1 Terms and conditions: BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Promotion refers to the BankBazaar offers available to users on successful application of credit card/s on BankBazaar.sg during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to UNIQGIFT or Scoot vouchers issued by BankBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Credits refers to Mileslife credits issued by BankBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Promotion Period Offer is valid for applications made on BankBazaar.sg between 1 May 2018 and 31 July Promotion Mechanics For HSBC Credit Card applicants only New HSBC customers will have an option to choose one of the gift options below on approval of their first eligible HSBC credit card, I. S$150 worth of UNIQGIFT vouchers II. S$150 worth of Mileslife credits Existing HSBC cardholders will have an option to choose one of the gift options below on approval of each subsequent HSBC credit card, I. S$150 worth of Mileslife credits Existing Citi cardholders are not eligible for UNIQGIFT vouchers and Mileslife credits Terms and Conditions governing BankBazaar Lucky Draw Eligibility All approved credit card applicants who has applied for HSBC and/or Citi credit card on BankBazaar.sg during the Promotion Period, will be eligible for a weekly lucky draw where 2 lucky customers will win S$250 worth of Scoot vouchers. No correspondence will be entertained about BankBazaar s decision. Participants who did not win in any Lucky Draw are eligible to submit a new credit card application to participate and win in any subsequent Credit Card Application Periods. Winners of any of the Lucky Draws shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent Credit Card Application Periods. A customer who wins the Lucky Draw will receive an from BankBazaar confirming the results of the lucky draw. BankBazaar may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prizes with another of similar value. Customer winning the Lucky Draw are not allowed to exchange prizes for cash or other goods and services. BankBazaar will not entertain any request for the exchange of prizes. BankBazaar reserves the right at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Program Period, Lucky Draws, shorten or extend the duration of the Program Period and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the Terms and Conditions, without any liability or prior notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant. BankBazaar shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, riots or wars (whether declared or not), terrorist activities, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, change or issuance of new applicable laws. In all circumstances, BankBazaar s decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Program Period, Lucky Draws, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Participants agree and undertake to be bound by the aforesaid decisions. 3

4 The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) or otherwise, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Voucher Redemption Mechanics the following to I. BankBazaar s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was referred to the bank II. III. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You may block out your credit card number if you wish. Mention your choice of vouchers i.e. UNIQGIFT vouchers or Mileslife credits Voucher Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive Vouchers, customers need to their voucher redemption claim before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter), whichever is later. Specific to the BankBazaar Lucky Draw, eligible participants must submit their voucher redemption before the Lucky Draw Date corresponding to their Credit Card Application Period in order to be in the Lucky Draw 4

5 When will you get your Voucher(s) For UNIQGIFT Vouchers: Upon receipt of your voucher redemption , validated customers will be sent their UNIQGIFT voucher within 6-8 weeks to your mailing address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. For Mileslife Credits: Upon receipt of your voucher redemption , validated customers will receive their Mileslife credits within 6-8 weeks on your address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. For Scoot Vouchers: Once the weekly Lucky Draw is complete, winning customers will receive their Scoot Voucher within 5 working days via to the address supplied during your application Other Terms & Conditions - Vouchers BankBazaar.sg is not responsible for any performance or quality claims associated with such description of the Voucher. Redemption of the Voucher shall be completely governed by the Voucher s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Voucher s merchant alone. By use of this Voucher, you agree specifically to the terms on the Voucher and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. BankBazaar.sg does not make any warranty in relation to the Voucher, including, without limitation, their validity and/or value. BankBazaar.sg is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming the Voucher. This Program is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Vouchers shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Voucher requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Vouchers through BankBazaar.sg, you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. 5

6 Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Program. Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BankBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Voucher once issued. Vouchers can t be replaced or cancelled after issue. In addition to the above, the Voucher is subject to the terms of use of BankBazaar.sg and these additional terms and conditions No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Voucher is available under the Program. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Voucher is prohibited. Voucher once used cannot be reused. BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Program at any time without prior notice. BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Program, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BankBazaar.sg shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the Partner Banks. The Voucher is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the offer, which may indicate applicability of the offer against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BANKBAZAAR EXCLUSIVE DEAL on the website 6

