1 Terms and conditions: BBazaar Exclusive Deal BBazaar refers to BBazaar Online Marketing Services Sdn. Bhd. Promotion refers to the BBazaar offers available to customers on approval of their credit card application made through and activation of the approved cards thereafter, during the promotion period. Voucher refers to Touch n Go card or Lazada Voucher issued by BBazaar to the applicant upon successful participation in the Promotion. Promotion Period Promotion is valid for applications made on between 12 November and 26 November Promotion Mechanics This Promotion is available for the customers resident in Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah and Sarawak only. # For Alliance Bank and/or Citi and/or Standard Chartered Bank Credit Card Applicants. 2 III. IV. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter received from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the copy of approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. A scanned copy of proof of activation of the credit card via photography or screen copy of the card activation message received by the customer from the bank through SMS. You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information in such proof of activation. Voucher Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive the Voucher, customers need to their Voucher redemption claim along with the listed documents before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter) and card activation, whichever is later. When will you get your Voucher(s) Once the Voucher Redemption Claim is received at BBazaar, fullfilment of Vouchers will only be done upon verification of the claim from the respective partner banks. For Touch n Go card or Lazada Voucher: Upon receipt of their Voucher redemption , validated customers will be mailed within 8 weeks- their choice of Voucher to their preferred delivery address as mentioned in their credit card approval letter. Other Terms & Conditions Voucher # Customer(s) who are New to Bank (Alliance Bank and/or Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank ) shall only be eligible to qualify for this Promotion. New-to-bank customers shall mean the customers/individuals who do not hold any Alliance Bank and/or Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank s credit card at the time of making an application, (for any one or more of the Alliance Bank and/or Citibank or Standard Chartered Bank credit card(s)) as a principal cardmember and/or had cancelled any of his/her Alliance Bank and/or Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank credit card within six (6) months before the date of application. In addition to the above requirement to qualify for this Promotion, customers must activate the credit card, within 30 days of approval. For the sake of clarity, customers who do not activate the approved credit card within 30 days of its approval, shall not be eligible to receive any Voucher from BBazaar. BBazaar will provide the Voucher to the Customers only, upon respective bank notifying BBazaar of the customers s approval and activation of the credit card within the stipulated time period. Page 2

3 The Promotion is valid for only one application submitted per bank during the Promotion Period. For avoidance of any doubt, customers applying for multiple cards from the same bank shall be eligible for one Voucher only, irrespective of the number of applications approved from such bank. BBazaar is not responsible for any performance or quality claims associated with such description of the Voucher. Redemption of the Voucher shall be completely governed by the Voucher s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Voucher Supplier i.e. Touch n Go or Lazada Voucher (Voucher Merchant/Supplier) alone. By use of this Voucher, you agree specifically to the terms and conditions of the Voucher and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant and/or the Supplier. BBazaar does not make any warranty in relation to the Voucher, including, without limitation, their value and/or quality. BBazaar is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming/receiving the Voucher. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit card and no Voucher shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Voucher requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Voucher through BBazaar you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Voucher once distributed. Voucher can t be replaced or cancelled after issue. In addition to the above, the Voucher is subject to the terms of use of and these additional terms and conditions. No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Voucher is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Voucher is prohibited. Page 3

4 BBazaar reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BBazaar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards, personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BBazaar shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the partner banks. The Voucher is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the promotion, which may indicate applicability of the promotion against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BBazaar Exclusive Deal on the website BBazaar is not responsible for the servicing of Voucher received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Voucher Merchant/Supplier directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. You agree and warrant to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Voucher directly with the merchants providing the Voucher i.e.touch n Go and/or Lazada. You also warrant and undertake not to make BBazaar a party to such complaints arising out of quality and servicing of the Voucher. BBazaar reserves the right at its sole discretion, to suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion Period shorten or extend the duration of the Promotion Period and/or amend, modify, delete, supplement, replace or revise the Terms and Conditions, without any liability or prior notification to any person, including but not limited to any participant. No minimum purchase is required to redeem this Discount. The discount is applicable for one (1) time redemption only. Create or Log on to your Lazada account to redeem discount. No cash alternatives or refund will be offered in lieu of Promotion entitlement. Discount cannot be combined and accumulated. LAZADA reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and condition from time to time, with or without any prior notice.
