1 FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DINE, SMS & WIN CONTEST (8 May- 30 June 2014) PART A: GENERAL 1. The contest period is from 8 May to 30 June Customers who spend RM80 and above in a single receipt will receive one (1) contest entry code and one (1) RM10 receipt cash voucher on the receipt. 3. Each contest entry code is valid for one (1) entry only. 4. Customers may send in as many entries as they wish but each SMS entry must be accompanied with a valid contest entry code. 5. Each SMS entry will be charged RM0.50 in addition to any telecommunication operator charges. 6. Customers must retain the original receipt with matching contest entry code as per the SMS entry as proof of purchase. 7. Complimentary SAKAECard (for new SAKAECard application only) is valid for Citibank cardmembers with minimum spend of RM80 in a single receipt. 8. RM10 Receipt Cash Voucher terms and conditions apply. 9. Sakae Sushi reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of similar value at anytime without prior notice. 10. Contest winners will be announced on 1 August 2014 on Sakae Sushi Malaysia s website and Facebook page. PART B: COMPLIMENTARY SAKAECard FOR CITIBANK CARDMEMBERS 1. This promotion is only valid from 8 May till 30 June Complimentary SAKAECard is valid for Citibank cardmembers with minimum spend of RM80 in a single receipt. 3. Complimentary SAKAECard will only be issued to new SAKAECard application only. 4. Complimentary SAKAECard is given after the bill is settled; customers are not allowed to add in the current bill s points. 5. Complimentary SAKAECard issued is without any points inside. 6. Complimentary SAKAECard is not transferable and non exchangeable for cash. 7. SAKAECard terms and conditions apply. 8. This promotion is valid at all Sakae Sushi outlets in Malaysia only. 9. Sakae Sushi reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.

2 PART C: RM10 RECEIPT CASH VOUCHER 1. The receipt cash voucher is valid from 8 May 2014 till 15 July Original receipt cash voucher must be presented to be eligible for RM10 off the next bill. 3. Valid for dine-in only. 4. Maximum one (1) offer per transaction and no splitting of bills or tables allowed. 5. The receipt cash voucher is not valid with any other discounts, offers, privileges or promotions unless otherwise stated. 6. The receipt cash voucher is not replaceable. No claims will be entertained for any lost and damaged of voucher. 7. All prices are subject to applicable service and government tax. 8. This offer is valid at all Sakae Sushi outlets in Malaysia only. 9. Sakae Sushi reserves the right to amend the terms and condition at its absolute discretion without prior notice. PART D: THE SMS CONTEST 1. Organiser & Eligibility 1.1 Sakae Sushi Dine, SMS & Win ( Contest ) is organised by Apex-Pal (M) Sdn Bhd( X) ( Organiser ) and is open to all Malaysians aged 18 and above (as of 2014) and with a valid Malaysian Identity Card and are also subscribers of prepaid and postpaid service of Celcom, Digi and/ or Maxis. Participants under the age of 18 are required to obtain parental consent prior to their participation. By participating in the Contest, such consent is deemed to have been obtained and it is the parents and/ or guardian s responsibility to monitor such participation in the Contest. 1.2 The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest: 2. Period a) Permanent, contract or temporary employees of the Organiser (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family; and / or b) Promotion agencies, advertising agencies, public relation agencies and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/ or conducting the Contest. 2.1 The Contest will run from 8 May 2014 to 30 June 2014 ( Contest Period ). The Organiser reserves the right to shorten or extend the Contest Period without prior notice. Unless the Contest Period is extended aforesaid, any entries received after 30 June 2014, 2359

