2 administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the a prize, as well as persons involved in the creation, development or production (including hosts, cast and crew) of The Bachelorette television show (the Show ) and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) consecutive months a year, whether related or not. 4. Sweepstakes Entry: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ( ET ) on July 9, 2018 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on July 22, 2018 ( Promotion Period ). ABC s computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. You must be a registered member of ABC.com, ESPN.com or related websites on the Disney.com registration system (each, a Member ) in order to enter. Internet access and a valid address are required in order to become a Member. Existing Member: As a Member, you may enter the Sweepstakes by logging in to ( Website ) with your Member account user name ( User Name ) or address ( Address ) and password. If you login to your Member account using Facebook, you will be asked to allow Facebook s Basic App Permissions, which is required in order to login to your Member account and participate in the Sweepstakes. Non-Member: If you are not a Member, you may become a Member free of charge by visiting the Website and registering by providing the requested information on the registration form through the sign up or similar section on the Website. By creating a Member account, you acknowledge your agreement to the Terms of Use (available at Once you are logged in, you will be automatically sent back to the entry page on the Website. Upon logging into the Website, click the check box signifying that you meet the eligibility requirements for this Sweepstakes and have read and agree to these Official Rules. If you do not check the box indicating your agreement to the above, you will not be entered in the Sweepstakes and cannot win a prize. Click the Enter or similar button on the Website to complete your entry. During the registration and entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional and marketing s from Sponsors and/or other third parties. Consenting to receive promotional, marketing or reminder s is optional, does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these s, the use of the address provided shall be subject to the privacy policy of the applicable entity requesting your consent.

3 Limit one (1) entry per person, per day, regardless of the number of Addresses or accounts a person may have. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) ET and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. ET (except for the first day of the Sweepstakes, which begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET). Multiple entries in excess of this limitation or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually keystroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties, are prohibited. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Sweepstakes website or on the entry form is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with ABC s privacy policy, available at Sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsors control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsors reserve the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Grand Prize by means of a random drawing comprised of all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsors or otherwise award the Grand Prize in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. Validation/Winner Selection/Odds: One (1) potential winner ( Winner ) will be randomly selected on or about July 23, 2018 from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period from all seven (7) participating ABC-TV Affiliate Markets combined. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Potential Winner will be notified by on or about July 23, 2018 and will be required to reply within forty-eight (48) hours acknowledging receipt of the notification, and must return, within three (3) business days from the date of transmission, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, W9, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law and any other documentation required by Sponsors or Administrator (collectively, the Prize Claim Documents ). Among other rights, and without limitation of paragraph 8 below, by signing the Prize Claim Documents, Winner shall grant Releasees (as defined in Section 8) the right to use his/her name, voice, likeness and biographical information for programming, advertising, and promotional purposes, in any manner in any media and/or technologies throughout the world in perpetuity without further compensation. If a potential Winner does not reply to such notification within forty-eight (48) hours, an notification is undeliverable after up to three (3) attempts, the Prize Claim Documents are not signed and returned to Sponsors within three (3) business days from the date of transmission, or if potential Winner is unable to travel on the dates designated herein, potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected in a random drawing (time permitting) from remaining eligible entries received. The guest of the Winner (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a Release and Indemnification and a Publicity Release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting account. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. If for any reason the Grand Prize is not claimed or if a Winner is disqualified, Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner, also selected at random from all remaining eligible entries (time permitting). Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received from among from all seven (7) participating ABC-TV Affiliate Markets combined during the Promotion Period.

