HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the JWCE WEFTEC Los Angeles Trip Online Sweepstakes, log on to between 12:00:01 a.m. PT on 8/1/2011 and 11:59 p.m. PT on 9/16/2011 and complete an Official On-line Entry Form, hosted by Survey Monkey, including your name, company, address, mailing address, telephone and answers to the survey questions. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on 9/16/2011 to qualify for the Sweepstakes. Proof of entry submission does not equate to proof of receipt by JWCE ( Sponsor ). Limit one (1) entry per person per contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete entries which shall be disqualified. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor will potentially be used for promotional purposes not be returned or acknowledged. No facsimile, mechanically reproduced, altered or forged entries. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final, binding and conclusive on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 2. PRIZE/ODDS: GRAND PRIZE /CHOICE OF PRIZES: Two (2) grand prizes will be awarded. Choice of prizes option 1 or 2 one or the other not both.

2 2.1.1 OPTION 1 GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) adults to WEFTEC Los Angeles Oct 16-19, Travel arrangements are provided by JWCE with a 20 day advanced notice. Trip must be taken leaving 10/16/11 and returning 10/19/11. Winner may request additional room nights at their own expense. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare for winner and a guest (who must be 21 years of age or older) from a major airport nearest winner's residence (chosen by Sponsor) to WEFTEC Los Angeles (LAX); 4-days/3-nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy; Marriot Downtown Los Angeles; chosen by Sponsor); $100 for ground transportation. Ground transportation money will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize winner. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary or prize will be forfeited. If Grand Prize winner resides within 150 miles of Los Angeles round-trip ground transportation, reimbursement from Grand Prize winner's residence to Los Angeles may be substituted for airfare at Sponsor's sole discretion. JWCE will attempt to accommodate winner s travel dates but they are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion OPTION 2 GRAND PRIZE: or choose to receive a $200 Best Buy Gift Card. Delivery via express carrier. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen or unredeemed travel tickets, hotel reservations or travel-related documentation. If Grand Prize winner cannot accept travel on dates specified, winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner can be randomly selected at sponsor s sole discretion. Upon disqualification, no compensation will be awarded. Approximate Retail Value of WEFTEC trip: $1,000; Actual Retail Value of prize may vary depending upon the city of departure. Any difference between Approximate Retail Value and Actual Value of prize will not be awarded. No substitutions or cash redemptions permitted

3 except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize is transferable. Sponsor makes no warranty with respect to prize and is not responsible for flight cancellations, if any event or activity is delayed that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except at Sponsor s sole discretion. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of prize package will be forfeited and will not be substituted. Grand Prize Trip winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. Driver s License, valid passport, etc.) required for travel. Travel and accommodations subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Any expenses not expressly stated herein, including meals and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All taxes, gratuities and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize will be awarded if the number of eligible entries is equal to or greater than the number of prizes available. In case of unavailability of prize, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All air travel arrangements and hotel accommodations will be made by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute secretion, upon verification of eligibility and Los Angeles Trip tickets and spending money will be delivered approximately two (2) weeks prior to travel. 3.DRAWING: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about Sept 19, 2011 from all valid entries received. Winner will be contacted by telephone or . If, after two (2) attempts, contact has not been made, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected at the discretion of the Sponsor. Decisions of the judges are final.

4 4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older. Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. Employees of JWCE, rep firms and its affiliated companies, agencies and vendors or members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release and a Travel Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. Travel companion must be 21 years of age or older and must sign a Travel Release/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. 5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & PUBLICITY: Sponsor will have right to photograph winner. Entry into the Sweepstakes and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use each winner s name, image, picture, likeness, and city and state of residence for purposes of advertising, trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, winner and guests agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its advertising and promotions agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of

5 prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. 6. ADDITIONAL TERMS: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning addresses or the domain associated with the submitted address. Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such winner is the authorized account holder of the address associated with the winning entry. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one s ability to enter the Sweepstakes, including any injury or damage to participant s or any other person s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion,

6 to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or web site. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
