1 Terms and conditions: BankBazaar Credit Card Promotion Promotion refers to the BankBazaar.sg offers available to qualifying customers on successful application of HSBC credit card/s on during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to CapitaVouchers issued by BankBazaar.sg to the applicant upon validation of his/her eligibility for the Promotion. Promotion Period BankBazaar.sg Credit Card Promotion is valid for applications submitted through BankBazaar.sg between 1 Aug 2018 and 31 August Promotion Mechanics For HSBC Credit Card applicants only New HSBC card applicants can redeem S$50 worth of Vouchers on activation of their first eligible HSBC credit card. Upon spending a minimum of S$600 in Qualifying Transactions* within one (1) month of Card Account Opening Date, new HSBC card applicants can redeem additional S$100 worth of Vouchers from BankBazaar.sg. Existing HSBC cardholders are not eligible to qualify for this Promotion and will not receive any Vouchers from BankBazaar.sg. 1

2 Promotion Redemption Mechanics To redeem your S$50 Vouchers upon card activation, the following to I. BankBazaar.sg s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was submitted II. III. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. Proof of HSBC Card Activation To redeem the additional Vouchers worth S$100, upon qualifying for HSBC s Credit Card Sign Up Promotion (i.e. spending a minimum of S$600 in Qualifying Transactions* within one (1) month of Card Account Opening Date along with other terms and conditions as provided by HSBC), the following to support@bankbazaar.sg: I. BankBazaar.sg s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was submitted II. III. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the approval letter to us. For the purpose of validating that you have met the Terms within the HSBC Credit Card Sign Up Promotion (please refer the terms and conditions by clicking on this link), BankBazaar.sg shall require at least one of the following: i. Screenshot of Samsonite Astra 55cm Luggage Redemption SMS ii. Redemption Letter for the Samsonite Astra 55cm Luggage iii. Credit Card Statement with proof of S$100 cash back credit from HSBC Promotion Redemption Period Please submit your redemption claim to support@bankbazaar.sg within 30 days from the date of Card Approval (as per credit card approval letter) and/or within 30 days of receiving proof of eligibility for the HSBC Credit Card Sign Up Promotion. 2

3 When will you get your Vouchers Vouchers: Upon receipt of the Voucher redemption from the customer, BankBazaar.sg will validate the claim and send the CapitaVouchers worth of S$100 to the validated customers, within 6-8 weeks to his/her mailing address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. General Terms & Conditions Vouchers For the purpose of this Promotion, *Qualifying Transactions shall mean the transactions as provided by HSBC in its terms and conditions. BankBazaar.sg shall not be responsible for any performance or quality related claims associated with the Voucher. Redemption of the Voucher shall be completely governed by the Voucher s terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Voucher s merchant alone. By use of this Voucher, you agree specifically to the terms on the Voucher and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. BankBazaar.sg does not make any warranty in relation to the Voucher, including, without limitation, their guarantee/after sales service. BankBazaar.sg is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming the Voucher. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Voucher shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Voucher requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Voucher through BankBazaar.sg, you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. 3

4 Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BankBazaar.sg shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Voucher once issued. In addition to the above, the Voucher is subject to the terms of use of BankBazaar.sg and these additional terms and conditions BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to reject any Voucher claim if the application was found to be made via other channels and/or made outside of the Promotion Period. By applying for a financial product as part of this Promotion, customer consents to the respective banks for informing BankBazaar.sg of the status of his/her application, including whether the his/her application is successful. BankBazaar.sg reserves the final right to change the Vouchers and/or gifts given. No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Voucher is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Voucher is prohibited. BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BankBazaar.sg reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. BankBazaar.sg shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the Partner Banks. The Voucher is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the Promotion, which may indicate applicability of the offer against all products will be for representation purposes only 4

5 and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BANKBAZAAR EXCLUSIVE DEAL on the website BankBazaar.sg is not responsible for any after sales servicing of the Vouchers received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Voucher merchant directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. Customer agrees and warrants to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Gifts directly with the merchant providing the Voucher i.e. CapitaLand Limited. You also undertake not to make BankBazaar.sg a party to such complaints arising out of quality and servicing of the Vouchers. 5
