1 Terms and conditions: BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Promotion refers to the BankBazaar offers available to users on successful application of credit card/s on during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to Al-Futtaim Retail Asia Gift Voucher (formerly known as Robinsons Gift Voucher) issued by BankBazaar to the applicant upon approval of his/her credit card application(s) submitted through during the Promotion Period, and / or Scoot vouchers issued by BankBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of being selected from the BankBazaar Lucky Draw. Accepted at Robinsons, Royal Sporting House, Marks & Spencer, Zara, Lacoste, The Social Foot, Reebok, Bebe, Bershka, Coast London, Massimo Dutti, Nautica, Pull&Bear, Quiksilver Roxy DC, Ted Baker and many more brands. Promotion Period BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion is valid for applications submitted through BankBazaar.sg between 6 July 2018 and 31 August BankBazaar Lucky Draw offer is valid for applications submitted through BankBazaar.sg between 01 May 2018 and 31 July

2 Promotion Mechanics For HSBC Credit Card applicants only New HSBC card applicants will receive Al-Futtaim Retail Asia Gift Vouchers worth S$100 on approval of their first eligible HSBC credit card: Existing HSBC cardholders will receive Al-Futtaim Retail Asia Gift Vouchers worth S$50 on approval of each subsequent HSBC credit card. For Citi Credit Card applicants only New Citi card applicants will receive Al-Futtaim Retail Asia Gift Vouchers worth S$100 on approval of their first eligible Citi credit card: Existing Citi cardholders are not eligible to qualify for this Promotion and will not receive any Gift / Vouchers from BankBazaar. Terms and Conditions governing BankBazaar Lucky Draw Eligibility All approved credit card applicants who has applied for HSBC and/or Citi credit card on BankBazaar.sg during the Promotion Period, will be eligible for a weekly lucky draw where 2 lucky customers will each win S$250 worth of Scoot vouchers. Credit Card Application & Lucky Draws BankBazaar shall conduct fourteen (14) lucky draws over fourteen (14) contest periods, the dates of which are set out below: Credit Card Application Period Lucky Draw Date 1-7 May June May June May June May July

No correspondence will be entertained about BankBazaar s decision. Participants who did not win in any Lucky Draw are eligible to submit a new credit card application to participate and win in any subsequent Credit Card Application Periods. Winners of any of the Lucky Draws shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent Credit Card Application Periods. A customer who wins the Lucky Draw will receive an from BankBazaar confirming the results of the lucky draw. BankBazaar may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prizes with another of similar value. Customer winning the Lucky Draw are not allowed to exchange prizes for cash or other goods and services. BankBazaar will not entertain any request for the exchange of prizes. BankBazaar reserves the right at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion Period, Lucky Draws, shorten or extend the duration of the Promotion Period and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the Terms and Conditions, without any liability or prior notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant. BankBazaar shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, riots or wars (whether 3

4 declared or not), terrorist activities, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, change or issuance of new applicable laws. In all circumstances, BankBazaar s decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Promotion Period, Lucky Draws, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Participants agree and undertake to be bound by the aforesaid decisions. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) or otherwise, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions. 4

5 Vouchers Redemption Mechanics the following to I. BankBazaar s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was referred to the bank I. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. Vouchers Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive the Vouchers, customers need to to support@bankbazaar.sg their Voucher redemption claim before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter), whichever is later. Specific to the BankBazaar Lucky Draw, eligible participants must submit their Voucher redemption before the Lucky Draw Date corresponding to their Credit Card Application Period in order to be in the Lucky Draw. When will you get your Vouchers For Al-Futtaim Retail Asia Gift Vouchers: Upon receipt of your voucher redemption , BankBazaar will send validated customers their voucher redemption letter within 6-8 weeks. Redemption letter will be mailed to your mailing address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. Proceed to Robinsons Raffles City with the Original redemption letter along with your NRIC/Passport for verification. To check on the status of your voucher redemption, please contact BankBazaar customer service team at support@bankbazaar.sg. For Scoot Vouchers: Once the weekly Lucky Draw is complete, winning customers will receive their Scoot Voucher within 5 working days via to the address supplied during your application 5

6 Other Terms & Conditions Vouchers BankBazaar.sg shall not responsible for any performance or quality related claims associated with the Voucher. Redemption of the Voucher shall be completely governed by the Voucher s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Voucher s merchant alone. By use of this Voucher, you agree specifically to the terms on the Voucher and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. BankBazaar.sg does not make any warranty in relation to the Voucher, including, without limitation, their guarantee/after sales service. BankBazaar.sg is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming the Voucher. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Voucher shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Voucher requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Voucher through BankBazaar.sg, you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BankBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Voucher once issued. In addition to the above, the Voucher is subject to the terms of use of BankBazaar.sg and these additional terms and conditions No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Voucher is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Voucher is prohibited. BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. 6

The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BankBazaar.sg shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the Partner Banks. The Voucher is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the Promotion, which may indicate applicability of the offer against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BANKBAZAAR EXCLUSIVE DEAL on the website BankBazaar.sg is not responsible for any after sales servicing of the Vouchers received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Voucher Merchant directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. Customer agrees and warrants to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Gifts directly with the merchant providing the Voucher i.e. Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Refer to for full listing. Terms of Use for Al-Futtaim Retail Asia Gift Vouchers Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or gift card. It can only be used for purchase of goods or services at participating retail stores in Singapore. For full list of participating stores, refer to Voucher is valid for two years from the date of issue and no extension of the expiry date is allowed. Any unutilized amount of this voucher shall not be refundable. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen voucher. The company reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this voucher at any time without prior notice. Consumer Advisory Robinson & Co (S) Pte Ltd, the holder of Al-Futtaim Retail Asia gift voucher stored value facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. 9 Terms of Use for Scoot vouchers The Voucher entitles the holder to SGD250 in credit that may be applied toward travel on Scoot marketed and operated flights. Travel bookings must be made latest by 21st November All standard fare rules and conditions of the fare(s) purchased shall apply during the purchase. If the value of the itinerary exceeds the Voucher value, you are required to pay the difference at your own expense. You can use the Voucher only once, if the voucher balance remains after purchase, the balance will be forfeited. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the purchase of Scoot marketed and operated flights, that can be booked on flyscoot.com as well as baggage, meals, seats, and associated taxes, charges and fees which are part of flight booking. Vouchers are not applicable for third party services, including but not limited to, travel insurance, hotels and car hire. Voucher is void if bartered, exchanged, bought or sold. Voucher may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or refunded.
