1 Terms and conditions: BBazaar Exclusive Deal BBazaar refers to BBazaar Online Marketing Services Sdn. Bhd. Promotion refers to the BBazaar offers available to users on successful application of credit card on during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to Tesco Voucher issued by BBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining the Promotion. Gift/ ABS Cabin Bag refers to 20 Wheeler ABS Cabin Bag distributed by Primative Enterprise and issued by BankBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion. Promotion Period Promotion is valid for applications made on between 1 st August 2018 to 30 th September 2018 Promotion Mechanics This Promotion is available for the customers resident in Peninsular Malaysia only. This Promotion is not available for customers from Sabah and Sarawak. In the sole discretion of BBazaar, it may offer shopping cash voucher with value of RM120, to the customers from Sabah and Sarawak. For Alliance Bank and/or Citi ## and/or Standard Chartered Bank ## Credit Card Applicants. Approved card holders will have an option to only choose one of the gift options below on approval of their first eligible credit card,: I. 2 Gift Redemption Mechanics the following to: I. Your choice of Tesco Online Voucher or Tesco Cash Voucher or ABS Cabin Bag II. III. BBazaar s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was referred to the bank. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter received from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the copy of approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. Gift Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive the Gift, customers need to their Gift redemption claim before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter), whichever is later. When will you get your Gift(s) Once the Gift Redemption Claim is received is Bbazaar, fullfilment of Gifts/Vouchers will only be done upon verification of the claim from the respective partner banks. For Tesco Voucher: Upon receipt of your gift redemption , validated customers that opted for Tesco Online Voucher will be ed their Tesco Online Voucher within 2- weeks to your preferred address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. For validated customers that opted for Tesco Cash Voucher, the fullfiment will be done within 6 weeks to your preferred delivery address as mentioned in the credit card approval leter. For ABS Cabin Bag: Upon receipt of your Gift redemption , validated customers will receive their ABS Cabin Bag within 6- weeks on their preferred mailing address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. Other Terms & Conditions Gift Customer(s) who are New to Bank (Alliance Bank and/or Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank ) shall only be eligible to qualify for this Promotion. New-to-bank customers shall mean the customers/individuals who does not hold any Alliance Bank and/or Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank s credit card at the time of making an application, (for any one or more of the Alliance Bank and/or Page 2

3 Citibank or Standard Chartered Bank credit card(s)) as a principal cardmember and/or had cancelled any of his/her Alliance Bank and/or Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank credit card within six (6) months before the date of application. In addition to the above requirement to qualify for this Promotion, Citibank credit cards applicants must activate the Credit Card, within 60 days of approval. For the sake of clarity, customers who do not activate the approved Citibank credit card within 60 days of its approval, shall not be eligible to receive any gifts from BBazaar. BBazaar will provide the Gifts and/or Vouchers to the Customers only, upon Citibank notifying BBazaar of the customers s approval and activation of the credit card within the stipulated time period.. The Promotion is valid for only one application submitted per bank during the Promotion Period. For avoidance of any doubt, customers applying for multiple cards from the same bank shall be eligible for one Gift only, irrespective of the number of applications approved from such bank. BBazaar is not responsible for any performance or quality claims associated with such description of the Gift. Redemption of the Gift shall be completely governed by the Gift s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Gifts Supplier i.e. Primative Enterprise (Gift Merchant/Supplier) alone. By use of this Gift, you agree specifically to the terms and conditions of the Gift and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant and/or the Supplier. BBazaar does not make any warranty in relation to the Gift, including, without limitation, their value and/or quality. BBazaar is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming/receiving the Gift. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Gift shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Gift requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Gift through BBazaar you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. 4 Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Gift once distributed. Gift can t be replaced or cancelled after issue. In addition to the above, the Gift is subject to the terms of use of and these additional terms and conditions. No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Gift is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Gift is prohibited. BBazaar reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BBazaar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards, personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BBazaar shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the partner banks. The Gift is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the promotion, which may indicate applicability of the promotion against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BBazaar Exclusive Deal on the website BBazaar is not responsible for the servicing of Gift received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Gift Merchant/Supplier directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. You agree and warrant to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Gift and/or Vouchers directly with the merchants providing the Gift i.e. Primitive Enterprise and Tesco respectively. You also warrant not to make BBazaar a party to such complaints arising out of quality and servicing of the Gift. BBazaar reserves the right at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion Period shorten or extend the duration of the Promotion Period and/or amend, modify, delete, Page 4

6 Terms of Use for Tesco Voucher If the customer opts for Tesco Cash Voucher, see below for the terms of use for cash voucher a) Voucher can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Tesco Stores in Malaysia b) Voucher is non-exchangable, non refundable (i.e. not returnable for cash or new voucher) c) No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Voucher d) Voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), credit card or debit card e) Voucher valid for 365 days from the date of issuance or until a pre-determined fixed expiration date f) Voucher is valid for one redemption only g) Voucher is not valid at the Food Court or any outleys not operated by Tesco h) Tesco will not entertain any claims for defaced, dmaged or lost Vouchers i) Tesco reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice If customer opts for Tesco Online Voucher see below for terms and conditions for Tesco Online Store Shopping taken from Tesco Malaysia Website Terms & Conditions as taken from Tesco Malaysia Website a) Voucher is valid for all new and existing GHS customer (GHS means Grocery Home Shopping) b) Validity of Voucher shall be displayed on the Voucher itself c) Voucher is redeemable via Tesco Online website and Tesco Online Malaysia apps only. d) Each Voucher is only valid for one (1) redemption only. e) Only one (1) Voucher could be redeemed in one transaction. f) This Voucher cannot be sold, bought, exchanged or donated. g) Multiple usage of Voucher across multiple transactions and/or elements of fraud will lead to cancellation of the order. h) Tesco Online delivery is valid for selected location within Klang Valley area, Penang, & Johor Bharu. i) No refund is permitted once the Voucher is purchased & no refund for any unused Voucher. j) Cash is strictly not accepted. Customers must pay the difference using credit card for payment. k) Tesco reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective with no other notice provided. l) Your use of the Voucher indicates your agreement to be bound by these Voucher Terms and Conditions. Page 6

7 m) Tesco shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any evoucher or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use an Voucher for any reason. n) When you use an Voucher you warrant to Tesco that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Voucher and that you are using it in good faith. o) If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Vouchers to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence. p) If we reasonably believe that any Voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any Voucher and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Tesco reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances. Terms of Use for 20 4 Wheeler ABS Cabin Bag 20 4 Wheeler ABS Cabin Bag is fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with 1 year guarantee. All return must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your gift (tracked order) Luggage must be in its original unused condition Luggage must have all tags attached and the original packaging included Below is the process flow of return, postage will be borne by customer: I. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. II. III. IV. Proceed to the nearest post office / courier to process your return.
