How to Enter More Rewards Insurance New Zealand Contest RULES & REGULATIONS Enter the contest online at Complete the entry form for a chance to win a prize in the More Rewards Insurance New Zealand contest (the Contest ). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The odds of winning the Prize in this Contest are dependent upon the total number of eligible entry forms received during the Contest Period. Making a purchase will not increase the odds that your entry will be drawn. One entry per person/more Rewards account. If you do not yet have a free More Rewards Card, just visit the Customer Service desk at your local Save- On-Foods, Overwaitea Foods, PriceSmart Foods or Urban Fare stores (the Stores ) or visit Contest is administered solely by the Overwaitea Food Group Limited Partnership, o/a Save-On-Foods. Jim Pattison Insurance Services Ltd o/a More Rewards Insurance and AIG Insurance Company of Canada will provide the Grand Prize (collectively, the Prize Provider ). 2. Contest Period The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. (Pacific Time) on April 3, 2018 and closes at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on June 4, 2018 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received no later than the close of the Contest Period. Any entries received after the Contest Period will be declared invalid and will not be eligible for the Prize draw. 3. Prize Drawing On June 7, 2018 at approximately 10:00am (Pacific Time), a random draw or random draws (as the case may be) from all entry forms received within the Contest Period will be conducted at the Save-On-Foods head office in Langley, British Columbia. The Save-On-Foods computer system will be used to make all drawings. 4. Prize Details There is one (1) grand prize available to be won in the Contest (the Grand Prize ), consisting of: a) Return flights from Vancouver, British Columbia. to New Zealand for 2 people. Departure August 15, 2018 and return August 26, 2018; b) Visits to 3 cities in New Zealand: Auckland, Rotorua, and Taupo; c) 2 tickets to the New Zealand All-Blacks v. Australia rugby match on August 25, 2018 in Auckland;. d) Behind the scenes access with the Captain s Run experience; e) Airport transfers in New Zealand; f) Nine (9) nights accommodation in five star hotels; g) Complimentary breakfast in each hotel (no additional meals included); h) Rental car provided for six (6) days to visit Rotorua and Taupo (gas or additional rental vehicle insurance not included); Fees for transportation by bus to Rotorua and Taupo will be covered if winner or winner s guest do not hold a valid driver s license; i) Miscellaneous merchandise and goodies The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately Seven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($7,400). Any difference between the estimated retail value and the actual cost of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. All elements of a Grand Prize must be used and travel completed by August 26, The Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to Vancouver, British Columbia flying out of YVR airport. Travel arrangements must be made through Save-On- Foods. Certain travel, lodging and other restrictions apply including airline carrier s regulations and conditions. Winner or guest must have a driver s license (with International Driving permit if required), valid throughout the term of the trip, if winner elects to use rental vehicle provided. Airline tickets are non-refundable, nontransferable, and are not valid for upgrades. Save-On-Foods and Prize Provider are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay.travellers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and who will be considered a guest of the winner. Grand Prize and Grand Prize components may not be used in

2 - 2 - conjunction with any other promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, or rescheduled to dates other than as set forth above. Grand Prize components may not be separated. Certain travel restrictions apply. Rugby match tickets may be subject to change without notice. Certain restrictions shall apply to the Grand Prize, which restrictions shall be determined by Prize Provider in its sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize includes only what is specifically described herein and no other allowance will be granted. A Grand Prize winner may not charge any guest for participating in the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize does not include anything other than as set out in Sections 4 (i) and for greater certainty, the following items shall not be included in the Grand Prize: airport departure fees and taxes; travel insurance; transportation between Prize winner s place of residence and YVR airport in Vancouver, British Columbia; baggage fees; hotel room service; spa treatments, parking fees; laundry service; food; alcoholic beverages; merchandise, souvenirs; local and long distance telephone calls; tips, gratuities, service charges, resort fees and taxes; and all other charges not explicitly outlined in these rules and regulations. Grand Prize winner and any guest(s) must be available to travel together. Should Grand Prize winner and guest(s) be unable or unwilling to travel within the dates and times designated, the Grand Prize winner will forfeit any right to the Grand Prize and Save-On-Foods may select an alternate Grand Prize winner or withdraw the Grand Prize. Winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Grand Prize (including, without limitation, rugby match tickets) that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. If any winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Grand Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner. Once selected by winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Prize Provider, which may be withheld for any reason. Winner is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any of his/her guests related to the any Grand Prize related activity and travel. The Grand Prize winner is responsible to ensure that all required travel documents are in order prior to departure. