the same Amex Cardmember s account/ Non-Amex Cardmember s account. Transaction is not applicable to utilities bill payments, Octopus automatic add value service amount and transactions, transactions made at Apple Store, unposted/ cancelled/ refunded/ falsified/ unauthorized/ fraud/ abuse transactions and any transactions without electronic payment transaction slip and merchant sales receipts such as internet purchases, mail/ fax/ phone orders, charity donations, and purchase of Hong Kong ifc mall Gift Vouchers, Gift Certificates, Merchant Vouchers and Cash Coupons, bank services, telecommunications services, banking and currency exchange services, car parks fees, Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons Place, store-value cards or any value added to store-value cards. For deposit payment, the unpaid amount will not be counted. 3. Only original same-day merchant sales receipts and Amex Card transaction slips presented on the day of purchase will be accepted. For Non-Amex Cardmembers, original same-day merchant receipts and corresponding electronic payment receipts presented on the day of purchase will be accepted. Handwritten receipts, reprinted or photocopied receipts and damaged receipts will not be accepted. 4. Original merchant receipts and corresponding electronic payment transaction slips of eligible transaction must be presented on the same transaction date to the American Express Counter located at Podium Level 2 (near Shop 2065 TORY BURCH) of Hong Kong ifc mall (opens from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm daily) during the Promotion Period to redeem the Lucky Draw tickets. Customers satisfied the required spending amount but with original merchant receipts issued after 9:15 pm can only bring along the receipts and corresponding electronic payment transaction slips to redeem the Lucky Draw tickets within the next day. 5. Each original same-day merchant receipt and corresponding electronic payment transaction slip (for both Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers) can only be redeemed once. 6. Participants are required to complete all the required personal data on the Lucky Draw ticket and tear along the line and drop the entry stub into the lucky draw box during the Promotion Period. 2 7. The draw will be held on March 5, 2018 and the result will be announced on March 13, 2018 in Sing Tao Daily News and The Standard. The winners will be notified by or telephone as a confirmation. 8. The winners need to present the Customer Copy of the Lucky Draw ticket in person upon prize redemption. 9. The Lucky Draw grand prize is 500,000 Asia Miles (1 winner), 2nd prize is 300,000 Asia Miles (1 winner) and 3rd prize is 200,000 Asia Miles (1 winner). Membership of Asia Miles is mandatory to qualify for this Lucky Draw. If the winner is not an Asia Miles member, he/she can enroll for free at Winner is required to provide valid membership information including name and membership number by April 13, 2018 in order to receive the prize. Winner who fails to comply will forfeit the right to receive the prize. The Asia Miles awarded will be credited to the winner s Asia Miles account by May 11, Asia Miles Terms and Conditions apply. 10. Only Hong Kong Identity Card holders are entitled to enter this Lucky Draw. 11. Photocopies of the Lucky Draw ticket will not be accepted. 12. Prizes cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash, credit, goods or services in any kind. 13. American Express International, Inc. ( American Express ) and Hong Kong ifc mall ( ifc mall ) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 14. If the personal details on the winning Lucky Draw ticket is illegible or the winner cannot be reached by telephone or by , American Express and ifc mall reserve the right to assign the prize to other winner. 15. Should any disputes arise, the decision of American Express and ifc mall shall be final. 16. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. The Instant Prize redeemed must be the one designated for the higher spending tier only if applicable, not all other prizes of all lower spending tiers as well. 3. Each merchant sales receipt must be worth HK$100 or above with any electronic payment method (including but not limited to credit card, EPS, Octopus, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay and WeChat Pay) and made by the same Amex Cardmember s account / Non-Amex Cardmember s account. For spending with electronic payment, the amount of spending is based on the net spending amount, which is the final amount charged to the electronic payment as shown on the electronic payment slip. The use of any discount offers, cash rebate and any forms of credit card rebate dollars like cash dollars and tips will not be taken into account. Valid receipts and corresponding electronic payment vouchers will be stamped by Hong Kong ifc mall authorised chop after redemption. 5. Original merchant receipts and corresponding electronic payment transaction slips of eligible transaction must be presented on the same transaction date to the American Express Counter located at Podium Level 2 (near Shop 2065 TORY BURCH) of Hong Kong ifc mall (opens from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm daily) during the Promotion Period to redeem the Instant Prize. Each Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers can redeem the Instant Prize once per day only. Each original same-day merchant receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip (for both Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers) can only be redeemed once. No receipt is allowed to be reused for redemption. 7. Photos and any images of the gifts are for reference only. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or services in any kind. Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers to redeem the Gift(s), Gift Card(s) or Shopping Voucher(s) are responsible for inspecting the gifts, Gift Cards Page 4 of 5

5 or Shopping Vouchers upon redemption. Redeemed Gift(s), Gift Card(s) and Shopping Voucher(s) cannot be returned, reissued, replaced or exchanged. In the event of Lane Crawford gift cards going out-of-stock, they will be replaced by the same value of city super Shopping Vouchers. All gifts are offered on a first come, first served basis (Redeemable quantity: 7,500 pcs of Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon Financier (8pcs) Gift Box Gift Vouchers and 4,850 sets of ifc Lai See Packets), while stocks last and reserve the right to substitute the Instant Prize in the event of out-of-stock without any prior notice. 8. Images of Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers sales receipts and payment slips will be captured for internal control purposes. All such records will be destroyed after the completion of the Promotion. Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers who decline this arrangement will be regarded as withdrawing from the Promotion. 9. Sales personnel of the Participating Location tenants are not allowed to participate in this Promotion on behalf of Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers. 10. American Express International, Inc. ( American Express ) and Hong Kong ifc mall ( ifc mall ) shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. American Express and ifc mall are not responsible for any obligations and liabilities related to the goods and/or services provided by Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon and providers of Gift Cards and Shopping Vouchers. 11. American Express and ifc mall reserve the right not to accept and/or recognise any receipt(s) which are deemed inappropriate, suspicious and/or invalid for redemption in the Promotion at its sole and absolute discretion. For any cases or suspected cases of dishonesty, American Express and ifc mall also reserve the right to seek assistance from the police. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and ifc mall on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the Instant Prize shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. 12. The Instant Prize is bound by the above terms and conditions. American Express and ifc mall reserve the right to cancel, revise or suspend all or any part(s) of the Instant Prize, or the terms and conditions herein contained, at any time without prior notice or reason; may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to Amex Cardmembers and Non-Amex Cardmembers in the manner it deems appropriate in such cases. 13. In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 14.