7 Terms of Use for UNIQGIFT vouchers The voucher is issued by Option Gift Pte Ltd. This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. This voucher is denominated in Singapore Dollars. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. This voucher is not valid for use with any promotion or discount. This voucher must be fully utilised in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable. This voucher cannot be replaced if lost, and damaged or defaced vouchers are considered void and cannot be replaced. The validity of expired vouchers cannot be extended. Option Gift Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion. Option Gift Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with unauthorised use of this voucher. 8 Terms of Use for Mileslife credits Mileslife Credits can only be used in the Mileslife App for spendings and/or transactions that is to take place through the Mileslife App. Mileslife Credits can only be used to transact in the currency that you decided to do the Top Up. There is no limit to the number of top ups done per Mileslife account. Mileslife Credits are permanently valid and will never expires. Mileslife Credits cannot be transferred to another user s Mileslife account once it has been credited into his or her Mileslife account. Mileslife reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Top Up Credits cannot be exchangeable for any other currencies or loyalty points and/or any other items other that the purpose set out within the terms and conditions. Information on how to Top Up Mileslife Credits shall form part of these terms and conditions. In the event of any refund request for the Top Up Credits made on Mileslife, the user acknowledged and agreed to bear an administrative fees of 15% of total refund amount. A refund can only be made in the currency the user used for the Top Up, i.e. if a user selects to Top Up in Singapore Dollars, he/she can only refund in Singapore Dollars as well. Do send in your refund request to customer.sg@mileslife.com. The refund will be fully processed within 30 business days. Mileslife Credits cannot be resold, exchanged or transferred for value under any circumstances. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochures, marketing or other promotional materials or communications relating to the Top Up Credits function, these terms and conditions shall prevail. The Top Up Credits function and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The Courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms and conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof. By performing a Top Up, you represent you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of Top Up Credits and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of the judges and organiser without limitation or qualification. 9 further agree that all decisions of the organiser shall be final and conclusive. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions carefully. Mileslife reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions of this Top Up Credits function at any time without giving any prior notice. You agree to immediately notify Mileslife by sending an to of any fraudulent activity or theft of funds in your Credits balance of which you become aware. Mileslife has the right to suspend, or later reverse, the processing of any transaction where it reasonably believes that the transaction may be fraudulent, illegal or involves any criminal activity or where the Company reasonably believes you to be in breach of the terms and conditions. In the case of a topping up Mileslife Credits with a debit or credit card, you agree that we may issue a reasonable authorization hold, which is not an actual charge against your card, in order to verify your payment method via your card. The hold may appear in your statement as pending. The authorization hold is issued as a preventive measure against any unauthorised or fraudulent usage of your card. In the event that the top up of Mileslife Credits while using a debit or credit card is processed overseas, i.e. not in Singapore, you will be liable for any additional charges in relation thereto. You shall be responsible to resolve any disputes with your debit or credit card company on your own. 10 Terms of Use for Scoot vouchers The voucher entitles the holder to SGD250 in credit that may be applied toward travel on Scoot marketed and operated flights. Travel bookings must be made latest by 21st November All standard fare rules and conditions of the fare(s) purchased shall apply during the purchase. If the value of the itinerary exceeds the voucher value, you are required to pay the difference at your own expense. You can use the Voucher only once, if the voucher balance remains after purchase, the balance will be forfeited. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the purchase of Scoot marketed and operated flights, that can be booked on flyscoot.com as well as baggage, meals, seats, and associated taxes, charges and fees which are part of flight booking. Vouchers are not applicable for third party services, including but not limited to, travel insurance, hotels and car hire. Voucher is void if bartered, exchanged, bought or sold. Voucher may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or refunded. Please read Scoot FAQs here Instructions to redeem your voucher: Once you are ready to redeem, visit flyscoot.com to make your booking. On the payment page, select VOUCHER and enter the code of the voucher you intend to redeem. The voucher amount will then be offset against the Total Package Price. The net amount payable will be reflected on the Total Amount Due. 10