3 hours (due to any reason howsoever and/ or whatsoever arising) shall be automatically disqualified. 3. The Mechanics- How To Participate 3.1 Participant will receive one (1) contest entry code with a minimum spend of RM80 and above in a single receipt at all Sakae Sushi outlets in Malaysia during the Contest Period. 3.2 Participants are required to send their entry via Short Message Service (SMS) to Each SMS entry must be completed with details in the following format: SAKAE<space>ENTRY CODE<space>NRIC<space>NAME Example: SAKAE POSC1CUR May Yap 3.3 Each contest entry code is only valid for one (1) entry. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish but each entry must be accompanied by a valid contest entry code. 3.4 Each SMS entry will be charged RM0.50 in addition to any telecommunication operator charges. Participants shall be responsible for such or other charges levied by their respective telecommunication operator and to verify such charges on their own before submitting their entries. 3.5 After sending the SMS, participants will receive a SMS from the Organiser as an acknowledgement of receipt. 3.6 Participants must retain the original receipt with matching contest entry code as per the SMS entry as proof of purchase. 4. Notification Of Contest Winners 4.1 A computer-generated selection will be conducted to shortlist participants. 4.2 Shortlisted participants will be contacted to answer a question via telephone. Shortlisted participant who is able to correctly answer the question asked will be the winner ( Winner ). In the event the shortlisted participant is not contactable (based on a maximum of 3 attempts) or fails to answer the question correctly, the next shortlisted participant will be contacted. The Organiser s decision on such answers shall be final and no correspondence, queries, appeals or challenges shall be entertained. 4.3 Each participant is eligible to win only one (1) Prize during the Contest Period.

4 4.4 The Organiser reserves the right to appoint a third party to conduct the verification of Contest winners and to deliver the prizes given under this Contest and participants agree and authorise that the Organiser may provide all necessary information of Contest winners to such third party for the aforesaid purposes. 4.5 Announcement of Contest Winners will be on 1 August 2014 on Sakae Sushi Malaysia s website and Facebook. 4.6 The Organiser s decision is final and binding and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained. 5. Contest Prizes 5.1 There are two (2) tiers of prizes ( Prize ) in this Contest which are as follow: Main Prize: 3 X AirAsia X Kuala Lumpur-Nagoya, Japan return flights for 2 persons + Sakae Sushi RM200 cash voucher Special Prize: 10 X Samsung GALAXY S5 + Sakae Sushi RM100 Cash Voucher 5.2 Approximate value of all stated prizes varies. 5.3 Contest Winners will be required to bring their National Registered Identity Card (NRIC) and original receipt upon Prize collection. Winner/ Winners will be disqualified if he/she is unable to produce the original receipt and IC upon collection of Prize and the Organiser reserves the rights to forfeit the Prize. 5.4 Prize must be claimed by the Winner in person unless permitted otherwise by the Organiser. 5.5 In special situations permitted by the Organiser, Winner may nominate a designated representative to collect their Prize. The designated representative will be required to present an original written authorisation from the Winner and furnish any proof of identification required by the Organiser (including but not limited to NRIC). 5.6 Redemption of prizes must be made within the stipulated period from the date of notification. 5.7 Failure to claim Prizes shall result in the Prizes being forfeited by the Organiser, and its agents, sponsors and representatives shall have no liability to the Winners in any respect whatsoever.

5 5.8 All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the participants and the Winners. 5.9 All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the Winner, and the Organiser excludes all liabilities, representation and warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each Prize If Prize involves flight tickets, Winner must agree to the sponsors Terms and Conditions of travel. Flight tickets must be taken in accordance with the dates and destinations specified by the Organiser, its travel agencies or sponsors failing which it will be forfeited Flight ticket Winners will be solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein that are incurred by the Winner or any guest(s), including without limitation, government taxes and fees, gratuities, souvenirs, travel insurance, optional excursions; cost of medical immunisations; insurance of any kind; excess baggage charges, airport tax, items of a personal nature and any other incidentals All brands, names and trademarks associated with or used to describe the Prizes are owned by their respective owners or sponsors. The Organisers are not related to, connected to or associated with these parties in any way The Organisers reserve the right to substitute any one of the Prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All Prizes are not transferable, nonrefundable and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to Winners who are to satisfy the Organiser s prize claiming requirements as set out herein. 6. Liability And Responsibility 6.1 By participating in this Contest, Participants consent to give their personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to publish, use the winners names and/or photographs plus their entries or purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by the Organiser. 6.2 The Organiser collects personal identifiable information to provide service or to correspond with you. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the date by the Organiser and is used to fulfil your request in relation to this Contest.

6 6.3 If you inform the Organiser that the information should not be used as a basis for further contact, the Organiser will respect your request. Your information will not be shared with other companies or partners for their independent use. 6.4 Participants unconditionally agree to assume full liability and responsibility in case of any loss, mishap, injury, damage, claim or accidents (including death) suffered as a result of or arising from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or utilisation of the prizes. 6.5 By participating in this Contest, participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding. 6.6 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, add or delete any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to the participants and the participants agree to be bound by such changes.
