1 Terms and Conditions governing OCBC Cards The Invincible 2 Jay Chou Concert Tour 2018 Spend & Redeem Promotion You refers to the Cardmember. We/Us refers to OCBC. Promotion Period and Eligibility 1. To qualify for the Spend & Redeem tickets to The Invincible 2 Jay Chou Concert Tour 2018 ( Promotion ), you need to be among the first 40 Cardmembers to accumulate a minimum of S$3,500 spend ( Qualifying Spend Amount ) on your OCBC Card(s) from 10 to 24 July 2017 (both dates inclusive) ( Promotion Period ), and SMS in to us (in the form and substance and pursuant to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Bank) to register for the Promotion. 2. You are eligible to take part in the Promotion ( Eligible Cardmembers ) if: a) You are an existing OCBC Credit or Debit Cardmember (Corporate Cards, Business Cards and Private Label Cards and non-singapore issued Cards are not eligible); and b) Your OCBC Credit/Debit Card account(s) are in good standing with OCBC during the Promotion Period; and c) You meet the Qualifying Spend Amount on your OCBC Credit or Debit Cards within the Promotion Period; and d) You have SMS in to the Bank (in the form and substance and pursuant to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Bank) to participate in the Promotion and have received a successful reply from the Bank on your participation; and e) You satisfy all the relevant requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. 3. Spends made by a Supplementary Credit Cardmembers will added to the spends incurred by the relevant Principal Credit Cardmember in order to determine whether the Qualifying Spend Amount has been met. The Spend & Redeem Gift 4. There are 40 pairs of Cat 1 tickets ( Gift ) to The Invincible 2 Jay Chou Concert Tour 2018 on 6 January 2018 at National Stadium available for redemption. Each pair of tickets is worth approximately S$ Each Cardmember is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Gift only. (Principal and Supplementary Cardmembers shall be counted as one entity.) Participation and Qualification 6. Once you have achieved the Qualifying Spend Amount within the Promotion Period, you will need to send one (1) SMS to register with us. You have to complete the following steps for each SMS: Step 1: Accumulate a minimum of S$3,500 spend on your OCBC Card(s) from 10 to 24 July Step 2: Send an SMS to in this format: 1

2 <OCBCJAY> space <Your NRIC/Passport No.> space <Amount Spent (in S$)> For example: OCBCJAY S A $3500 Step 3: You will receive a SMS response from us acknowledging your registration. 7. You must send us the SMS in the manner specified above, using a Singapore-registered mobile number. An SMS sent from an overseas mobile number will not qualify. 8. If you are sending in the SMS from overseas using your Singapore-registered mobile number, you agree that the associated roaming SMS fees will be borne by you. 9. OCBC will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of such SMS. 10. You need only send us one (1) SMS to register. Multiple entries will not be counted. 11. You should only send us the SMS when you have accumulated at least S$3,500 spend in total across all your OCBC Cards in any number of transactions. Refer to Clause 16 for transactions that do not qualify. 12. The Principal Cardmember should SMS us from his/her mobile number in our records to register. SMS registrations from Supplementary Cardmembers will not be considered. 13. Without prejudice to Clause 3, spend made by any Supplementary Credit Cards will be counted towards the spend of the Principal Cardmember. Should a Supplementary Credit Cardmember and the Principal Credit Cardmember both SMS in to register and qualify for the Gift, only the Principal Credit Cardmember will be entitled to the Gift. 14. The following Card transactions will be counted towards the Qualifying Spend Amount: retail transactions made locally, overseas or online (example: travel, dining); recurring payment transactions; and new instalment plans made during the Promotion Period (we will consider the full purchase amount charged to the OCBC Card as a qualifying spend transaction). 15. For retail transactions made overseas and online transactions made in foreign currencies, we will count the Qualifying Spend Amount after currency conversion. The conversion rate shall be based on a rate determined by OCBC at our absolute discretion. 16. The following OCBC Card transactions will not be counted towards the Qualifying Spend Amount: transactions carried out by phone transactions carried out by mail order NETS transactions PayAnyone transactions cash advances balance transfers payments of existing instalment payment plans that were made prior or after the Promotion Period payment to financial institutions (including banks and securities/brokerage firms) payment of funds to prepaid accounts (e.g. EZ-link, TransitLink etc); 2