Prize and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): Grand Prize (1 Winner): The Winner will receive the following two (2) trips (each, a Trip and collectively, the Grand Prize ): Trip #1: A 3-day/2-night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA ( Show Trip ) and two (2) tickets to the taping of The Bachelorette 2018 After the Final Rose show ( ATFR ), which is currently scheduled to take place on August 6, 2018 in or around Los Angeles, California. Exact date and location of ATFR taping are subject to change. There is no retail value associated with the ATFR taping portion of the Grand Prize and exact seat location is at Sponsor s sole choosing. The Show Trip also includes: two (2) nights hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel in the Los Angeles area (to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); roundtrip ground transportation between Los Angeles area airport and the hotel; roundtrip ground transportation between the hotel and the taping; and roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near Winner s residence (as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Los Angeles, CA. See below for additional restrictions regarding the Show Trip. Trip #2: A 4-day/3-night trip for two (2) to Nassau, Bahamas ( Baha Mar Trip ). The Baha Mar Trip also includes: three (3) nights hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy) at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Resort in Nassau Bahamas; round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near Winner s residence (as selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion) to Nassau, Bahamas; roundtrip ground transportation between the airport and the resort; breakfast for Winner and guest for three (3) days; one (1) dinner for Winner and guest at Filia; and two (2) 50-minute spa treatments. See below for additional restrictions regarding the Baha Mar Trip. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $6,500.00, which may vary depending upon point of departure. There is no retail value associated with the ATFR taping portion of the Grand Prize. 7. Grand Prize Restrictions and Limitations: SHOW TRIP MUST BE TAKEN BETWEEN AUGUST 5, 2018 AND AUGUST 7, If potential Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for the Show Trip for any reason, Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation of any kind and an alternate Winner will be selected (time permitting) in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

6 ATFR taping is subject to, and Sponsors not responsible for, changes to production schedule, production exigencies or delays, postponements or cancellation of the ATFR show. In the event the Winner is able to participate in the Show Trip as scheduled but the ATFR show taping portion of the Grand Prize does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, location changes, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, Sponsors reserve the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the Winner. Winner and guest must follow all instructions of Sponsors relative to the ATFR show taping and, should Winner and/or guest fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion), Sponsors will, without further notice or warning, remove Winner and/or guest from show taping and/or take other actions as Sponsors deem appropriate in their sole discretion so as to protect their rights, without liability or other obligation to Winner and/or guest. BAHA MAR TRIP MUST BE TAKEN BY DECEMBER 20, Travel must be made through Sponsors agent and Sponsors shall determine airline and flight itinerary in their sole discretion. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the Winner s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the Winner s residence and any airport of origin, meals, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, etc., local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes. Trip components are subject to change without notice. Sponsors booking and cancellation policies as well as terms and conditions apply. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates. Hotel regulations and conditions apply. Winner and travel guest must travel together on the Trips on the same itinerary. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passports, credit card, etc.) before departure. Sponsors will attempt to accommodate Winner s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsors discretion. If Winner and guest cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Winner will be chosen (time permitting). Any picture identification requirements associated with air travel are the Winner and guests responsibility. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier s regulations and conditions apply. The Trips may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Releasees (as defined in Section 8) are not responsible for lost or mutilated tickets and none will be replaced. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. The hotel accommodations, ground transportation and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsors.

7 If Winner elects to travels alone without a guest on either Trip, the Grand Prize will otherwise be awarded in increments appropriate for the applicable amount of travelers and, in such event, no substitute prize or additional compensation will be awarded to Grand Prize Winner. If any guest is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence (a Minor ), the Winner must be such Minor s parent or legal guardian. Winner s guest (or, guest s parent/legal guardian if guest is deemed a Minor) must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. All taxes (including but not limited to hotel taxes) are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the actual final retail value of his/her prize. Trip components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Grand Prize or portions thereof with a prize of equal or greater value if an element listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. 8. Additional Terms: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsors, Administrator, Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc. and each of their respective related, parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, and each of their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns (collectively Releasees ) shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (or portion thereof) (including any travel or activity related thereto); the substitution of the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) in accordance with the Official Rules; and the Releasees use of any of the rights granted in the Official Rules. By entering and if a Winner, Winner and his/her guests grant the Releasees and their designees to use the Winner s and/or guest s name, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising, trade and/or promotional material or on a winners list (if applicable) without compensation or notice, to the extent permitted by law. Winner and their guests also acknowledge and agree that Releasees and their designees may use their name, voice, likeness, biographical information and performance in conjunction with one or more commercial advertisers and that there may be brand, product or logo appearances or mentions in connection with such use and the Releasees and/or their licensees and assigns shall have no liability or obligation to Winner and their guests relative thereto; this includes but is not limited to Winner and their guests not having any right of review or approval as to the identity of commercial advertisers, brands, products or logos so involved. Releasees are not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or

8 materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at their sole discretion, without obligation or compensation. Additionally, the Winner and his/her guests agree to sign all release forms required by the producers of the Show. 9. Disputes: By entering, each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in the Grand Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual outof-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. 10.
