Only Singapore residents aged 18 years and older. The Promoter reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time. Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of: the Promoter; and the agencies, companies or participating Retailers associated with this Promotion, and any other persons directly connected with this Promotion. Stores located in the Country stated above which are stocking specially marked Qualifying Purchase products (including online retailers). Buy any 2 of the participating Pringles products (any flavour) during the Qualifying Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the specially marked Pringles products are as follows: Potato range: 42g, 107g, 147g, 134g Tortilla range:110g A receipt showing a Qualifying Purchase can only be used to make 1 entry, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases are shown on that receipt. To enter, you must, within the Qualifying Period: make a Qualifying Purchase and collect your itemised purchase receipt; visit the Website, locate the entry page; and fill out and submit the online entry form, upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt. Your purchase receipt must clearly identify the Retailer from which the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Qualifying Period). The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite camera or imaging functions. 60 daily prize winners (1 per day of the Qualifying Period) and three major prize winners. Daily prize: There will be a total of 60 daily prize draws conducted; 1 draw for each day of the Qualifying Period. Each draw will only include entries received during the corresponding day for which the draw is being made. The daily prize draws will take place at SMSDOME Pte Ltd, 47 Jalan Pemimpin #03-01 Halcyon 2 Singapore Entries received in respect of each daily prize draw will roll over to the subsequent daily prize draws. Only the declared daily prize winner will be excluded in the roll over to the subsequent daily prize draw. Major prizes: There will be one major prize draw with three major prizes to be won. All entries received during the promotion period will be included in the major prize draw. The major prize draw will take place at SMSDOME Pte Ltd, 47 Jalan Pemimpin #03-01 Halcyon 2 Singapore Reserve winners: The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order (the reserve winners ), in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or any prize is unclaimed. There are 60 daily prizes available and three major prizes available. Each daily prize is an Air Asia flight voucher valued at 250 SGD. Each major prize is an Air Asia flight voucher valued at 800 SGD. Each person can win a maximum of one daily prize and one major prize. See more information on the voucher at GB/Static/eGVWork Accommodation is not included. The total prize pool has a value of up to 17,400 SGD. You can enter multiple times. However, each receipt evidencing Qualifying Purchase(s) can only be used for one entry, regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases on such receipt. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Winner/s will be notified: in writing by at the address(es) provided by the winner(s) within 7-14 calendar days of determination. Winner/s will have their name published on the Pringles Facebook page on/by 18 January 2019 You must keep the following as proof of purchase for the winning entry: original itemised purchase receipt(s). If you don't produce the proof of purchase for the winning entry, the Promoter may disqualify your entry and you will lose any right to a prize. Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. If the same receipt has been used for Lawyers 2

3 Unclaimed prize/s Consent to the collection and use of your personal data more than one entry, whether all in your name or in another person s name, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. The prize will be sent to each winner via from Pringles@Edgepromotions.com.au. If a prize has not been accepted or claimed within two months of the annoucement of the winner, after the Promoter making all reasonable attempts to contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter), the relevant entry/ies will be forfeited and the relevant prize may be awarded to a Reserve Winner. If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name/s and image/s in any promotional or advertising activity in connection with this Promotion. Participation in this Promotion is conditional on providing personal data. The Promoter collects personal data for the purpose of conducting and performing this promotion. The Promoter may disclose personal data collected to its staff, contractors, local distributors, AirAsia and agents who may be designated or engaged to conduct this Promotion and any part of the prize fulfilment. The Promoter will only collect, use, disclose and store the personal data supplied for the administration of the Promotion and for no other purpose, unless otherwise consented by the participant. Entry 2 Your entry must be received within the Qualifying Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. Entries received by the Promoter after the expiry of the Qualifying Period will not be eligible for the draws. Where relevant, entry forms/scratch cards from any other competition cannot be used for this Promotion. Entries are void if copied, forged or interfered with. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the Promoter's property. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/ addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. Prizes 3 Prize/s must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. 4 6 This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this competition or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore. 7 If any dispute or difference arises between an entrant and the Promoter, the parties must, before commencing legal proceedings, make every effort to resolve the dispute by mutual negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, controversy or claim within 30 days of the Promoter s receipt of notice of the dispute, controversy or claim, such dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this competition or these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC Rules) as at present in force. The appointing authority shall be the President or Vice-President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The parties must pay their own costs of arbitration. 8 Any failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by AirAsia or such other prize supplier(s) (if applicable) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability on the part of the Promoter, AirAsia or such other prize supplier(s) (where applicable). 9 For event-based/travel prizes, you accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities. 10 For your own safety, if specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies. 11 To ensure that you understand the nature of the event-based/travel prizes, you must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize. 12 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age and place of residence). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights. 13 You must not: (d) (e) (f) tamper with the entry process; engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion; act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion; breach any law; or behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate. 14 If you in the opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, are contrary to law or are otherwise inappropriate (as determined by the Promoter) at any time when claiming, redeeming or using in the prize, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you (and your companion/s) from redeeming the prize in whole or part, at its sole discretion. The Promoter s decision in this regard shall be final and no communications will be entertained. 15 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted including failure of any third parties to forward entry forms for inclusion in the draw, where relevant. The Promoter, its employees, agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion will not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer or line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network. 16 The Promoter s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final. 17 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of Lawyers 4

5 preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value. 18 If this Promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion or disqualify affected entries/entrants without any liability on the part of the Promoter or notice to you. 19 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial/tax advice. Liability 20 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute that cannot lawfully be restricted, excluded or modified. 21 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable (including in negligence or otherwise) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law). 22 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). 23 This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability. 24 AirAsia is not a partner of this Promotion. Lawyers 5
