1 Terms and Conditions Win a Day Out at the Footy 1. General Entry 1.1 Information on how to enter this Win a Day Out at the Footy promotion (the Promotion) form part of these terms and conditions (the Terms and Conditions). 1.2 The promoter is Tabcorp Holdings Limited ABN of 5 Bowen Crescent, Melbourne, 3004(the Promoter). 1.3 Entry is open to Victorian residents over the age of 18 who either: place one or more Valid Bets (as defined in clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions) at a Victorian TAB agency or a Victorian licensed TAB venue (a Retail Entrant); or (b) hold a Victorian TAB account as at 8:59 AM (AEST) on Monday 14 May 2012 and place one or more Valid Bets via this account (an Account Holder Entrant), (collectively, Eligible Entrants). 1.4 By entering and/or participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 1.5 The following people are not eligible to participate in the Promotion: Any person who is not an Eligible Entrant; (b) Directors, officers and employees of the Promoter and its related companies; (c) Directors, officers and employees of contractors to the Promoter; and (d) Immediate family of (b) and (c). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, immediate family means spouse (including de facto), parent, step-parent, sibling, child and stepchild.

2 2. Term of Promotion The Promotion commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 12 June 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Sunday, 1 July 2011 (the Promotion Period). 3. Valid Entry 3.1 For the purposes of this Promotion, a Valid Bet is a bet of $5.00 or more placed on any one of the following FootyTAB AFL bet types, with the Promoter during the Promotion Period: AFL Winners; or (b) AFL Margins, a Valid Bet. 3.2 An Eligible Entrant receives one (1) entry into the Promotion per Valid Bet. 4. How to Enter 4.1 To enter the Promotion, a Retail Entrant must SMS their name, the date the Valid Bet was placed, and the number printed on the FootyTAB betting ticket (that appears below the Accrued Total ) from a Valid Bet placed by that Retail Entrant, to 0409 LEGEND ( ). A 55 cent (inc. GST) SMS charge may apply. Charges vary depending on the service provider. 4.2 Account Holder Entrants will automatically be entered into the Promotion after placing a Valid Bet via the Account Holder Entrant s Victorian TAB Account online or via phone.

Selection of Winners 5.1 Twenty (20) Eligible Entrants will be randomly selected (the Potential Winners) using a random number generator at 10.00AM on Tuesday 3 July 2012 at MMG Interactive, 4 Brunswick Place, Fitzroy, VIC 3065 (the Prize Draw). 5.2 The Promoter will endeavour to contact each Potential Winner in accordance with clause 7 in the order that they were selected, until eight (8) Potential Winners have been successfully contacted and each has accepted the Prize (as defined in clause 6.1) (Winners). 5.3 If a Potential Winner is unable to attend the AFL match which is the subject of the Prize, or does not accept the Prize, the Ticket Pack will be offered to the next Potential Winner drawn until all eight (8) Prizes have been allocated. 5.4 In the event that one (1) or more Prizes remain available after all twenty (20) Potential Winners have been contacted, then those Prize/s will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of those Prize/s. 6. The Prizes 6.1 The Prize The eight (8) Winners will each receive: (i) four (4) seats in suite CS3-90 at either of the following matches at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG): A. Round 15 AFL Melbourne v Richmond AFL 7 July 2012 (Match A); or B. Round 17 AFL Collingwood v Hawthorn21 July 2012 (Match B), (Ticket Pack). Each Ticket Pack will include food and beverages; and (ii) four (4) tickets for a tour of the National Sports Museum at the MCG, (together, the Prize). (b) Four (4) Ticket Packs are available for Match A, and four (4) Ticket Packs are available for Match B. Each Winner may choose, in the order they are drawn, whether to receive a Ticket Pack for Match A or Match B (subject to availability). (c) Each Prize is valued at $ (d) The total Prize pool is valued at $6, (e) The Prize must be used in its entirety by the same person (the Winner). The elements of the Prize cannot be split between different persons.

