1 UOBM Visa Infinite Card Terms and Conditions Effective 1 January 2018 General These terms and conditions ( Terms and Conditions ) shall apply to United Overseas Bank (Malaysia) Bhd s ( K) ( UOBM ) Visa Infinite and Privilege Banking Visa Infinite ( Visa Infinite ) Cards issued by UOBM to UOBM Visa Infinite and Privilege Banking Visa Infinite Cardholders ( Cardmembers ). These Terms and Conditions are to be read together with the UOBM Visa/ Mastercard Cardmember Agreement ( Cardmember Agreement ) For the avoidance of doubt, "Cardmembers" shall mean both principal and supplementary Cardmembers. Unless defined differently in these Terms and Conditions, words and expressions used in these Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning as in the Cardmember Agreement. UOBM reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to decide on all matters pertaining to the award and/or use of any or all of the benefits and privileges stated herein and UOBM s decision shall be final and binding on the Cardmembers. The benefits and privileges described below may be amended, supplemented or revoked by UOBM at any time at UOBM s sole and absolute discretion. UOBM Visa Infinite Rewards Programme 1. The following are the rewards awarded under UOBM Visa Infinite Card ( Rewards Programme ): (A) Complimentary Airport Limousine Ride ( Airport Limo Ride ) (a) The Airport Limo Ride is valid from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive) ( Campaign Period ). Booking period is valid from 1 January 2018 to 17 December 2018 and the Travel Period is valid from 1 January 2018 to 31 December Page 1 of 13

2 (b) Subject to sub-clause 1(A)(h) below, the first TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (2,500) Cardmembers who meet the minimum spend of Ringgit Malaysia Five Thousand (RM5,000), except for items stated in Clause 2 below ( Qualifying Spend ), in a single or cumulative transaction(s) in THIRTY (30) days within the Campaign Period ( Qualification Criteria ) are eligible for ONE (1) Airport Limo Ride to Kuala Lumpur International Airport ( KLIA ) or Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 ( KLIA 2 ). (c) Subject to sub-clause 1(A)(h) below, Cardmembers who meet the Qualifying Criteria shall be eligible for a maximum of FOUR (4) Airport Limo Rides throughout the Campaign Period. (d) To redeem the Airport Limo Ride, Cardmembers must meet the Qualifying Criteria, to contact UOBM Customer Service Centre at or at uobcustomerservice@uob.com.my and to provide the following details within 3 business days. Business days shall mean Mondays to Fridays, 0900 hours to 1700 hours which exclude weekends, public or state holidays. (i) Cardmembers Name and Contact Number (ii) Airport Location (KLIA or KLIA 2) (iii) Pick-up Address and Time (iv) Flight No. (v) Number of Passengers (vi) Number of Luggage UOBM shall issue and fax a confirmation letter of the Airport Limo Ride ( Confirmation Letter ) to the Cardmember with the address or facsimile number maintained in UOBM credit card system. (e) The Confirmation Letter must be presented to the driver at point of pick up in order to redeem the Complimentary Car Ride. The Confirmation Letter is not valid if defaced, mutilated or altered and are not replaceable. (f) The Airport Limo Ride can accommodate up to FOUR (4) passengers only. The number of luggage allowed is subject to the capacity of the luggage compartment of the vehicle made available for the Airport Limo Ride. (g) The Airport Limo Ride is applicable to locations within Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Putrajaya ( Standard Pick-up Locations ) which is restricted to ONE (1) pick up stop only throughout the journey to KLIA or KLIA 2. For the avoidance of doubt, locations that are not included in the Standard Pick-up Locations are subjected to surcharge, as stated in sub-clause (h) below. (h) UOBM will not be liable to pay or compensate any Cardmember for any additional surcharge arising from the Airport Limo Ride as set out in Table A below. Page 2 of 13

(b) To enjoy the Airport Lounge Access, all principal Cardmembers must download the Airport Companion by Dragon Pass mobile application which is available on App Store (ios) and Google Play. Refer to > Cards > UOBM Visa Infinite Card > Complimentary Airport Lounge Access for step-by-step guide on download, account sign up and registration. (c) The Principal Cardmembers are entitled to the following access, as set out in Table B below. Page 3 of 13