3 payment through AXS networks; bill payments and/or funds transfer made using OCBC Online or Mobile Banking donations and charity made over the internet any amount charged that is not posted to your Card Account(s) within the Promotion Period and/or subsequently cancelled, voided, refunded or reversed 17. Your Qualifying Spend Amount will be calculated based on all qualifying transactions made on all OCBC Principal and Supplementary Cards under your NRIC or Passport Number registered with the Bank during the Promotion Period and posted to the Card Account(s) between 10 July 2017 Singapore Time (SGT) 00:00 and 24 July 2017 SGT 23: The 40 Gifts are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, based on the following: (i) that you are among the first 40 to spend the Qualifying Spend Amount within the Promotion Period; AND (ii) that you have registered successfully with us via SMS 19. In the event of any ambiguity, OCBC retains the right to determine whether a particular transaction qualifies as a qualifying transaction. Redemption 20. You will receive an SMS notification from us by 15 September 2017, to inform you if you are among the first 40 Cardmembers who have successfully qualified to redeem the Gift. 21. The Gift is available for redemption from 16 September 2017 to 31 October 2017 at: Gift Redemption Location Operating Hours One pair of Category 1 tickets worth S$704 to The Invincible 2 Jay Chou Concert Tour Orchard Road The Centrepoint #01-57 (located inside Foodstreet) Singapore Mon Sun: 11 am to 8pm Contact No.: To redeem your Gift, please bring along all of the following items: The successful SMS notification; and Your OCBC Card; and Your original NRIC or Identification Document 23. We reserve the right to debit the full retail value of the redeemed Gift from any of your accounts with us, if after successfully redeeming the Gift, you: terminate your OCBC Card Account within six (6) months from 24 July 2017; or reverse any qualifying Card transaction(s) made during the Promotion Period within six (6) months from date of that Card transaction. 24. Once you have used these transactions to redeem for a Gift under this Promotion, you cannot use it again for this Promotion or any other OCBC Promotions. 3

4 General 25. Gift awarded under this Promotion is not transferable to any other card account of the Cardmember or to any other person, and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or other benefits. We have the right to substitute the Gift with an item of similar value. 26. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission or posting of such transactions by any party including but not limited to acquiring banks, merchant establishments, or any telecommunication provider. 27. We will not be responsible if the Gift you redeem is of poor quality, is not suitable to be used or sold, or is not fit for any purpose. We will not be responsible or held liable for any damage to or fault in the Gift, or for any loss, injury or harm to any person suffered in connection with using the Gift. 28. We will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising directly or indirectly howsoever in connection with or as a result of the redemption process. 29. We reserve the right to end this Promotion or change any terms and conditions at any time without giving you notice. This includes changing the rules relating to who is eligible for the promotion and the dates of the Promotion. 30. You allow us to reveal information about you or your account to any person (including the people involved in organising, promoting and carrying out the Promotion) (the Relevant Third Parties ), as we deem fit. For the avoidance of doubt and without prejudice to any other consent/permission you have given to us (whether under these terms and conditions or otherwise), by participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you are aware and you are agreeable that your personal information/data ( Data ) may be transferred and/or disclosed by us to the Relevant Third Parties for the purpose in connection with this Promotion (including without limitation, your Data may be transferred to the Relevant Third Parties in order for them to verify your identity when you redeem the Gift from such Relevant Third Parties) (the Purpose ). Without prejudice to such other rights we may have, you agree and consent to us and the Relevant Third Parties collecting, using and disclosing your Data for any purposes (including without limitation, you agree and consent to your Data being transferred by us to the Relevant Third Parties for the Purpose and also for the Relevant Third Parties to use your Data in connection with the Purpose). 31. Our decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. If there is any difference between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail. 32. The laws of Singapore apply to these terms and conditions, and any disputes between you and us will be dealt with in the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions. 4