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to travel due to lack of proper documentation, the Grand Prize winner will forfeit any right to the Grand Prize and Save-On-Foods may select an alternate Grand Prize winner or withdraw the Grand Prize. Save-On-Foods will make five (5) additional draws for secondary prizes, each consisting of 100,000 More Rewards points (together with the Grand Prize, the Prizes or individually, a Prize ). The retail values of More Rewards points depend upon the method chosen to redeem them and the offers in effect at the time from the More Rewards program. All disputes arising out of or relating to the Contest or the Grand Prize shall be resolved by applying the laws of British Columbia, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in provincial or federal courts in Vancouver, BC. 5. Prize Not Transferable and No Substitutions Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalent or exchange of Prize is permitted. All aspects of the Prize are non-transferable. Save-On-Foods reserves the right to make substitutions for any or all components of the Prize, which in the opinion of Save-On-Foods, is of similar kind or value, without prior notice. Any and all expenses, costs and all local, provincial or federal taxes or sales taxes resulting from winning and accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner. 6. Notification The entrant(s) whose names are drawn will be contacted by telephone or using the information noted on the entry form or on the current More Rewards records held by Save-On-Foods. Save-On-Foods will only contact selected entrants. Attempts will be made to contact the selected entrant during regular business hours for a period of three (3) business days after the date of the Prize draw. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond to any messages left by Save-On-Foods within this period, or the Prize is refused, then he/she will forfeit any right to the Prize and Save-On-Foods may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or withdraw the Prize. The winner may claim his/her Prize from a Save-on-Foods location of their choice during regular business hours. It is the entrant s responsibility to keep his/her information current with the Save-On-Foods. 3 - 3 - Selected entrant must claim their Prize as directed by Save-On-Foods by no later than ten (10) business days after the date of the Prize draw. If the selected entrant has not claimed the Prize within this period, then he/she will forfeit any right to the Prize and Save-On-Foods may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner or withdraw the Prize. 8. Eligibility The contest is only open to residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Yukon, who are the age of majority in the province or territory in which they are resident at the time of entry. 9. Entry Forms Property of Save-On-Foods All entry forms are the property of Save-On-Foods and will not be returned for any reason whatsoever. 10. Contest Rules & Regulations By participating in the Contest, the entrants unconditionally agree to be bound by the Contest Rules & Regulations. The entrants further agree to be bound by the decisions of Save-On-Foods regarding the Contest Rules & Regulations or in any way relating to this Contest, as may be determined by Save-On-Foods in its sole discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. The Prize Provider is not involved in the administration of the Contest in any way whatsoever. 11. Privacy / Use of Personal Information All personal information of the entrants collected through the Contest ("Personal Information"), such as their name, address, telephone number, address and age is collected for the purposes of administering and promoting this Contest, the More Rewards program, Save-On-Foods, and More Rewards Insurance. By entering the Contest, each and every entrant consents to and grants Save-On-Foods the right to collect, use and disclose their Personal Information for the purpose of administering and promoting the Contest, the More Rewards program and Save-On-Foods and each entrant explicitly consents to the disclosure of its Personal Information to More Rewards Insurance and AIG Insurance Company of Canada, and its affiliates, for the purposes of promoting the Contest and the More Rewards Insurance products. By entering the Contest, all entrants expressly consent to being contacted by More Rewards Insurance (or its affiliates) with an offer for More Rewards Insurance services approximately forty-five (45) days prior to the indicated expiry date of their then current home insurance policy and/or indicated date of next international travel, each as indicated on the Contest entry form Skill-Testing Question Before being declared a winner and as a condition to receiving the Prize, the selected entrant must successfully answer without assistance or mechanical aid, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. 13. Disqualification Save-On-Foods reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any selected entrant who: (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) cannot be reached by Save-On-Foods by telephone or has not responded to telephone messages left within three (3) business days of the Prize draw; is unwilling or unable to comply with the Contest Rules & Regulations; has not correctly answered the skill-testing questions within the allotted time; has not signed the Declaration, Release and Waiver Form in the form required by Save-On-Foods or claimed the Prize as directed by Save-On-Foods within ten (10) business days of the Prize draw; has tampered or attempted to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; for any reason whatsoever is unable or does not wish to accept the Prize as awarded; is not the age of majority in the province in which the Contest is held or otherwise is not eligible by law; or is deemed by Save-On-Foods, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible, disqualified, or in noncompliance for any reason whatsoever. In all such cases, the selected entrant will forfeit his/her right to the Prize without compensation and Save-On- Foods may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate prizewinner or withdraw the Prize. 14. No Warranty

