Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of: the Promoter; and the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this competition. Stores located in the Country stated above which are stocking Qualifying Purchase products (including online retailers). Buy any 2 of the participating Pringles products (any flavour) purchased from a retailer during the Competition Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the participating Pringles products are as follows: Potato range: 42g, 107g, 147g Tortilla range: 110g A receipt showing a Qualifying Purchase can only be used to make 1 entry, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases are shown on that receipt. To enter, you must, during the Competition Period make a Qualifying Purchase and collect your itemised purchase receipt/s; visit the during the Competition Period, locate the entry page; fill out and submit the online entry form by providing your name and address and submit an answer, in 25 words or less, to the question "What is your dream holiday with Pringles?"; upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt/s. Entrants must also select the store where they purchased from a drop down list o o If you made your Qualifying Purchase at Tesco, your entry will be entered into the daily prize judging for that day, and also entered into the bonus Tesco judging. If you made your Qualifying Purchase at Giant, your entry will be entered into the daily prize judging for that day, and also entered into the bonus Giant judging. Your purchase receipt/s must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry). The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability. This is a game of skill. A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review each valid entry and will judge the entries based on creativity, originality and brand suitability to determine the winners. Chance plays no part in how the winners will be selected. All judging decisions are as determined by the judging panel on behalf of the Promoter, in their absolute discretion. 1

2 There are 60 daily prizes (1 per day of the Competition Period), 3 Tesco bonus prizes and 3 Giant bonus prizes. Daily prize judging The best valid entry received during each day of the Competition Period will win a daily prize. Total prize pool Entries received in respect of each day of the Competition Period will not roll over to subsequent days of the Competition Period, for the purpose of daily prize judging. If, in respect of a day of the Competition Period, no valid entries have been received, the daily prize will not be awarded in respect of that day. Bonus prize judging The bonus prize judging will take place on 4 January The best 3 valid Tesco entries received from all Tesco entries received during the Competition Period will win a Tesco bonus prize. The best 3 valid Giant entries received from all Giant entries received during the Competition Period will win a Giant bonus prize. There are 60 daily prizes available, 3 Tesco bonus prizes and 3 Giant bonus prizes. Each daily prize is an AirAsia flight voucher valued at 800 MYR. Each Tesco bonus prize is a 1,200 MYR AirAsia flight voucher to go towards flights to South Korea. Each Giant bonus prize is a 1,200 MYR AirAsia flight voucher to go towards flights to Japan. Accommodation is not included. You can only win one daily prize and one bonus prize. If your entry is deemed the best in respect of a daily prize, it is not necessarily going to be deemed the best in respect of a bonus prize. The total prize pool is 55,200 MYR. 2

3 How many times can I enter? How and when will the winner/s be informed? Proof of purchase Unclaimed prize/s Collection and use of your personal information You can enter multiple times, provided you only enter once per Qualifying Purchase, once per receipt and each entry is based on a separate "25 words or less" response. Each entry must be submitted separately in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Winner/s will be notified: in writing by within 7-14 business days of determination. Winner/s will have their name published: on the Pringles Facebook page on/by 18 January You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries: original itemised purchase receipt/s. If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize. Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry. If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize. Prize claim date: 31 January If a prize has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the relevant prize will not be re-awarded. If you are a winner, you must take part in all publicity, photography and other promotional activity as the Promoter requires, without any compensation. You consent to the Promoter using your name and image in any promotional or advertising activity and acknowledge that the Promotor is the owner of the copyright in image and footage for all publicity, photography and other promotional activity for the competition. Participation in this Promotion is conditional on providing complete personal information as well as supporting identification documents as may be required. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting and performing this promotion. The Promoter may disclose personal information collected to an agent who is engaged to conduct prize fulfilment. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless otherwise consented by the participant. The collection, use or disclosure of personal information is otherwise conducted in accordance with the Promoter s Privacy Policy. Entry 2 Your entry must be received during the Competition Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. Where relevant, entry forms/scratch cards from any other competition cannot be used for this competition, and are void if copied, forged, stolen or interfered with. Where relevant, submitted entry forms are the Promoter's property. If you return a Qualifying Purchase your entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/ addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified. 3 Every entry, including your 25 words or less statement, must be your original work and not copied. 4 The Promoter may copy and amend your entry (including the 25 words or less statement) and may use (or allow others to use) your entry and any rights in relation to your entry, to publicise this competition or for any other purpose. These rights are perpetual, royalty free, world-wide, irrevocable and transferable. For example, the Promoter may publish all or any part of your entry or any amended version of it. The Promoter may also decide not to publish an entry, to cease publication of an entry, or to publish an edited entry. 5 You warrant that your entry does not breach any third party rights (for example, intellectual property rights) and its use by the Promoter or any other person will not breach such rights nor otherwise breach 3