Visa Infinite Visa Infinite On the seventh (7 th ) and subsequent access to Airport Lounge, the principal Cardmembers shall pay for the access fee at the respective Airport Lounge s published rates; 4 per calendar year. On the fifth (5 th ) and the subsequent access to Airport Lounge, the principal Cardmembers shall pay for the access fee at the respective Airport Lounge s published rates; Airport Lounge Location International. Refer to the list of locations in the Airport Companion by Dragon Pass mobile application. Asia Pacific. Refer to the list of locations in the Airport Companion by Dragon Pass mobile application. (d) The complimentary Airport Lounge Access mentioned in Clause 1(B)(c) above is not cumulative. Any 4unutilised complimentary access from the previous calendar year shall be forfeited and will not be carried forward to the following calendar year; (e) Supplementary Cardmembers and the accompanying guests of principal Cardmembers are not eligible for the Airport Lounge Access. They shall pay for the access fee at the respective Airport Lounge s published rates; (f) At the time of accessing the Airport Lounge, the Cardmember s UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account must be valid, current, subsisting and in good credit standing as may be determined by UOBM at its sole and absolute discretion and not in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the UOBM Visa/MasterCard Cardmember Agreement. (g) The Airport Lounge Access is non-transferable to any other party and not exchangeable for other goods or cash. (h) Upon signing up and registering for the Airport Companion by Dragon Pass membership account, Cardmembers are deemed to have accepted the Airport Companion by Dragon Pass Standard Terms and Conditions (comprising of the Page 4 of 13

5 Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy as accessible on which may be amended from time to time. (C) 5X UNIRinggit Rewards Points for Overseas Spend ( 5X UNIRM Rewards Points ) (a) The 5X UNIRM Reward Points Programme is valid from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 (both dates inclusive). (b) Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Cardmembers will be entitled to 5X UNIRM for every RM1.00 spent overseas including online transactions where the transactions are in currencies other than Ringgit Malaysia ( Eligible Transactions ). The 5X UNIRM will be computed based on the conversion of Eligible Transactions to Ringgit Malaysia. The 5X UNIRM Rewards Points will be awarded by the credit card system maintained by UOBM and reflected in the following month s Statement of Account. (c) The Eligible Spend must be captured by the credit card system maintained by UOBM in order to be entitled to the 5X UNIRM Rewards Points. (d) At the time of awarding the UNIRM, the Cardmember s UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account must be valid, current, subsisting and in good credit standing as may be determined by UOBM at its sole and absolute discretion and not in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the UOBM Visa/MasterCard Cardmember Agreement. (D) UNIRinggit Reward Points ( UNIRM Points ) (a) 1X UNIRM Point will be awarded for any spend using UOBM Visa Infinite Card except for the items stated in Clause 2 below. (b) The UNIRM Points accumulated by both the principal and supplementary Cardmembers will be credited into the principal Cardmember s UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account and will be reflected in the principal Cardmember s monthly Statement of Account. (c) The total UNIRM Points earned each month will be reflected in the principal Cardmember s monthly Statement of Account. In the event the system supporting this automated process becomes unavailable, the UNIRM Points earned will be manually fulfilled and reflected in the principal Cardmember s Statement of Account in the following month. 6 (d) Any accumulated UNIRM Points including UNIRM Points which are pending crediting into the principal Cardmember s UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account shall immediately cease to be valid upon occurrence of any of the following: (a) Any cancellation of UOBM Visa Infinite Card; (b) Any conversion from UOBM Visa Infinite Card to any other UOBM Credit Cards; or (c) UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account becomes delinquent as may be determined by UOBM. (e) The UNIRM Points are non-transferable to any other party and not exchangeable for other goods or cash. (f) The UNIRM Points earned by the principal and supplementary Cardmembers have no monetary value. (E) Quarterly Double UNIRM Rewards Programme ( Double Rewards ) (a) The Double Rewards Programme is valid from 1 January 2018 till 31 December (b) Cardmembers who meet the spend criteria, except for items stated in Clause 2 ( Eligible Spend ) in the Participating Period shall be entitled to the Double Rewards as set out in Table C below. 