4 - 4 - Neither Save-On-Foods nor the Prize Provider, nor their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, suppliers or otherwise make any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in relation to the Prize, including without limitation quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 15. Release By entering into this Contest, all entrants (including the winner) hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Save-On-Foods, Prize Provider, their affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, More Rewards partners and advertising, promotion and service agencies involved in this Contest including all of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, from any and all loss, harm, liability, claims, demands, damages, causes of action, costs or expense of any kind whatsoever with respect to or arising out of: (d) (e) the entrant's participation in the Contest; the entrant's participation in any Contest-related activity; the entrant's acceptance, use, misuse or any other matter in relation to the Prize, as applicable, and any Grand Prize related activity, including travel; the distribution of the Prize; or the administration of the Contest. 16. Limitations of Liability Save-On-Foods is not responsible for and will assume no liability for: (d) (e) (f) (g) (h) (i) (j) entry forms which are lost, late, delayed, incomplete, postage due, illegible, damaged, destroyed, irregular, mutilated, forged, garbled, incorrectly addressed, misdirected, mechanically reproduced or are otherwise in any way not entered or eligible for the Contest; incorrect or inaccurate information in the entry forms or in relation to the administration of the Contest whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur, including without limitation typographical errors; telephone, technical, network, online, electronic or computer failures of any kind regardless of the cause in relation to the administration of the Contest; the failure of Save-On-Foods to notify any selected entrant that their name has been drawn for any reason whatsoever; the failure of Save-On-Foods to receive a selected entrant s response for any reason whatsoever; theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entry forms; any error in compiling entry forms; any error in awarding Prize; any condition caused by events beyond the control of Save-On-Foods which disrupts or interferes with the Contest; or any other similar events or circumstances whatsoever. 17. Declaration, Release and Waiver Form Prior to being awarded the Prize, the selected entrant must sign and return a Declaration, Release and Waiver Form in the form required by Save-On-Foods and any other documentation required by the Save-On-Foods, which will include without limitation: confirmation of eligibility for the Contest; confirmation of compliance with the Contest Rules & Regulations; and a release of Prize Provider and Save-On-Foods and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and More Rewards partners participating in the Contest, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability for any demand, damage or loss related to, resulting or arising from or in connection with the Prize or the Contest (including, without limitation, participation in and travel for the Grand Prize).

5 - 5 - If Save-On-Foods does not receive the selected entrant s Declaration, Release and Waiver Form prior to or concurrently with the awarding of the Prize in accordance with these Contest Rules & Regulations, then such selected entrant forfeit his/her right to the Prize and Save-On-Foods may select an alternate Prize winner or withdraw the Prize. Guest(s) of the Grand Prize winner (or their parent/legal guardian for traveling companions who are under the age of majority) will also be required to sign a document: releasing Prize Provider and Save-On-Foods and its affiliates and subsidiaries, including all of their respective employees, directors, officers and agents from all liability for any demand, damage or loss resulting from the Contest or use of any Prize (including, without limitation, participation in and travel for the Grand Prize); and consenting to the use of their name, city and province of residence, biographical information, likeness, video, photograph, voice, statements or testimonials in any advertising, promotion and for publicity purposes in connection with this Contest, other promotions and for general news and information purposes, without any compensation or notice, in the form acceptable to Save- On-Foods. 18. Use of Name, Image, etc. By acceptance of a Prize, winner consents to the use of their name, city and province of residence, biographical information, likeness, videos, photographs, voice, statements or testimonials in any advertising, promotion and for publicity purposes in connection with this Contest, other promotions and for general news and information purposes, without further compensation or notice. 19. Costs and Expenses and Taxes Prize winner will be responsible for any and all costs and expenses in connection with the Prize, including without limitation any licensing, insurance, transportation, taxes or other charges. 20. Compliance with Laws This Contest is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Contest Rules & Regulations are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial or municipal laws or regulations. 21. Reservation of Right to Terminate At any time and without notice, Save-On-Foods may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest in whole or in part or alter the Contest Rules & Regulations. 22. List of Winner(s) For a list of winners with prize values over one hundred dollars ($100), entrants may send a self-addressed stamped envelope within fourteen (14) days of the draw date of the contest to: Save-On-Foods P.O.
