2 Winner Determination Prize Details will be conducted at 12noon (AEDT) on 26/09/2016 at Supreme Hotel Group Head Office, Level 1, Sydney Rd, Brunswick, Vic, The winners will have until 5pm (AEDT) on 27/09/16 to claim their prize. If, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a drawn winner (and that drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by 5pm (AEDT) on 27/09/16, the Promoter reserves the right to discard that entry and to draw another winner/s (from the same relevant pool of entries) at 12pm (AEDT) on 28/09/16 (at the same location as the original relevant draw) who will be given until 5pm (AEDT) on 29/09/16 to claim the relevant prize. In the draw for Venues, the first three valid entries randomly drawn from all valid entries received across all combined Venues during the Competition Period will win a Prize. The prizes are valued: $1,998 (inc GST) in total and includes a VIP category ticket for each of the winners and 1 companion (who must be aged 18 or over) to attend the 2016 AFL Grand Final on 01/10/2016 at the MCG, Melbourne VIC, and access to The Interchange before the game. Prize Pool Entry Limits Winner Notification and Publication Prize Claim Date and Time Unclaimed Prize Draw Details Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication The total prize pool is valued at $6,938 (inc GST). Each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase. All winners will be notified by phone and in writing and winners will have their name published at the venue website and Prizes must be claimed by 5pm (AEDT) on 27/09/ pm (AEDT) on 28/09/2016 at the same location as the original draw (as relevant). By entering, entrants accept these conditions. 2 The competition will be conducted in each Venue during the Competition Period. 3 Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries must be on the original entry form. 4 The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise including failure of any participating Venue to forward entry forms to the relevant draw location.

3 5 The draws will be conducted at the times, on the dates and at the locations as stated in the Draw Details. 6 The prizes are as stated in the Prize Details. The prize winners and their companion/s are responsible for making their own way to and from the MCG and Centre Square or the Interchange in Melbourne, Victoria on 01/10/2016 to take the relevant prize. All costs associated with a prize that are not specified, including but not limited to any transport or transfer costs, meals, and other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of each prize winner and his/her companion/s, as incurred. The prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the prize supplier/s including any conditions of entry into the MCG (including but not limited to behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes). 7 The winners will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification and Publication section of these conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published. 8 The winners (and their companion/s) must, at the Promoter s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material. 9 The Promoter and/or each Venue may require the winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter s and/or Venue s discretion. 10 If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, including if a winner is unable to take the prize on 01/10/2016, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry from the relevant original pool of entries in accordance with paragraph The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person (including without limitation a winner or any of their companion/s) who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. A winner is fully responsible for the acts and omissions of their companion/s and the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, the winner and any or all of their companion/s if any of their companion/s breaches these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them. 12 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel a prize or otherwise cease to provide any benefit of a prize to a winner (and their companion/s) if a winner (or their companion/s), in the opinion of the Promoter, is under the influence of alcohol or any other drug, behaves aggressively or offensively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. 13 The Promoter s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14 The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the VIC gaming authority if required. 15 Notwithstanding paragraph 14, if the 2016 AFL Grand Final on 01/10/2016 is abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason, the winners and their companions forfeit the tickets to the event and no cash or alternative tickets will be substituted in lieu.

4 The winners (and their companions) acknowledge and agree that Supreme Hotel Group will not be liable if there are any changes the schedule of the 2016 AFL Grand Final. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any such eventuality and the winners (and their companions) undertake not to claim any compensation from the Promoter in this regard. 16 If, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact a drawn prize winner (or a drawn prize winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant prize winner s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will draw another winner/s (from the same relevant pool of entries) in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as is necessary to distribute the prize/s, subject to any requirements of the VIC gaming authority. Any prize winner in such draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication. 17 The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). 18 Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to prizes. Prizes will be delivered in Australia only. 19 The Promoter may communicate or advertise this competition using Facebook. However, the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. Each entrant completely releases Facebook from any and all liability. 20 As a condition of accepting or participating in any prize a winner s companion/s accept these conditions. 21 If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the VIC gaming authority if required. 22 The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where this competition involves, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants will follow the Australian Taxation Office s stated view that where the parties are at arm s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values. 23 The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legal aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol. A full version of these Guidelines is available at Entry and continued participation in this competition is subject to each Venue s liquor serving policy. 24 All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The information entrants companions provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of fulfilling the prize and otherwise administering this competition. The Promoter may collect entrants or their companions personal information (including through its contractors or agents) or disclose entrants or their companions personal information to its related

5 companies, contractors and agents to assist in conducting this competition, storing data or communicating with entrants or their companions. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter s database and the Promoter may use this information to contact the entrant with special offers, news and information about its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging. By entering this competition, entrants consent to receiving SMS or messages from the Promoter that do not contain any functional unsubscribe facility.
