THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Sponsor: Cache Creek Casino Resort, located at Highway 16, Brooks, CA 95606; Sacramento Kings Limited Partnership, Sacramento Downtown Arena LLC, Sacramento Basketball Holdings LLC and all of its respective affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries, located at 500 J Street, 4 th Floor, Sacramento, CA (each individually a Sponsor and collectively the Sponsors ). Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to legal residents of California who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the entry date, excluding those residing within 75 miles of the greater metropolitan areas of Oakland, CA or Los Angeles, CA. Employees, agents, officers, directors, members, managers, and owners of any of the Sponsors and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, legal guardian, siblings, and children) and those individuals living in their same household are not eligible to enter or win. You are not eligible for this sweepstakes if you won a previous sweepstakes in the thirty (30) days prior. Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am PT on February 26, The Sweepstakes ends at 11:59 PT on March 22, 2019 (the Sweepstakes Period ). How to Enter: Entrants must submit an entry form on during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter, visit the website and follow the promotion entry instructions to complete and submit the entry form. Entrants may need to provide the following information: first and last name, phone number, address, zip code, and date of birth. Entrants may enter only once per person, per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional entries on the same day by the same person, telephone number and/or address will be considered invalid. All Sweepstakes entries received by 11:59 pm PT each day of the sweepstakes will be entered into the drawing correlated with that date. Proof of depositing entry on app or in is not considered proof of delivery or receipt.

2 Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, ineligible, damaged, or misdirected entries, or any typographical, transmitting error or other errors in the entries, printing the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the Prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries. Incomplete registrations will be considered void. Sponsors will have the right to edit, adapt, publish and otherwise exploit any of all of the entries, and may use them in any media now or hereafter known or devised throughout the universe in perpetuity for any purpose without attribution or compensation to the Entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity. All other expenses not specifically mentioned are not included in the Prize. Each Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, fees and other expenses associated with the Prize and/or use that are not expressly included in the Prize description. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors, who reserve the right to award a prize of comparable or greater value. All details of Prize not specified herein shall be determined solely by the Sponsors. For more information on the Prize, please visit Winner Selection and Notification: One potential winner will be chosen per day in a random drawing by Sponsor. The Winner is considered the potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. The Winner will be notified by either phone or no later than seventytwo (72) hours after the day of the drawing. Prize conditions: The Winner will have two (2) days to claim the Prize after notification. If the Winner does not claim the Prize within two (2) days, the prize will be forfeited without any compensation to the Winner and an alternate Winner will be selected by random drawing. No substitution for any prize will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. Winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release before being issued Prize. Failure to return all required documents in this time period may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected. If a prize notification is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable or if an entrant is found to be ineligible or declines acceptance of the Prize for any reason, an alternate Winner will be selected. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. Prize Conditions:

4 Except where prohibited by law, a Prize Winner s entry and acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Prize Winner s irrevocable, sub-licensable, absolute right and permission for the Sponsors to use, publish, post, and display said Prize Winner s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city, and state address, prize information, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised without further authorization. Entrant releases Sponsors from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates the Sponsors to make use of any of the rights granted herein. Odds of winning: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes and are equal regardless of method of entry. Conduct of Participation: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant affirms that he or she has read and agrees to abide by the Official Sweepstakes Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant acting in violation of the Official Rules or found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or the website. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California and, by entering, all Winners agree that any dispute arising under or relating to the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or any of the Prizes shall be determined by binding arbitration in Sacramento County, CA. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO SPONSOR OR THE SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Limitations of Liability: Sponsors and all of their respective affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries; the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams; NBA Properties, Inc.; and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; and any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor s control. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination. Release of Liability: By participating, Winner and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors and all of their respective affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries; the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams; NBA Properties, Inc.; and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their officers, directors, employees,

5 representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Furthermore, by entering the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, each entrant and/or Winner agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the Sponsor and all of its affiliates and subsidiaries, the National Basketball Association and is Member Teams and NBA Properties, Inc. the right to the use of his or her name, likeness or photograph in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted carried out by the above parties.
