The ICBC Festival Season Lucky Draw ( Draw ) Promotion is valid from 1 December 2017 to 28 February 2018 (both dates inclusive) ( Promotion Period ). The Promotion is open to all eligible ICBC Global Travel Mastercard Credit Cards issued by ICBC Singapore Branch ( Cards ). By participating in this Promotion, Cardmembers agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions hereunder. 2. An eligible Cardmember will receive: (a) One (1) entry for the Draw for every S$50 spent in Singapore Dollars based on the transaction posting date in the Promotion Period (as defined above). (b) Three (3) entries for the Draw for every S$50 equivalent in foreign currency overseas spent based on the transaction posting date in the Promotion Period (as defined above). Foreign currency means any currency other than Singapore Dollars. If your transaction is converted into Singapore Dollars before being submitted to us (for example, if you allow the merchant to convert the transaction into Singapore Dollars at the point of sale), you will receive One (1) entry for the Draw for every S$50 spent.

2 (c) Ten (10) entries for the Draw for every new ICBC Global Travel Mastercard Principal Credit Card approved and issued within the Promotion Period. (d) Five (5) entries for the Draw for every new ICBC Global Travel Mastercard Supplementary Credit Card approved and issued within the Promotion Period. 3. Qualifying Transactions shall refer to retail transactions charged to the Card and posted during the Promotion Period. The following transactions are excluded: (a) all cash advances, fees and charges; (b) annual fees, interests, late payment fees and charges, goods and services taxes or any other fees and charges incurred as a result of using the Credit Card; (c) any top-ups or payment of funds to any prepaid cards and any prepaid accounts including without limitation to the following accounts or any other accounts as we may specify from time to time: EZ LINK PTE LTD, EZ LINK PTE LTD (FEVO), EZ-LINK PTE LTD SINGAPORE, EZ-LINK TOP-UP KIOSK, EZ-LINK (IMAGINE CARD), EZLINK*, EZ LINK, EZLINKS.COM, FLASHPAY ATU, TRANSITLINK*, TRANSIT LINK*, TRANSIT LINK PL, TRANSIT, MB* MONEYBOOKERS.COM, OANDAASIAPA, OANDA ASIA PAC, PAYPAL * BIZCONSULTA, PAYPAL * OANDAASIAPA, PAYPAY * CAPITALROYA, Saxo Cap Mkts Pte Ltd and SKR*SKRILL.COM; (d) any securities brokers, dealers, trading, or foreign exchange related transactions; (e) any payment of insurance premiums; (f) any real estate related transactions; (g) school fees or any other education related fee transactions; (h) any AXS transactions; (i) any tax payments; (j) any transaction subsequently cancelled, void or reversed; and (k) any payment for any outstanding balance owing on the Credit Card account from previous and/or other months.

3 4. Qualifying Card Members will be auto-enrolled into the Draw. A total of 20 winners will be drawn for the Draw. Each winner will receive a pair of Singapore Airlines Economy Class return tickets for two persons to Hong Kong subject to these terms and conditions and ticket conditions. 5. The Draw will be conducted on 28 March 2018 (the Draw Date ) at 3.30pm at ICBC Raffles Branch, Banking Hall, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by ICBC. 6. All Qualifying Transactions charged to the Supplementary Credit Card will be calculated as a Qualifying Transaction of the Principal Credit Card Cardmember. Supplementary Card Members are not entitled to participate in the Draw. 7. Winners will be selected at random by ICBC (by manual or computerized means as ICBC may determine) in the presence of its auditors. ICBC reserves the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is or may be subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified. 8. The results of the Draw will be published on our official website within 7 working days of the Draw, and notification letters with information on how to redeem the prizes will be mailed to the winners within 20 working days of the Draw Date. Under the Promotion, 1 winner is not entitled to more than 1 prize. 9. Prizes may not be transferable or exchangeable for credit, cash or in kind and is subject to the Terms and Conditions that ICBC may impose, including and not limited to, the choice of airlines. ICBC and Mastercard shall not be responsible for any taxes (including but not limited to, transfer tax, airport tax and security tax) or any surcharges (including peak season surcharges) which may be imposed by airlines and/or other organizations. 10. You will not be eligible for this Promotion if at the time of fulfillment: a) your Card Account is not in good standing and is overdue; b) your Card has been reported lost or stolen; c) your Card has been frozen for any reason; d) your Card is cancelled or terminated for any reason;

4 e) you violated the terms of your ICBC Credit Card Cardmember s Agreement or ICBC Rewards Terms and Conditions; f) we believe or suspect that any transaction is illegal, fraudulent, dishonest or unauthorized. 11. All employees of ICBC Singapore Branch, its subsidiaries, their immediate family members, employees of any partners, sponsors and agencies who are directly involved in organizing or the conduct of the Draw as determined by ICBC, shall not be eligible for the Draw. 12. We reserves the rights to replace the Prizes with other items of similar value should the Prizes become unavailable; or due to unforeseen circumstances. Any unused Prizes at the end of three month after the Promotional Period shall strictly not be extended for use beyond the Promotional Period. No person shall be entitled to any payment or compensation from ICBC should any prize be forfeited or reclaimed. 13. We reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Draw at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Draw, including without limitation, any error in computing and chances, any breakdown or malfunctions in any computer systems or equipment. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, we assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible and/or postage-due mail of notification letters. 14. We may at our absolute discretion, and without notice or assigning any reason thereof, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify any one or more of the terms and conditions stated herein. 15. ICBC and MasterCard do not assume any responsibility for the products and services offered under this promotion. The products are sold and services are provided solely by the relevant vendors, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors, and we accept no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services. The products and services have not been certified by us and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by us.

5 16. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the transmission of the transactions by any party including but not limited to merchant establishments. We shall not be liable for any late posting of the transactions thereby affecting the Cardmember s eligibility for the Draw or the number of entries for the Draw. 17. These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with our ICBC Credit Card Cardmember s Agreement and ICBC Rewards Terms and Conditions (collectively other terms ). In the event of inconsistencies between these terms and other terms, these terms shall prevail only to the extent of such inconsistency. All capitalized terms, if not defined here, are defined in the ICBC Rewards Terms and Conditions. 18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and by participating in this Cashback Promotion, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. 19. Our decision in all matters relating to the Draw and these terms and conditions is final, conclusive and binding on all participating Cardmembers, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person or cancellation or suspension of the Draw. Subject to and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, our record of the entries, allocated chances and/or the Draw shall be final, binding and conclusive for all purposes and in any legal proceedings. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 20. The promotional materials are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
