1 Radio Disney Local Sweepstakes Rules OFFICIAL RULES Radio Disney Sweep Your Mom Off Her Feet Mother s Day Sweepstakes NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE S CHANCES OF WINNING 1. SPONSOR: Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC (Hereinafter referred to as Sponsor.) 2. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or D.C., who are physically located and residing therein (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions) and are 10 years old or older as of April 27, Any entrant under the age of 18 must have his/her parent or legal guardian s permission to enter. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for Radio Disney, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. 3. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Your local Radio Disney station will announce participating event locations, dates and times. Attend a participating Radio Disney event, or location, where a sweepstakes entry box is located between April 5-27, 2014 ( Promotion Period ), as announced on your local Radio Disney station ( Local Event ). Local Events and registry locations will also be posted to participating Radio Disney Facebook sites in the Your Station tab under Upcoming Events.

2 To participate, complete, sign and arrange for parent s and/or legal guardian s signature (if required) on Sweepstakes Entry Form at the Local Event. Submit your completed and signed Sweepstakes Entry Form into the Enter to Win drawing box at the event location. Failure to satisfactorily complete and timely submit the Sweepstakes Entry Form as required will result in disqualification of entrant. Sweepstakes entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrant can only enter once during the entire Promotion Period at the Local Event in the Radio Disney market where your residence is located. Entries in excess of the limit by the same person will be disqualified. All required Entry Information must be completed in full. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Entries in this sweepstakes are received from Local Events in participating markets. Local Events may have entry deadlines any time after April 5, 2014 and prior to April 27, Only one entry per person and per household for the Grand Prize drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, altered, tampered with, or postage-due. Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. 4. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from the total pool of combined entries collected from all Local Events in all participating Radio Disney markets/locations. Grand Prize winner will be notified by telephone on or about April 28, Response to winner notification must be received by Sponsor within three business days and/or on or before May 2, 2014 or the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible, he/she cannot travel on the dates designated below and/or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified and another entrant may, at Sponsor s sole discretion be drawn as a Winner, as applicable, time permitting.

3 Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received. Many will enter and only one will win the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person for this Sweepstakes. People who have won any other prizes on their local Radio Disney station within 90 days of entry are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes. Additional sweepstakes and contests may be held in any given local event on a market- by- market basis. Consult your local event site for further details regarding entries and possible local sweepstakes and or contests. Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures. 5. PRIZE: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE TOTAL: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize includes: four (4) tickets to a live taping of Dancing with the Stars on Monday, May 12, 2014; two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, quadruple occupancy) in a Los Angeles area hotel, selected at the sole discretion of the Sponsor; and, if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from Los Angeles (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), round- trip, coach class airfare for four (4) between an airport near the Winner s residence and a Los Angeles area airport on an airline of the Sponsor s choosing. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner s responsibility, including but not limited to: meals, alcoholic beverages, fax, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blackout dates and Sponsor s approval. Winner and all guests must travel May 11-13, 2014, and all must travel on the same itinerary. Each guest must be at least ten (10) years old. A minor (as defined by state of primary residence, Minor ) may not participate in the Grand Prize trip unless accompanied by his/her Parent as one of the party of four (4). All members of the group will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Approximate retail value ( ARV ): $4500, which will vary depending upon point of departure. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize elements may not be separated. In the event the prize winner is able to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but the show taping does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole

4 responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winner must provide his or her social security number on an IRS Form W- 9. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value if a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. If won by a minor, prize will be awarded in parent s or guardian s name. 5. RELEASES By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in the sweepstakes and/or accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, in any and all media now known or hereafter created or conceived, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. To claim prize winner and/or winner s parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor. 10. WINNER S LIST: Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.

If a potential Winner is found to be ineligible or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified and another entrant may, at Sponsor s sole discretion be drawn as a Winner, as applicable, time permitting. The Grand Prize is a trip for four (4) to Los Angeles to see the 2014 Radio Disney Music Awards and watch a Radio Disney correspondent during interviews. Winner and guests will sit in the bleacher section. Trip includes: if the Winner resides more than 250 miles from Los Angeles, round trip coach class airfare for four (4) will be provided between an airport near the Winner s residence and a Los Angeles area airport on an airline of the Sponsor s choosing, two (2) nights

8 hotel accommodations (one room quadruple occupancy) at a hotel near awards show venue in Los Angeles area; round trip ground transportation between the destination airport and the hotel. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500). Final actual value may be considerably higher or lower depending on point of departure, destination, airfare, and hotel accommodations at the time of booking and travel. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitution allowed except, at Sponsor s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. In addition, in order to qualify for the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner and the Grand Prize Winner s parent/guardian must satisfactorily sign and return to Sponsor, at or before such time as shall be designated by Sponsor, all documentation required hereunder, including without limitation, all required minor s approval documents. Failure to so provide all such documentation on a timely basis shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Grand prize trip must be taken on the dates specified by Radio Disney, and if the winner is not available to travel on said dates, a new winner will be selected for the grand prize. To claim prize, (a) Winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) Winner must, (i) sign and return the Entrant s Release, (ii) sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility (iii) sign and return all applicable minor s approval documentation required by Sponsor (c) Winner s parent/guardian must complete and sign all required documentation, including without limitation, the affidavit/release/prize acceptance form and the liability/publicity release required by Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded in parent s or guardian s name. Grand Prize travel must be finalized and all documentation for Grand Prize travel must be returned by April 20th, 2014, or prize may be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner and all travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within 250 miles of destination, alternate travel will be provided as determined in the sole discretion of the sponsor. In the event that alternate transportation in provided, the winner will not receive the airfare portion of the prize or any related compensation. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Certain portions of the Prize are subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the artist performance and Meet and Greet (which has no retail value) or for any event associated with the Prize or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill such an element of the prize.

9 VI. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & RELEASES By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the administrator, which shall be final in all respects. A minor (as defined by state of primary residence, Minor ) may not participate in the Grand Prize travel unless accompanied by his/her Parent as one of the party of four (4). All members of the Group will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Some restrictions may apply. Prize must be used as specified or will be forfeited. An alternate winner may be selected only if time permits. In addition, in order to qualify for the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner and the Grand Prize Winner s parent/guardian must satisfactorily sign and return to Sponsor, at or before such time as shall be designated by Sponsor, all documentation required hereunder, including without limitation, all required minor s approval documents. Failure to so provide all such documentation on a timely basis shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Grand prize trip must be taken on the dates specified by Radio Disney, and if the winner is not available to travel on said dates, a new winner will be selected for the grand prize. To claim prize, (a) Winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) Winner must, (i) sign and return the Entrant s Release, (ii) sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility (iii) sign and return all applicable minor s approval documentation required by Sponsor (c) Winner s parent/guardian must complete and sign all required documentation, including without limitation, the affidavit/release/prize acceptance form and the liability/publicity release required by Sponsor. All prizes will be awarded in parent s or guardian s name. Grand Prize travel must be finalized and all documentation for Grand Prize travel must be returned by April 20th, 2014, or prize may be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner and all travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. In the event the Grand Prize winner lives within 250 miles of destination, alternate travel will be provided as determined in the sole discretion of the sponsor. In the event that alternate transportation in provided, the winner will not receive the airfare portion of the prize or any related compensation. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner, who will receive a 1099 tax form reflecting actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Certain portions of the Prize are subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the artist performance and Meet and Greet (which has no retail value) or for any event

13 associated with the Prize or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill such an element of the prize. VI. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & RELEASES By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the administrator, which shall be final in all respects. In addition, by participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that entrant s may win, entrants agree to release Radio Disney, a division of ABC Radio Networks Assets, LLC, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. To claim prize winner and/or winner s parent or guardian must: (a) provide proof of winner s age, residency, and legal status; (b) sign and return eligibility, publicity, liability, rules compliance and any other releases requested by Sponsor; and (c) have winner s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, sign and return releases requested by Sponsor; all within the time period(s) specified by Sponsor. VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS LIST Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
