1 Terms and conditions: Qoo10 x BankBazaar Exclusive Deal Promotion refers to the BankBazaar offers available to users on successful application of credit card/s on during the promotion period. Gifts refers to Qoo10 Coupons/Gift Cards/Products issued by Qoo10 to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining Qoo10 x BankBazaar Exclusive Deal. Promotion Period Promotion is valid for applications made on BankBazaar between 19 th June 2018 and 31st August 2018 (both dates inclusive). Promotion Mechanics For New HSBC and/or Citi Credit Card applicants only New HSBC and/or Citi cardholders will get to choose from a variety of gifts on approval of their first eligible HSBC and/or Citi credit card: I. $150 Qoo10 Cart Coupon Pack consisting of: i. Qty x $50 (min. $50 Spent); 3 Qty x $20 (min. $20 Spent); 4 Qty x $10 (min. $10 Spent) OR II. Qoo10 $100 Gift Cards OR III. 3 Gift Redemption Mechanics the following to I. BankBazaar s Acknowledgement sent to you when your credit card application was referred to the bank I. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. Gift Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive the Gifts, customers need to their Gift redemption claim before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter), whichever is later. When will you get your Gift For Qoo10 rewards: Upon receipt of your Gift redemption , validated customers will be sent a unique Qoo10 reward code and redemption URL within 6-8 weeks to your address. You can visit the URL and choose the desired Gift from Qoo10 with the help of Qoo10 reward code provided by BankBazaar. Qoo10 shall be responsible for fulfillment and delivery of the Gifts. Terms of Use for Qoo10 Gifts The Gifts are issued by Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. For coupons as gift incentives, each Qoo10 registered user can only grab one set of coupons and use each coupon once in a single cart purchase Coupons are valid for 7 days from the date of issue and will expire at 23:59 on the 7th day from the date of issue. 3

4 Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with discounts from special corners (e.g. Time Sales, Daily Deal and Qchance, etc.) For product gift incentives or gift card, each Qoo10 user can only grab one quantity from the List of Exclusive Qoo10 Gifts table found above, from item numbers Validated customers will be notified by BankBazaar, through . BankBazaar will issue Qoo10 reward code for respective product gift incentives upon successful credit card approval Qoo10 partners will deliver the product to customers Other Terms & Conditions Gifts BankBazaar shall not responsible for any performance or quality related claims associated with the Gift. Redemption of the Gift shall be completely governed by the Gift s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Gift s merchant alone. By use of this Gift, you agree specifically to the terms on the Gift and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. BankBazaar does not make any warranty in relation to the Gift, including, without limitation, their guarantee/after sales service. BankBazaar is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming the Gift. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Gift shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Gift requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Gift through you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. 4

5 Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BankBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Gift once issued. In addition to the above, the Gift is subject to the terms of use of BankBazaar and these additional terms and conditions No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Gift is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Gift is prohibited. BankBazaar reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BankBazaar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BankBazaar shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the Partner Banks. The Gift is available on selected product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the Promotion, which may indicate applicability of the offer against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge Qoo10 X BANKBAZAAR EXCLUSIVE DEAL on the website BankBazaar is not responsible for any after sales servicing of the Gifts received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Gift Merchant directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. Customer agrees and warrants to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Gift directly with the merchants providing Gift i.e. Qoo10 Pte. Ltd. You also undertake not to make BankBazaar a party to such complaints arising out of quality and servicing of the Gift. 5