4 Prizes any law (for example, it is not defamatory, in contempt of court or in breach of any privacy law). Your entry must not be obscene, offensive, malicious, discriminatory, indecent or (in the Promoter's opinion) otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (for example it must not include language the Promoter deems offensive). 6 Prize/s and all elements of prize/s must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including, as relevant: (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) validity period/s; booking and availability of flights; conditions of travel and conditions of entry into any event venues (including behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes); conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer; travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods; any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you to a travel/event prize after it has been booked; the requirement to obtain all necessary documents to travel to any overseas location specified, including a current and valid passport and any visas required; a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation; and a requirement that any person taking the prize that is aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parent or guardian at all times. 7 Please see AirAsia Gift Voucher terms and conditions at GB/Static/eGVWork. 8 You are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to the prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, mobile or data plans, installation costs, costs associated with ongoing use of the prize, etc. 9 Where relevant, the Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of the prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element. General 10 This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this competition or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore. 11 If any dispute or difference arises between an entrant and the Promoter, the parties must, before commencing legal proceedings, make every effort to resolve the dispute by mutual negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute, controversy or claim within 30 days of the Promoter s receipt of notice of the dispute, controversy or claim, such dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this competition or these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC Rules) as at present in force. The appointing authority shall be the President or Vice-President of the SIAC Court of Arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The parties must pay their own costs of arbitration. 12 Any failure by you or (if applicable) to comply with the conditions imposed by the prize supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the prize supplier(s). 13 For event-based/travel prizes, you accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities. 14 If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the prize, you must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/ies. 15 You must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or any companion/s do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize. 4

5 16 If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions including if the prize is on set dates and you are unable to take the prize on the relevant date/s, your entry (or at the Promoter's discretion, all of your entries) may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entries (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights. 17 You must not: (c) (d) (e) (f) tamper with the entry process; engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the competition; act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner; do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition; breach any law; or behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate. 18 If you in the opinion of the Promoter (and/or a medical professional, as relevant to the circumstances), are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behave aggressively or offensively, or behave in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate (as determined by the Promoter) at any time when claiming, redeeming or using in the prize, the Promoter may cancel the prize or restrict you from participating in any elements of the prize, at its discretion. 19 The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted. The Promoter, its employees, agencies and representatives associated with this Promotion will not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer or line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network. 20 The Promoter s decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final. 21 Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor (except where cash is specified) redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable taxes. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. You agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value. 22 If this competition cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants. 23 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you winning a prize. You should seek independent financial advice. Liability 24 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute that cannot lawfully be restricted, excluded or modified. 25 Subject to the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury (including allergies, skin conditions or other reactions, as relevant), illness or death suffered in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which under statute cannot be excluded (in which case that liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law). 26 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this competition are not liable for any loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of prize/s, or for any damage that occurs to displayed prize/s (where relevant). 27 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. You completely release any relevant social media platforms from any and all liability. 28 AirAsia is not a partner of this Promotion. 5
