1 Terms and conditions: BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Promotion refers to the BankBazaar offers available to users on successful application of credit card/s on during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to Scoot vouchers issued by BankBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of being selected from the BankBazaar Lucky Draw Gift refers to Anti-Theft Backpack distributed by Genesis Supplies Link LLP and issued by BankBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Promotion Period Offer is valid for applications made on BankBazaar.sg between 1 June 2018 and 31 August Promotion Mechanics For HSBC Credit Card applicants only New and existing HSBC customers will receive the following free Gift on approval of their eligible HSBC credit card: I. Anti-theft backpack with zip lock, built-in rain coat cover and external USB-port (worth S$150) For Citi Credit Card applicants only New Citi customers will receive the following free Gift on approval of their first eligible Citi credit card: I. Anti-theft backpack with zip lock, built-in rain coat cover and external USB-port (worth S$150) Existing Citi cardholders are not eligible to qualify for this Promotion and receive any Gift from BankBazaar. 1

2 Terms and Conditions governing BankBazaar Lucky Draw Eligibility All approved credit card applicants who has applied for HSBC and/or Citi credit card on BankBazaar.sg during the Promotion Period, will be eligible for a weekly lucky draw where 2 lucky customers will each win S$250 worth of Scoot vouchers. Credit Card Application & Lucky Draws BankBazaar shall conduct fourteen (14) lucky draws over fourteen (14) contest periods, the dates of which are set out below: Credit Card Application Period Lucky Draw Date 1-7 May June May June May June May July May - 4 June July June July June July June August June - 2 July August July - 9 July August July - 16 July August July - 23 July August July - 31 July September 2018 Representatives of BankBazaar will pick the lucky draw winner from eligible entries. 3 Participants who did not win in any Lucky Draw are eligible to submit a new credit card application to participate and win in any subsequent Credit Card Application Periods. Winners of any of the Lucky Draws shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent Credit Card Application Periods. A customer who wins the Lucky Draw will receive an from BankBazaar confirming the results of the lucky draw. BankBazaar may, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, replace, change or substitute any prizes with another of similar value. Customer winning the Lucky Draw are not allowed to exchange prizes for cash or other goods and services. BankBazaar will not entertain any request for the exchange of prizes. BankBazaar reserves the right at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion Period, Lucky Draws, shorten or extend the duration of the Promotion Period and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the Terms and Conditions, without any liability or prior notification to any person, including but not limited to any Participant. BankBazaar shall not be liable to any party whatsoever for any delay in complying or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to the occurrence of any event or circumstance beyond its control, including without any limitation to, acts of God, natural disasters or catastrophes, riots or wars (whether declared or not), terrorist activities, epidemics, health threats, quarantine requirements, change or issuance of new applicable laws. In all circumstances, BankBazaar s decisions shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to the Promotion Period, Lucky Draws, and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Participants agree and undertake to be bound by the aforesaid decisions. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights on any third party, whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) or otherwise, and no third party shall have any right to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions. 3

4 Gift Redemption Mechanics the following to I. BankBazaar s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was referred to the bank I. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. Gift Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive the Gifts, customers need to their voucher redemption claim before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter), whichever is later. Specific to the BankBazaar Lucky Draw, eligible participants must submit their gift redemption before the Lucky Draw Date corresponding to their Credit Card Application Period in order to be in the Lucky Draw When will you get your Gift(s) Upon receipt of your Gift redemption , validated customers will be sent their Gift within 6-8 weeks to your mailing address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. 4

5 Other Terms & Conditions - Gifts BankBazaar.sg shall not responsible for any performance or quality related claims associated with the Gift. Redemption of the Gift shall be completely governed by the Gift s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Gift s merchant alone. By use of this Gift, you agree specifically to the terms on the Gift and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. BankBazaar.sg does not make any warranty in relation to the Gift, including, without limitation, their guarantee/after sales service. BankBazaar.sg is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming the Gift. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Gift shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Gift requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Gifts through BankBazaar.sg, you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BankBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Gift once issued. In addition to the above, the Gift is subject to the terms of use of BankBazaar.sg and these additional terms and conditions No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Gift is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Gift is prohibited. 5

6 BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BankBazaar.sg shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the Partner Banks. The Gift is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the offer, which may indicate applicability of the offer against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BANKBAZAAR EXCLUSIVE DEAL on the website BankBazaar.sg is not responsible for any after sales servicing of the Gifts received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Gift Merchant directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. Customer agrees and warrants to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Gifts directly with the merchants providing Gifts i.e. Genesis Supplies Link LLP. You also undertake not to make BankBazaar.sg a party to such complaints arising out of quality and servicing of the Gift Product(s). 6

7 Terms of Use for the Anti-theft Backpack a) Genesis Supplies Link LLP is responsible for the delivery and after sales service of the Anti-theft Backpack. b) The Anti-theft Backpack is exchangeable if it is received with a manufacturing defect. Exchange needs to be made within 14 days. Please contact Genesis Supplies Link LLP to be guided through the return process. The return shipping costs will be absorbed by Genesis Supplies Link LLP. c) Genesis Supplies Link LLP will require the customer to provide images of the defective issue, and Genesis Supplies Link LLP will justify the eligibility of exchange. d) Anti-theft Backpack packaging will have Imported and Distributed By Sticker which consist of: Genesis Supplies Link LLP B-5-12, Sunway Geo Avenue Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway Subang Jaya Selangor, Malaysia e) After Sales Service Enquiry to be ed only at inquiry@genesis-supplies-link.com f) Customer s receipt of the Anti-theft Backpack indicates his/her agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Anti-theft Backpack. Terms of Use for Scoot vouchers The voucher entitles the holder to SGD250 in credit that may be applied toward travel on Scoot marketed and operated flights. Travel bookings must be made latest by 21st November All standard fare rules and conditions of the fare(s) purchased shall apply during the purchase. If the value of the itinerary exceeds the voucher value, you are required to pay the difference at your own expense. You can use the Voucher only once, if the voucher balance remains after purchase, the balance will be forfeited. Vouchers can only be redeemed for the purchase of Scoot marketed and operated flights, that can be booked on flyscoot.com as well as baggage, meals, seats, and associated taxes, charges and fees 7

8 which are part of flight booking. Vouchers are not applicable for third party services, including but not limited to, travel insurance, hotels and car hire. Voucher is void if bartered, exchanged, bought or sold. Voucher may not be redeemed for cash, exchanged or refunded. Please read Scoot FAQs here Instructions to redeem your voucher: Once you are ready to redeem, visit flyscoot.com to make your booking. On the payment page, select VOUCHER and enter the code of the voucher you intend to redeem. The voucher amount will then be offset against the Total Package Price. The net amount payable will be reflected on the Total Amount Due. 8
