Name of Contest Astro Circle Astro Best the Greatest Showman Purchase & Win contest 3. Brief Description of Contest/ Programme This Contest is held in conjunction with the movie the Greatest Showman which is available to be purchased via - Astro Best (Ch481) Ch200 - Astro Go - On Demand - Astro Circle Redemption Portal - Njoi and will stand a chance to win 4d3n trip to Sydney, Australia. Individuals who adhere to the Eligibility Criteria as set out in Clause 5 below are eligible to participate in this Contest. 4. Brief mechanism of Contest Interested active Astro customers are required to purchase the Movie the Greatest RM10.60 and log on to Astro Circle Facebook and answer two (2) Questions in the comment section of the Astro Best the Greatest Showman contest wall post for a chance to win a pair of tickets to Sydney, Australia. Eligible Contestants are required to abide by the prescribed Entry Procedure as set out in Clause 11 below by the Entry Deadline specified in Clause 12 below. The Contestants must adhere to the mechanism of the Contest as may be notified or communicated by the Organiser during the Contest Period. 5. Eligibility Criteria a) Subject to other criteria set out below and in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions, the Contest is open to all Malaysians of the Age of Eligibility below who are active *Astro customers and their **immediate family members* as at 3 rd May b) Contestant must be Malaysian citizens and must possess valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Cards ( NRIC ). *Active Astro customer means a subscriber of the Astro Service and whose account is current and active with no outstanding payments due and owing to Astro and who has not breached the Astro subscription agreement nor given any instructions to terminate and /or suspend his/her subscription to the Astro Service as at the date of winner notification. Winners must remain active Astro customers until the date of collection of prizes **immediate family members means spouse, children, parents, brothers - 1 -

2 and sisters 6. Ineligibility Employees and scholars of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad and its group of companies and their *immediate family members; and ** as defined in Clause 5 above 7. Age of Eligibility (a) 18 years of age and above as of 4th May Charges The Organiser does not charge for Contest entries submitted by Contestants. All costs incurred for the Contest including without limitation to, preparation and submission of entries shall be at the Contestants own expense. 9. Contest Period 12noon, 4th May 11.59pm, 3 rd June 2018 The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the Contest Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion. 10. Language of Contest The Contest will be organized by the Organiser in the English language. 11. Entry Procedure To participate in the Contest, eligible Participants are required to purchase the movie during the Contest Period. After the purchase of Astro Best the Greatest Showman, customers will need to follow the 3 steps below to: 1. Log on to 2. Entry Deadline All entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 11:59 pm, 3 rd June Mode Facebook Entries received before the commencement of the Contest Period and after the stipulated Entry Deadline will be disqualified and ineligible for consideration for prizes. 14. Address Selection of Winners Contest winner will be chosen based on THREE criteria: a) Contestant is an active Astro subscriber. b) Winner selection is only open to customer that purchase Astro Best the Greatest RM10.60 or from 3 rd May 3 rd June 2018 via: - Astro Best (Ch481) Ch200 - Astro Go - On Demand - Astro Circle Redemption Portal c) The eligible Contestants that submitted the correct answer to the two (2) Questions. d) The most original and creative slogan as decided by a panel of - 2 -

3 judges. All judges decisions are final and no correspondence or questions will be entertained. Originality and/or creativity of slogan submitted by the eligible Contestants shall be determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion. Prize 1 x Grand Prize 4D3N trip to Sydney, Australia - Travelling period August Two (2) roundtrip Economy class flights from KLIA - Roundtrip airport transfers in Sydney - 3 nights Twin-Sharing Accommodation in Sydney - as may be determined by the Organizer - Luxury Sydney Opera House experience that includes a guided tour of the legendary Sydney Opera House, a 3-course meal at an award-winning restaurant and premium seats to the Opera House show - as may be determined by the Organizer - Show-stopping Dinner & Circus Arts at a Circus themed restaurant with 9-courses and 9-circus arts acts. 30 x Consolation Prizes Note*: - Exclusive the Greatest Showman merchandise The Grand Prize Winner must utilize the Travel Voucher for the fixed destination/country as designated in the relevant Travel Voucher. Subject to such other requirements as the Organiser and/or its appointed agency may from time to time specify, the Grand Prize Winner is responsible for the travel arrangements on his/her own including but not limited to the duration of the trip, flight ticket, accommodation, meal, spending money, local ground transportation/tour in the fixed destination/country, insurance, etc. The Grand Prize Winner is required to liaise with the Organiser and/or its appointed agent for Travel Voucher collection and/or travel and booking arrangements. For cash equivalent products or services, it is NOT exchangeable for cash. ALL CASH EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS OR SERVICES ARE STRICTLY SUBJECT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AS MAY BE IMPOSED BY THE ORGANISER AND/OR MERCHANT. THE ORGANISER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INABILITY OR DISQUALIFICATION IN CLAIMING OR USING SUCH PRIZES Notification of winners The Contest Winners will be announced and published by the Organiser on or before 3 rd July 2018 on the Organiser s website at