4 6.2 Costs All other costs associated with the Prize, including (but not limited to) any travel costs to and from the MCG, and other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the Winner. 6.3 Prize Specific Conditions The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied or redeemed for cash. The Prize is a benefit of Tabcorp s major partnership with the MCG and has no commercial value. (b) Each Winner and their 3 guests must be over the age of 18 years. (c) The Prize can be transferred to another adult over the age of 18 years. If the Winner elects to transfer the Prize, the Winner must, if requested by the Promoter, provide the Promoter with an original signed letter transferring their benefit in the Prize to a third party together with certified photo identification of the Winner and the transferee. (d) The Prize can only be used on the following dates and periods: (i) (ii) (iii) at Match A on 7 July 2012 for the Ticket Pack to Match A; at Match B on 21 July 2012 for the Ticket Pack to Match B; National Sports Museum tickets within 6 months of receipt by the Winner and in accordance with the opening times of the museum. (e) (f) In the event that for any reason whatsoever a Winner does not confirm acceptance of the Prize or element of the Prize by phone or by 5.00 PM (AEST) on Thursday 5 July 2012, then the Prize or element of the Prize (as applicable) will be forfeited by that Winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize or element of the Prize. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority (if applicable).

Prize Winner Notification The Winners will be notified by phone and in writing on Tuesday, 3 July The details of the Winners will also be published on and in The Australian on Thursday, 5 July The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to otherwise notify the Winners that they have won a Prize by Thursday 5 July Delivery of Prize The Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Prizes to the Winners by mail, express post or courier (as deemed appropriate by the Promoter) by Friday 6 July Exclusion of Liability 9.1 Whilst the Promoter will use all reasonable endeavours to arrange the delivery of the Prizes by Friday 6 July 2012, by entering this Promotion, the Winner acknowledges that circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter may prevent the delivery of the Prizes by that date, or at all (including the failure by the Winner to notify the Promoter of any change of delivery address of the Prize). In such circumstances where the Promoter forms a reasonable belief that any delay or loss of the Prize has not been caused or contributed to by the Winner s negligence, fraud or misconduct, the Promoter may (if circumstances permit) redeliver the Prize to the Winner. 9.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, including, but not limited to, direct, consequential (including economic) or indirect loss or any loss of profits, by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or their servants or agents, in connection with this Promotion or the arrangement for supply, or the supply of or failure to supply, any goods or services by any person to a Winner. 9.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affect, nor is intended to affect, any rights that an Eligible Entrant might have that are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws. 10. Use of Personal Information / Marketing 10.1 The Promoter complies with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) Any entries become the property of the Promoter. Any information Eligible Entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion.

6 10.3 The Promoter may disclose Eligible Entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with Eligible Entrants By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to their personal information being collected, used and disclosed by the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, related business companies, other companies associated with this Promotion, and business partners for any promotional activities, including the Eligible Entrant's personal participation in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter, and any marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Eligible Entrant Eligible Entrants consent includes authorising the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, related business companies, other companies associated with this Promotion and business partners to send the Eligible Entrant future electronic messages including but not limited to, SMS, MMS, and regarding any promotional, marketing and publicity activities Eligible Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and Winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to provide the Eligible Entrant reasonable prior notice where their personal information is going to be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments or published under lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to the Promoter at its address set out in clause 1.2 of these Terms and Conditions All Eligible Entrants consent to the publication of their name and suburb of residence (however their full address will not be published) and agree to participate in reasonable Promotion activities as requested by the Promoter For more information, refer to the Promoter s Privacy Policy located on the Promoter s website General Conditions 11.1 The Promoter, its employees, officers, agents, and its parent companies and subsidiaries are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (b) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; any injuries, losses (including, without limitation, loss of profits), or damages of any kind caused by the Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or from participation in the Promotion or downloading material from tab.com.au; or

7 (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion The Promoter reserves the right to: (b) (c) (d) (e) cancel or suspend the Promotion, should the security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion be compromised in any way by way of any virus or bugs in the IT system used for this Promotion; unauthorized human intervention; or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; disqualify any Eligible Entrant who engages in offensive, illegal or objectionable conduct in respect of this Promotion; disqualify any Eligible Entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in accordance with any written directions given by any relevant government or regulatory authority to do so; or request the Winner to provide proof of age, identity or proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, or strikes, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion or part of the Promotion and recommence it on the same conditions subject to Australian law By entering this Promotion, Eligible Entrants acknowledge that it is a condition of accepting the Prize that they may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter and agreed to by the Winner, acting reasonably To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these Terms and Conditions make no provision or in relation to which the relevant Terms and Conditions are unclear, the Promoter will make a decision regarding such situation. The Eligible Entrant will have the right to request an internal review of the Promoter s decision. Subject to any regulator direction to the contrary, the decision of the internal review will be final and binding. In the event that the Winner is identified as a minor, self excluded patron, involuntarily excluded patron or any other person who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions (the Refused Winner), the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the Winner to take part in, or receive, any or all aspects of the Prize, and the Promoter will notify any relevant regulator accordingly where required by law to do so.