8 (d) Each principal Cardmember is entitled to a maximum of 200,000 UNIRM Rewards Points on a first-come, first-serve basis as set out in Table C in Clause 1(E)(b). UOBM does not have any obligation to inform any Cardmember if the Quarterly Limit has been met. (e) For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Spend made by the supplementary Cardmembers will be combined with the principal Cardmember s Eligible Spend, but the UNIRM will be credited to the principal Cardmember s UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account. (f) The Cardmember whose Card account is in good standing as determined by UOBM shall be eligible to participate in this Double Rewards Programme. If the Cardmember s Card account is suspended or terminated at any time for any reason, the Cardmember shall not be allowed to participate or continue to participate in the Double Rewards Programme, and any pending UNIRM payout shall be cancelled. (g) At the time of awarding the UNIRM, the Cardmember s UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account must be valid, current, subsisting and in good credit standing as may be determined by UOBM at its sole and absolute discretion and not in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the UOBM Visa/MasterCard Cardmember Agreement. (F) Double Airmiles Redemption ( Birthday Programme ) (a) The Birthday Programme is valid from 1 January 2018 till 31 December (b) Under the Birthday Programme, the Cardmembers are entitled to redeem the airmiles as set out in Table E below during the Cardmember s birthday month. The Cardmember s birth date is determined by the Cardmembers record maintained in the UOBM credit card system. For the avoidance of doubt, birthday month refers to the calendar month in which the Cardmember s birth date falls into. Scenario: Customer A s birthday is 25 March. Customer is entitled to the Birthday Programme in the whole calendar month of March. Double Airmiles Redemption can be made from 1 March till 31 March. Page 8 of 13

Subsequent airmiles redemption in the same request will be processed according to Normal UNIRM Redemption. An illustration is set out in Table F below. Scenario: During Customer B s birthday month, he would like to redeem 70,000 UNIRM in his UOBM Visa Infinite Card Account for Enrich Miles. 10 (d) Airmiles redemption must be made via UOB Call Centre at or UOB branches. (e) For the avoidance of doubt, only principal Cardmembers will be entitled to Birthday Programme. Supplementary Cardmembers are not eligible for the Birthday Programme. (f) The airmiles must be credited into Cardmembers own airmiles membership account. The airmiles is non-transferrable to any other party, including supplementary Cardmembers. The airmiles does not have any monetary value. (g) UOBM will process with airmiles redemption according to the details provided by Cardmembers. In the event that the airmiles membership account number or the amount of airmiles redemption is provided incorrectly by Cardmembers, UOBM will not be responsible for the UNIRM and airmiles reversal into their respective UOBM Visa Infinite Card and Airlines membership account. (h) Cardmembers shall contact the respective airlines on all matters related to their airmiles membership account. (i) Airmiles redemption in the Birthday Programme shall be made in accordance with the UNIRinggit Rewards Programme 2018 Terms and Conditions. (j) To be entitled to the Double Airmiles Redemption, Cardmember must submit the request during Cardmember s birthday month. In the event that the date of submission of the Double Airmiles Redemption does not fall into the Cardmember s birthday month, such request will be processed according to the Normal UNRIM Redemption as set out in Table E in Clause 1(F)(c). 2. The following transactions shall be excluded from 5X UNIRM Reward Points Programme, Double Rewards Programme and UNIRM Rewards Points Programme: (a) Purchases of goods or services at UOB SMART$ Merchants; (b) Balance Transfers; (c) Easi Payment Plans; (d) 0% Interest-Free Instalment Payment Plans; (e) Flexi-Credit Plans; (f) Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions; (g) Cash withdrawals; (h) Payments to government: (i) Alimony and child support; Page 10 of 13

11 (ii) Fines by Court, government, State authorities or local authorities; (iii) Bail or bond payments; (iv) Payment of taxes to the government; or (v) Payment to any government department; (i) Petrol transactions; (j) Transportation transactions; (k) Top-up and/ or reload transactions; (l) Utility bills; (m) Charity bodies; and (n) Payment of annual card membership fees, interest payments, late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals, goods and services tax and any other form of service or miscellaneous fees using UOBM Visa Infinite Card. 3. UOBM reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend the Rewards Programme in whole or in part, at any time with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by UOBM of the Rewards Programme shall not entitle the Cardmember to any claim or compensation against UOBM for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers whether as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension. 