4 18. Collection Period Within one month of Notification of Winners Prize not collected within the stipulated period will be forfeited. 19. Collection Venue Prizes to be sent to Winners address as provided in the registration form of this Contest or such other location as may be decided by Organiser. Winners may be required to collect the Prizes at a location to be decided by the Organiser if so notified. 20. Additional Terms, if any a) Eligible Contestants may enter one entry in this campaign. However (and subject to Clause (b) below), each Contestant/ Astro account is only entitled to one of the Prizes throughout the Contest Period. Any subsequent Prize even if so announced shall be null and void. b) Contest Winners must continue to be *Active Astro customers until the collection of Prizes, failing which Organiser reserves the right to disqualify Winners from the Contest and any Prize won will be forfeited. c) Contestants under the same Astro account will not be eligible to win the Prize in this Contest if such Astro account has been awarded any form of Prize(s) in any other Contest organized by the Organiser in the past three (3) months from the date when Winners names of this Contest are announced as stipulated in Clause 17 above. Besides that, Contestants that had redeemed the movie through the Astro Circle rewards catalogue are not entitle to win as well. d) The Grand Prize must be claimed within the Travelling Period and is subject to availability and block out periods. All components of the Prize must be taken together. The Grand Prize does not include meals, accommodation, spending money, travel insurance or transport to and from departure and arrival points unless otherwise stipulated in Clause 16 above. All other ancillary and travel costs incurred as a result of the trip including such costs for obtaining valid travel documentations (including visas) shall be the Grand Prize Winner s responsibility. e) The Grand Prize Winner shall be entitled to select his/her travel companion to travel with him/her so long as the travel companion does not fall within the Ineligibility criteria as set out in Clause 6 above. The Grand Prize Winner must be one of the travelling parties for the trip won. It shall be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner and his/her travel companion to each have a valid passport and travel documentations. f) Travelling children, if any, must only travel with consent from their parent or legal guardian. The travelling adult must take full responsibility over the travelling children. g) In the event the Contestant/Grand Prize Winner is unable to participate in the trip that is obtained by virtue of his/her Winnings, the Organiser shall not reimburse the trip and/or any additional costs which the Contestant/Grand Prize Winner may have incurred in anticipation of participating in the trip for cash and/or any other alternative form of reimbursements. h) Admission to the venues mentioned in this document is subject to the rules and regulations of the relevant venues. i) If the event is canceled, rescheduled or, if for any reason, the Organizer is unable to provide the visit to the said event or if the Contest Winner cannot take the trip to attend the said event on - 4 -

5 the date and the venue specified, the Organiser shall have no further obligation to the Contest Winner and guest. j) Each Contestant shall fully indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and each of their respective divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees and agents, and all other associated with the development and execution of this Contest (collectively, the Indemnified Parties ) from any and all claims, damages, losses, demands, causes of action, proceedings, expenses, and/or liabilities resulting or arising from or connected with, or claimed to have arisen, resulted from or be connected with: (i) the Contestant s submission, participation, attempt to participate, or inability to participate, in the contest; (ii) submission and/or use by the Indemnified Parties of any submission (and/or any parts thereof); (iii) the Contestant s failure to comply with any one or more of these contest rules or any applicable laws, rules or regulations; (iv) the unauthorized use by the Contestant of, as applicable, the name, likeness, voice, work product, brand, trademark, logo of any person or entity; (v) the breach or alleged breach of any warranty, representation (including, without limitation any eligibility-related representation) or covenant made by the Contestant in connection with the contest; (vi) acceptance and/or use of any prize, if any; (vii) any right or benefit granted by the Contestant to the Organiser in connection with the contest; and/or (viii) the Contestant s negligence, willful misconduct, violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations or these contest rules, or his or her violation of any third party s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other right. k) Contestants release each of the Indemnified Parties, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest and the awarding and use, misuse or possession of any prizes, including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law. l) The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the Prizes delivered by post. m) The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and strictly not-for-sale for cash, credit or any other item(s). Prizes not redeemed during the validity period will be forfeited. n) To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of Prize collection and/or fulfillment. o) All ancillary and travel costs (including such costs in relation to accommodation, travelling to and from any of the venues mentioned in this document) are the Winner s responsibility and no reimbursements whatsoever in relation thereto shall be entertained by the Organiser. p) The Organiser shall bear no responsibility for any loss and/or damage to the Prizes delivered by post. q) The Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and strictly not-for-sale for cash, credit or any other item(s). The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively Terms and Conditions ) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest ( Contestants ). The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, the Contest Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestants of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice
