2 Samsung: SAMSUNG Rewarding You With BigBang Concert Tickets Terms & Conditions Duration 1. The SAMSUNG - Rewarding You With BigBang Concert Tickets ( Reward Program ) will run from 20/09/2016 to 25/09/2016 ( Program Period ). Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd ( Samsung ). Samsung shall reserve the right to shorten or extend or cancel the Program Period at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Eligibility 1. This Reward Program is open only to owners of any Samsung Galaxy S device in Malaysia and above 18 years of age (as of 19 September 2016); In the event the consumer is below 18 years old, please seek consent from parent/guardian before participating in this Reward Program. Participation by Participants under 18 years old will be deemed to be accompanied with consent by the parent/guardian. 2. Employees or agents of Samsung or any of its group companies or their families or households, agencies or any individuals connected to this Reward Program are not eligible to enter. How to Participate 1. Participation is through the SAMSUNG - Rewarding You With BigBang Concert Tickets ( Reward Program ) only. 2. To Participate in the Reward Program, each Participant (interchangeably referred to as Participant, You or Your ) shall: 2.1 Be an owner of a Samsung Galaxy S device. 2.2 Log on to [ to answer a survey. 2.3 Only one entry per mobile phone IMEI number is permitted lucky recipients will be selected. At the end of Program Period, total entries will be divided by 51. If the divided result is a decimal number, it shall be rounded up accordingly. With the Participants being the divided result X 1, divided result X 2, divided result X 3, so on so forth until all 50 prizes are allocated. E.g, if there are a

3 total of 153 entries, the 50 lucky recipients shall be entry number (based on timestamp) 3, 6, 9, , a total of 50 lucky recipients. 4. Prizes for this Reward Program include: pairs of BigBang concert tickets (Category VIP seats) 5. All 50 lucky recipients will be contacted through and phone by 26 th September 2016 for detail verification purposes before they proceed to redeem the tickets at Starcom office, Level 16, Menara Olympia, 8 Jalan Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur. Redemption period is from 27 th September 2016 to 30 th September Each lucky recipient will receive a pair of BigBang concert tickets (1 st October 2016, Kuala Lumpur) Liability and Responsibility 1. By participating in this Reward Program, Participant agrees to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Reward Program or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the product, or travel to or from collection of Prize and the concert, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. 2. By participating in this Reward Program, Participant shall be deemed to be of majority age or have obtained consent from parent/legal guardian and Samsung shall be liable for any damages, losses, claims howsoever incurred from his/her violation of the minimum age stated herein. 3. Samsung will not be responsible for any inaccurate details provided by the Participant to claim their prizes if any and reserves the right to disqualify the Participant and select the next qualified Participant as 50 lucky recipients without any liability to the disqualified Participant whatsoever. 4. Except where expressly provided herein, Participant shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from his/her participation in the Reward Program including transportation, accommodation sustenance and any other costs in relation to the collection of concert tickets and the attendance of the concert, and no reimbursement may be sought from Samsung and/or the sponsors. 5. Samsung makes no guarantee of the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for interruption of service that may interfere with the ability to participate.

4 50 LUCKY RECIPIENTS S PRIZE & PRIZE REDEMPTION lucky recipients will be given a pair of free tickets to watch BigBang in Malaysia. 2. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. 3. All judges decisions are final and no correspondence or questions will be entertained. 4. Samsung reserves the right to replace the prizes with items of similar value in the event that the published prizes become unavailable. 5. The Participant is required to produce a Proof of Identity during or prior to prize redemption for purposes of verification. The only forms of Proof of Identity accepted by the Samsung are as follows: Malaysian Identity card/passport/drivers licence. A failure to provide any Proof of Identity and/or any discrepancy found in the identification and verification of the Participant entitles the Samsung to disqualify Participant/50 lucky recipients. 6. Samsung will contact all 50 lucky recipients via provided details they have provided before they proceed to redeem the tickets. 7. In the event that a Participant is not contactable after THREE attempts, Samsung reserves the right to disqualify the Participant s eligibility and the next qualified Participant will be selected. 8. All 50 lucky recipients must claim their prizes from 27 th to 30 th September Should any of the lucky recipients fail to claim their prize or nominate a representative within the time allocated, Samsung reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or award the prizes to other Participants. All 50 lucky recipients must produce their proof of identity in order to redeem/receive their prize. 9. In the event a lucky recipient requires a representative to claim their prize(s) on their behalf, the representatives must bring a letter of consent signed by the lucky recipients, a copy of the Participant s proof of identity, and the representatives proof of identity. If the lucky recipient or his/her representative is not able to claim the prize(s) within the three (3) days, the lucky recipient will be automatically disqualified. Samsung reserves the right to forfeit the prize or to award the prize to another Participant/Participants.

5 Rights of the Samsung 1. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, Samsung reserves the right to change the Prizes with item(s) of equal value and to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. 2. In the event of discrepancies of any information submitted by the Participant during verification of Participant by Samsung or any breach third party s intellectual property rights or privacy by the Participant, Samsung has absolute right to reject to disqualify the submission and the 50 lucky recipients and has the right to select the suitable other Participant as the 50 lucky recipients. 3. Samsung reserves the right to reject any lucky recipient at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. In case of any dispute, the Samsung reserves the right to make the final decision. Samsung s decision is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained. Terms of Participation 1. By participating in this, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein and decisions of Samsung. 2. By entering, Participants agree to grant Samsung and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies the use of the winning submission in this Reward Program as well as his/her name and details for all of its promotional, publicity and marketing activities now and in the future without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 3. Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. 4. This terms and conditions is governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising from this Reward program shall be mutually resolved, failing which, shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia. Privacy Policy By providing the personal data, Participant indicates that she/he have read, understood and agreed that the personal data will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed in accordance to Samsung's Privacy Policy available at
