1 OFFICIAL RULES FOR 2018 GREAT CLIPS SWEEPSTAKES TO WIN OPENING NIGHT GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS TICKETS (the Sweepstakes ) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES. Individuals who participate in the Sweepstakes or submit an entry are sometimes referred to herein as an Entrant. Sponsor: Great Clips, Inc West 78 th Street, Suite 700, Minneapolis, MN (the Sponsor ) is the sole Sponsor of this sweepstakes. Trademarks and trade names used are for the purposes of prize description only and remain the property of their respective owners who do not endorse Sponsor products and who are not affiliated with the Sweepstakes. The Golden State Warriors ( GSW ) logo and the National Basketball Association ( NBA ) trademarks and copyrights are proprietary to the NBA Entities. All rights reserved. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (CST) August 31st, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (CST) September 28th, 2018 (the Sweepstakes Period ). Eligibility: Sweepstakes Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at time of entry and must be legal residents of California who do not reside within seventy-five (75) miles of Sacramento or Los Angeles, California, unless also within seventy-five (75) miles of Oakland, California (the Sweepstakes Area ). One (1) Sweepstakes winner per household. All employees, officers, directors, agents, members, managers, and owners of Sponsor, the NBA and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, directors, managers, officers, employees, and their advertising agencies, promotional partners, and prize providers or any other company involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities and each a Sweepstakes Entity ), and any immediate family member (spouse, domestic partner, parents, legal guardians, grandparents, grandchildren, siblings, children, and step of each) of a Sweepstakes Entity and any individual living in the same household as a Sweepstakes Entity are not eligible to enter or win. Any entry received from an ineligible participant will be deemed void. By submitting an entry or accepting a Prize, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final on all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way at any time, subject to state or federal law. How To Enter: All entries require a unique Sweepstakes code available from participating Great Clips salons. To enter to win, each eligible Entrant must obtain a unique Sweepstakes code from a participating Great Clips salon and enter by one of the following methods: 1. Go to enter the Sweepstakes code DUBS into the code field on the website. Once directed to the website, fill in the required information; or

2 2. Text DUBS to GREAT (47328) via mobile device. One (1) Entry per mobile device. By sending a text message from your mobile phone, you will be providing prior written consent to receive messages about the Sweepstakes and Sponsor s products and services to that mobile phone by or on behalf of Sponsor, including a maximum of two (2) automated marketing messages each week. Text messages sent by auto-dialer. Your mobile phone must be capable of sending and receiving text messages to enter via this method. Text message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to to quit or text HELP to for help. See your wireless carrier for text message rates and capabilities. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of entry. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Prizes and Selection and Notification of Potential Winner: There will be two (2) potential winners of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Each winner will be entitled to the following (collectively, the Prize ): Two (2) Opening Night Game Tickets on October 16, 2018 VIP Pre-game experience Dinner in the BMW Club at Oracle Arena Warriors legend meet & greet Warriors merchandise Approximate Retail Value of the Prize (ARV) is $1000. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prizes is permitted. Prizes are not transferable. Only one (1) Sweepstakes winner per household. Potential Prize winners will be selected in random drawings on October 8th, GSW or its designee will notify each potential winner individually by phone or . Each potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of being notified that he/she is a potential winner or the Prize may be forfeited and another entrant chosen. Prize winners are responsible for transportation to and from the Oracle Arena and any Prize winner under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Each Prize winner must satisfactorily complete an Affidavit of Eligibility regarding compliance with these Official Rules, and each Prize winner and any guest accompanying a Prize winner must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release, each as provided by Sponsor or its designee. Failure to complete these forms may result in forfeiture of the Prize, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event that the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state or provincial, and local taxes and fees associated with the Prize and all expenses that are not specifically identified as included in the Prize. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor (in its sole discretion), which reserves the right to substitute any portion of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, Prize unavailability. The Prize, and all elements thereof, are subject to availability. The Prize is awarded AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Acceptance, participation in, and/or use of the Prize is at Prize winner s sole risk and Sponsor is not responsible for any damages whatsoever including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of the Prize. The Prize winner may be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the Prize. Failure to take or complete any portion of the Prize does not relieve the Prize winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning the Prize.

3 Publicity Release: Except where prohibited by law, each Entrant s or Prize winner s entry in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a Prize constitutes his or her irrevocable, sub-licensable, absolute right and permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use, publish, post, or display such Entrant or Prize winner s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state, address, Prize information, any quotes attributable to him or her, and/or any other indicia of persona (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Sweepstakes Entities sole discretion) for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further authorization, opportunity to review, approval, notification, or compensation of any kind and each Entrant releases all Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates the Sweepstakes Entities to make use of any of the rights granted herein and each Entrant or Prize winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use. General Conditions: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. All Entrants agree to follow the Official Rules and release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities, GSW Sports LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., AEG Management Oakland, LLC, the City of Oakland, the County of Alameda, the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Authority, and all of their respective members, managers, equity holders, officers, directors, parents, subsidiaries, partners, agents, employees, successors, and assigns each of them (collectively, the Released Parties ) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any prize or participation in any promotional-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Sweepstakes without prior notification, and the right to make changes or additions to these Official Rules for any reason at any time. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By entering this Sweepstakes, the winner agrees to the following Statement: I expressly understand that Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California provides substantially as follows: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM, MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH DEBTOR." The provisions of this Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state, territory, or other jurisdiction are hereby expressly waived. Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, misdirected, late, unsent, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, undelivered, destroyed, or damaged entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Entrant or due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions, and/or entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or

4 failed, incomplete, or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer or telephone equipment, or entries not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on computer or mobile networks, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant s or any other person's computer or mobile phone related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading any material for the Sweepstakes, or other telecommunications or electronic malfunctions which may limit an Entrant's ability to participate. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor representatives. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or mobile network or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves its right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same telephone account, the authorized subscriber of the telephone account used to register at the actual time of the entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the RELEASED PARTIES be responsible or otherwise liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages related to the SWEEPSTAKES, including any access to or use of the website or any downloading from or printing material from the website, OR ANY TEXT MESSAGE FORM OF ENTRY. Everything on the website is provided as is without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Winners agree that all prizes are provided as is without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority. Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded: (i) shall be governed by Minnesota law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (iii) filed only in the state courts situated in Minnesota, and Entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims, or causes of action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs

5 incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (d) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and (e) Sponsor and GSW are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or loss of time arising out of any acts, omissions, or negligence, of any person including, without limitation, air and ground transportation carriers, the game venue, the players participating in the game, and any person providing any service or accommodation in conjunction with the Prize, or for delays or cancellations including, but not limited to, those resulting from mechanical breakdown, closings, strikes, government action, inclement weather, sickness, injury, Acts of God, an act of terrorism, or a civil disturbance. Winner and Guest agree to abide by all rules and policies of the game venue and are subject to removal for non- compliance or unruly behavior. Winner agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, GSW and their respective parent companies and affiliates and directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any claims due to any injuries, damages or losses incurred by the Winner, or caused by the Winner, (including death) resulting in whole or in part from attendance at the game, use of the Prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Identification of Winners and Official Rules: For an identification of Prize winners or a copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt by November 5th, 2018 to: Great Clips, Inc.
