1 98.7 The BULL (KUPL-FM) VACATION TO THE DISNEYLAND RESORT OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST The Bull (the Station) Flyaway to Disneyland promotion will begin on Saturday, May 13 th approximately at 8:00amPST and run through Friday, June 2 nd at approximately 7:00pmPST. Contestant will hear the cue-to-call in the 8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm hour Monday through Friday. Listeners must then be caller 10 to automatically qualify for (1) Grand Prize. Listeners will also text the keyword of the hour to between 7am and 7pm Saturday and Sunday to automatically qualify for (1) Grand Prize. 2. (6) Grand Prize winners will be chosen from the on-air contest entries. The first on-air winner will be chosen on Monday, May 15 th, 2017 with Tony, McKinzie and Jake in the morning. The second on-air winner will be chosen on Friday, May 19 th with MoJoe. The third on-air winner will be chosen on Monday, May 22 nd with Tony, McKinzie and Jake. The fourth on-air winner will be chosen on Friday, May 26 th with MoJoe. The fifth on-air winner will be chosen on Monday, May 29 th and the sixth on-air winner will be chosen on Friday, June 2 nd with MoJoe. The Grand Prize includes: 2-Night stay at one of the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort (4) 3-Day, One Park per day- Park Tickets (4) roundtrip coach airfare on Alaska Airlines (4) ground transfers between LA/OC airport and Disneyland Resort Package must be taken by 6/15/18 Value of package is $3, ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS 1. Any potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility that Alpha Media (Sponsor) is unable to verify the eligibility of a potential winner, or in the event a potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited. 2. The Station is not responsible for internet service outages, delays, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her online submission. 3. Winners can call in to the contest line as many times and they want, but they can only qualify for the grand prize one (1) time throughout the entire contest period.

2 4. The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the Portland Metro and Southwest Washington area. Employees of Alpha Media, 98.7 The Bull (the Station), its licensee, and each of their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Portland metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and or households are ineligible to participate or win. (Alpha Media, and the Station shall be collectively referred to as the Contest Entities) 5. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest. 6. Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from person under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children s Online Privacy Protection Act. 7. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator s agent on a carrier of Administrator s choice. No prize substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities. Prize subject to availability and the Contest Entities reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award a prize of greater or equal value if the advertised prize is unable. If the winner cannot travel on dates specified by Contest Entities, winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected. All other costs not specifically stated herein, including, but not limited to; taxes, meals, tips and ground transportation, are the responsibility of the winner. Taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including passports. Winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during their stay. Winner and travel companion(s) are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Contest Entities have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner and travel companions(s) must sign a Publicity, Liability Waiver and Travel Release form prior to traveling. If a selected event is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, or for any reason beyond the control of the Contest Entities, the Contest Entities sole responsibility to a winner will be to award the remaining available portion of the prize and no substitution will be provided for un-awarded portion of prize. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Seat locations to be determined by Contest Entities. Contest Entities reserve the right to remove or deny entry to a winner and/or guest if he/she engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. 8. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

3 SELECTION OF WINNERS 1. Decisions of Contest Entities management with respect of the Contest are final. 2. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received in the contest 3. Winners must execute and return any required affidavit of eligibility and/or liability/publicity release within thirty (30) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen randomly from entries received. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. PRIZES The Grand Prize includes: (a) (b) (c) (d) (e) Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares for the Group between the Portland International airport on Alaska Airlines as chosen by Disney (Departure Airport) and a Southern California airport (Arrival Airport) (with possible layovers; airport, airline carrier and flights to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion) Up to four (4) round trip ground transfers for the Group between the Arrival Airport and the Resort (ground transportation provider to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion). Hotel accommodations for the winner and three guests (one (1) standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax, subject to certain room availability) for up to two (2) consecutive nights at a Disneyland Resort Hotel selected by Disney in its sole discretion Up to four (4) 3-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland Resort tickets for the winner and three guests good for admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, but not both Parks on the same day (subject to restrictions) The estimated retail value of each Vacation Package is $3, The actual value of the vacation package may vary depending on point of departure and seasonal fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual cost of the/each Vacation Package will not be awarded 1. The Vacation Packages are subject to the restrictions below: a. Travel and lodging for the Vacation Package awarded by 98.7 The Bull must be completed prior to June 15 th, The winner and up to three (3) guests (each a Guest; collectively Guests and together with the winner, the Group) must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Portland International Airport and the Southern California Airport, as chosen by Disney.

4 b. Vacation Package fulfillment and travel are subject to certain restrictions, air travel/flight availability, and certain hotel/room availability at the Disneyland Resort. The Vacation Package must be booked through a travel agent as designated by Disney at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. Block-out dates apply. No extensions will be granted. Certain travel and lodging restrictions apply including airline carrier s regulations and conditions. Airline tickets are non-refundable, not transferable, and are not valid for upgrades The Bull and Disney are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. c. Winners must be at least the age of majority pursuant to his/her applicable state of residence to enter and win. A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guest s parent or legal guardian). Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. d. Vacation Package and its components may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above, except in Disney s sold and absolute discretion. e. The Vacation Package will not include the following: transportation from/to winner s residence to/from the Portland International Airport, baggage fees; travel insurance; room service; parking fees; laundry service; spa treatments; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs; incidental expenses; local and long distance telephone calls; tips; gratuities, service charges, taxes; and all other expenses not explicitly included herein. f. All elements of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, the theme park tickets) must be used by the Group on the same dates during the redemption of the Vacation Package. Any portion of the Vacation Package not accepted or used by winner will be forfeited. g. Theme park attractions and entertainment may be seasonal and subject to change without notice. h. Theme park tickets must be used prior to June 15 th, Terms and conditions as set forth herein and on the theme park tickets shall apply. i. The winner may not charge any Guest for participating in the prize. Prizes are awarded as is with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by 98.7 The Bull or Disney. j. The winner and his/her Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and/or passports, as applicable. k. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.

If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner. m. The winner and his/her Guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release form prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activity or travel. n. Any damaged, lost or stolen theme park tickets will not be replaced. o. The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and seasonal fluctuations of hotel rates and airfares. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual cost of the/each Vacation Package will not be awarded. p. Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and 98.7 The Bull will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner. q The Bull is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes. r. Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, or prize-related activity including travel, the Promotion or the Sweepstakes. s. All disputes arising out of or relating to any prize provided by Disney shall be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, California. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys fees. t. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern. CONDITIONS 1. Payments of all federal state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. 2. By participating in the sweepstakes, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or media material related to this sweepstakes without

6 additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize. 3. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require sweepstakes winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Alpha Media, the Station, its corporate licensee, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors and employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation of the Contest. 4. The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station s website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the sweepstakes if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. 5. The Contest Entities reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the sweepstakes and shall not be required to award a substitute prize. 6. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Contest Entities. 7. The Contest Entities are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize. 8.
