1 Terms and conditions: BBazaar Exclusive Deal BBazaar refers to BBazaar Online Marketing Services Sdn. Bhd. Promotion refers to the BBazaar offers available to users on successful application of credit card on during the promotion period. Vouchers refers to Tesco Online Voucher issued by BBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining the Promotion. Smart Bracelet refers to Smart Bracelet distributed by KCJ Distribution Sdn Bhd issued by BBazaar to the applicant for the purpose of obtaining the Promotion. Promotion Period Promotion is valid for applications made on between 16 th May 2018 to 31 st July 2018 Promotion Mechanics For Citi ## and Standard Chartered Bank ## Credit Card Applicants. Approved card holders will have the gifts below: I. RM50 Tesco Online Voucher II. Smart Bracelet worth RM250 Voucher Redemption Mechanics the following to: I. BBazaar s acknowledgement sent to you when your application was referred to the bank. II. A scanned copy or photograph of the credit card approval letter from the bank (this is the letter that your credit card is attached to). You must block out/hide your credit card number and other Page 1

2 sensitive information on the approval letter before sending the approval letter to us. However, the name, address and letter date must be clear and legible. Gift Redemption Period In order to be eligible to receive gifts, customers need to their gift redemption claim before the end of the next month following their application, or 30 days from the date of card approval (as per credit card approval letter), whichever is later. When will you get your Gift(s) For Tesco Online Voucher: Upon receipt of your gift redemption , validated customers will be ed their Tesco Online voucher within 2- weeks to your preferred address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. For Smart Bracelet: Upon receipt of your gift redemption , validated customers will receive their Smart Bracelet within 4- weeks on their preferred mailing address as mentioned in the credit card approval letter. Other Terms & Conditions - Gifts ## Customer who are New to Bank (Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank) shall only be eligible to qualify for this Promotion. New-to-bank customers shall mean the customers/individuals who does not hold any Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank s credit card at the time of making an application, (for any one or more of the Citibank or Standard Chartered Bank credit card(s)) as a principal cardmember and/or had cancelled any of his/her Citibank and/or Standard Chartered Bank credit card within six (6) months before the date of application. The Promotion is valid for only one application submitted per bank during the Promotion Period. For avoidance of any doubt, customers applying for multiple cards from the same bank shall be eligible for one Gift/Voucher only, irrespective of the number of applications approved from such bank. BBazaar is not responsible for any performance or quality claims associated with such description of the Gifts. Redemption of the Gifts shall be completely governed by doubt the Gifts terms & conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to the Gifts Supplier alone. By use of these Gifts, you agree specifically to the terms and conditions of the gifts and any additional terms as may be determined by its issuing merchant. Page 2

3 BBazaar does not make any warranty in relation to the Gifts, including, without limitation, their validity and/or value and/or quality. BBazaar is not a party to any transaction that you may enter into as a result of you redeeming/receiving the Gifts. This Promotion is not applicable for any supplementary credit cards and no Gifts shall be provided upon approval of any supplementary card. No Gifts requests will be entertained for any credit card product approved after the expiry of the time lines mentioned above. By obtaining the Gifts through BBazaar you acquire only the right to use the same as per terms and conditions stipulated therein. Participant must qualify for the eligibility criteria, as may be laid down by partners and which may vary on product to product basis, for being eligible to participate and take advantage of the offers under this Promotion. Approval of any credit card shall be at the sole discretion of partner banks. BBazaar shall not be liable for loss or damage of the Gifts once distributed. Gifts can t be replaced or cancelled after issue. In addition to the above, the Gifts is subject to the terms of use of and these additional terms and conditions. No cash or credit alternative in lieu of the Gifts is available under the Promotion. Reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Gifts is prohibited. Tesco Online Voucher once used cannot be reused. BBazaar reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time without prior notice. BBazaar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants. By taking part in this Promotion, participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out herein. The decision with respect to the purchase of any financial product like credit cards personal loans or the viability of any financial product or service shall always be the sole responsibility and decision of the user /subscriber/participant. 4 BBazaar shall not be liable for any losses suffered by any participant/customer due to rejection of any application by the partner banks. The Gifts is available on select product(s) only. Any communication pertaining to the promotion, which may indicate applicability of the promotion against all products will be for representation purposes only and may not be valid unless the select product(s) is marked with the badge BBazaar Exclusive Deal on the website BBazaar is not responsible for the servicing of Gifts received by the customer under this Promotion. Customer must contact the Gift Merchant directly for any guarantee/warranty or servicing related issues. You agree and warrant to raise all the complaints pertaining to the quality and servicing and of the Gifts directly with the merchants providing Gifts i.e. Tesco and/or KCJ Distribution respectively. You also warrant not to make BBazaar a party to such complaints arising out of quality and servicing of the Gift Product(s). Terms of Use for Tesco Online vouchers (Tesco Voucher) Terms & Conditions as taken from Tesco Malaysia Website a) Voucher is valid for all new and existing GHS customer b) Validity of Voucher shall be displayed on the Voucher itself c) Voucher is redeemable via Tesco Online website and Tesco Online Malaysia apps only. d) Each Voucher is only valid for one (1) redemption only. e) Only one (1) Voucher could be redeemed in one transaction. f) This Voucher cannot be sold, bought, exchanged or donated. g) Multiple usage of Voucher across multiple transactions and/or elements of fraud will lead to cancellation of the order. h) Tesco Online delivery is valid for selected location within Klang Valley area, Penang, & Johor Bharu. i) No refund is permitted once the Voucher is purchased & no refund for any unused Voucher. j) Cash is strictly not accepted. Customers must pay the difference using credit card for payment. k) Tesco reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of Terms and Conditions of use at any time. 5 l) Your use of the Voucher indicates your agreement to be bound by these Voucher Terms and Conditions. m) Tesco shall not be liable to any customer or household for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any evoucher or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use an Voucher for any reason. n) When you use an Voucher you warrant to Tesco that you are the duly authorised recipient of the Voucher and that you are using it in good faith. o) If you redeem, attempt to redeem or encourage the redemption of Vouchers to obtain discounts to which you or a third party are not entitled you may be committing a civil or criminal offence. p) If we reasonably believe that any Voucher is being used unlawfully or illegally we may reject or cancel any Voucher and you agree that you will have no claim against us in respect of any rejection or cancellation. Tesco reserves the right to take any further action it deems appropriate in such instances. Terms of Use for Smart Bracelet a) The product comes with 1-year warranty supported by the Manufacturer. b) KCJ Distribution is responsible for the delivery and after sales service of the Smart Bracelet. c) Smart Bracelet packaging will have Imported and Distributed By Sticker which consist of: KCJ Distribution Sdn Bhd B-5-12, Sunway Geo Avenue Jalan Lagoon Selatan Bandar Sunway Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia d) After Sales Service Enquiry to be ed only at enquiry@kcj.my. e) Customer s receipt of the Smart Bracelet indicates his/her agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Smart Bracelet.
