1 Nestlé NAN 3 / Samsung 2015 Promotion Terms & Conditions Redemption of Samsung GALAXY TAB 4 (7.0 LTE) with $88 Top up and Lucky Draw to win Family Trip to Switzerland (Travel vouchers worth S$8,000) By registering or taking part in the above-mentioned 2 promotions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The above-mentioned 2 promotions are only valid with minimum S$350 nett purchase of NAN H.A gm, NAN H.A.3 800gm, NAN PRO 2 800gm, NAN GRO 3 800gm and/or NAN KID 4 900gm, including all promotional packs except NAN Growing up Formula Buy 5 get 1 free carton promotion, from 1st September 2015 to 31st October 2015 (both dates inclusive). You may combine receipts. Each submission must be accompanied by original printed receipts issued by FairPrice, Cold Storage, GIANT, Sheng Shiong, MUSTAFA, PRIME, Guardian, Watsons and all participating retailers during the qualifying promotion period. No re-printed or copied receipts are allowed. The promotions exclude all starter formulas (0-6 months), 1.95kg packs and NAN Growing up formula Buy 5 get 1 tin free promotion. Submission of entries must reach ORO Redemption Centre by 7th November Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. All late, incomplete, illegible or tampered receipts/entries will be disqualified. Each entry submitted is subject to the normal postage charges, and you shall be responsible for these charges. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt, and neither Nestlé nor ORO Redemption Centre will be responsible or liable for any delay or non-receipt of submissions. The redemption item and lucky draw prize cannot be exchanged, is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. The redemption item and the lucky draw prize are redeemed/provided on an as is basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible. You shall participate in the 2 promotions on your own account, and shall not submit entries or participate on behalf of other persons. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have obtained all necessary consents, licenses and approvals required in connection with the promotions and your participation, and

Only entries that are considered as complete and correct by Nestlé will be eligible. Nestlé may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these Terms and Conditions or who does not comply with these Contest Terms and Conditions. Nestlé may, without prior notice, (1) replace the redemption item and lucky draw prize with another item of a similar value, and (2) terminate these promotions, and amend the promotions mechanics and these Terms and Conditions. Nestlé s decisions on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, binding and conclusive on you, and no correspondence will be entertained. Any intellectual property contained in any materials used in connection with the promotions, the redemption items and the lucky draw prize is the property of their respective owners. These promotions, Nestlé and its respective affiliates and contractors, are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, those owners and the owners relevant affiliates where those owners or the owners affiliates are not part of the Nestlé group of companies. All worldwide intellectual property rights in any statement or content made or created by you in connection with the promotions and any derivative works arising therefrom will be perpetually and unconditionally vested in, and owned by, Nestlé. Redemption of Samsung GALAXY TAB 4 (7.0 LTE) To redeem the Samsung GALAXY Tab LTE (worth S$298), you will need to (1) spend a minimum of S$350 on participating products, and (2) pay an additional S$88 at the point of redemption. Limited to 1 redemption per NRIC/FIN holder and subject to stock availability. For all eligible submissions, an with details on the redemption will be sent to the registered address stated. The 2 winners will each receive S$8,000 worth of travel vouchers, valid for 1 year from the issuance date. The lucky draw is open to all individual Singapore residents who are: (i) aged 18 and above as of 1st September If you are below the age of 18, you shall obtain the necessary consent from your parent/legal guardian before participating in this lucky draw and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should organizers require it, and

Winners will be notified via phone based on the submitted contact details. You hereby agree and consent to your personal details being published by Nestlé on Facebook, if you are drawn as a winner. Notification letters will be sent to each winner for the collection of prizes. Winners shall ensure that they remain contactable at all times. 5 Original proof of identity in the form as determined by Nestlé The award of prizes will be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of Nestlé. Where prizes contain a specified validity period during which it should be utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. Prizes which remain unclaimed by any winner for 2 months longer after the announcement of the winners will be conclusively forfeited by this winner, and the forfeited prize will be dealt with at Nestlé s discretion in accordance with applicable laws.