4. The Cardmembers are eligible to participate in the Rewards Programme provided that the Cardmembers have not defaulted on any terms and conditions of the Cardmember Agreement. 5. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in the event that the rewards are awarded to and received by persons who have committed or are suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful act in relation to the use of their UOBM Visa Infinite Card and/or any transaction made using their UOBM Visa Infinite Card, UOBM reserves the right to disqualify such persons from earning or utilising the UNIRM Reward Points or revoke the Airport Lounge Access and Airport Limo Ride of such persons. 6. The Airport Limo Rides and the PPL Access are provided solely by the Service Providers. UOBM assumes no liability or responsibility for any act, omission, default or defects of the Service Providers in the services offered. UOBM is not an agent of the Service Providers. Any dispute about the quality or the service standard must be resolved directly with the Service Providers. UOBM will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the redemption or usage of the services provided by the Service Providers. UOBM shall not be liable for any unexpected incident such as delay, unexpected traffic congestion, natural disaster or any event that would affect the normal business operations of the Service Providers. 12 UOBM SMART$ Rebate Programme ( Programme ) 7. The Cardmembers are entitled to earn SMART$ on purchases made with UOBM Visa Infinite Card at any SMART$ merchant outlet via UOBM terminals at the rate determined between UOBM and the SMART$ merchant. 8. The Cardmembers eligibility to participate in this Programme is subject to and shall be in accordance with the SMART$ Rebate Programme Terms and Conditions. 9. For the avoidance of doubt, all references to the value of any given transaction with UOBM Visa Infinite Card shall be deemed to be a reference to the final amount charged to the UOBM Visa Infinite Card. General Terms and Conditions 10. By participating in the Rewards Programme, the Cardmembers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including any amendment and/or variation to it and the terms and conditions in the Cardmember Agreement. 11. The record of transactions maintained by UOBM and UOBM s decision on all matters relating to the Rewards Programme shall be final, conclusive and binding on the Cardmembers. UOBM shall not be obliged to give any reason or entertain any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Rewards Programme. No appeal and/or correspondence from any Cardmember or any third party will be entertained. 12. UOBM shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the transmission of evidence of sales transactions by Visa International Incorporated, MasterCard Worldwide, merchant establishments, postal or telecommunication authorities or any other party which may result in the Cardmembers failing to be entitled to the rewards under the Rewards Programme. 13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UOBM expressly excludes and disclaims any representation, warranty or endorsement, express or implied, written or oral, without limitation to those published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Rewards Programme. 14. UOBM shall not be liable for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorized third party in respect of the Rewards Programme offered and published in any media, marketing or advertising materials. 13 15. UOBM shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liability of any nature and however arising or suffered by the Cardmembers and/or third party resulting directly or indirectly from the Rewards Programme. 16. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Rewards Programme, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 17. UOBM reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary the Rewards Programme s Terms and Conditions, from time to time, wholly or in part, at its absolute discretion, by providing twenty-one (21) days prior notice to the Cardmembers via posting on UOBM s website, displaying a notice at any of UOBM s branches, a statement insert in the Statement of Account or any other manner as may be determined by UOBM from time to time. 18. UOBM reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel, withdraw, suspend, extend or terminate the Rewards Programme, wholly or in part, at any time with prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, withdrawal, suspension, extension or termination by UOBM of the Rewards Programme shall not entitle the Cardmembers to any claim or compensation against UOBM for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Cardmembers whether as a direct or indirect result of such cancellation, withdrawal, suspension, extension or termination. 19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and the Cardmembers agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. -END- Page 13 of 13
