The Conti Rewards (offer) is open to Continental Tyres customers who purchase 2+ Continental tyres between 1 st July 2014 and 30 th September 2014 inclusive or until unique Conti Rewards codes run out. Customers have until October 10, 2014 to claim their Conti Rewards app. The Conti Rewards allows these customers access to the following repeat use rewards for 12 consecutive months from the date of activation until 30th September 2015, subject to promotional availability. These General Terms apply when you claim a reward, together with any further terms that are detailed in the reward-specific terms. 5. Reward Vouchers must be submitted at the venue as proof of promotional offer. Any lost vouchers will not be re issued and it s the qualified customer s responsibility to retain the reward voucher in order to redeem the promotional offer.

2 14. Reward Vouchers are valid for single use only and must be used by the validity date stated on the reward voucher. Please see the individual terms of each reward for specific dates. Pre bookings are required at some venues and these are strictly subject to promotional availability. 15. You may need to call the venue to pre-book before using your reward. Bookings are essential for some offers, including 2 for 1 and Free Days Out, 2 for 1 and Free Active Days, Free Sports Lesson/Sessions and Food Offers. When you pre-book: a. We recommend that you book well in advance to ensure that you can use your voucher before it expires. b. You should check with the venue whether any special time limitations or restrictions apply. Whilst we ve done our best to check these for you, venues might impose restrictions on use of rewards on certain dates or at certain times, like on public and school holidays or on Saturday nights. c. You must confirm your booking by calling the venue at least 24 hours in advance. d. If you have to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation charges may apply if you fail to do so; please check the policy with your chosen venue. 16. All rewards are subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer or participating venue (e.g. minimum age, hygiene, allergy tests, health requirements etc), including those specified on the voucher. Please check these terms with the venues in advance. 17. If we send you a voucher, you must print, retain and provide the original printed voucher to the venue when using your reward or present the voucher on your mobile phone is this is applicable to the reward. Photocopied, illegible, damaged, altered or scanned vouchers may not be accepted. You may be required to provide identification by the venue. 18. Continental Tyres or TLC reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of reward claims (including but not limited to a claimant s age, identity, place of residence and unique code) and to disqualify any claimant who makes a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or is not made in good faith. Failure by Continental Tyres or TLC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 19. The Promoter, its agent and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. 20. The rewards/vouchers have no monetary value, and cannot be transferred, exchanged, redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Any additional or ancillary costs associated with the venue or the rewards are not included and must be paid for separately. Any unused balance of a reward (where applicable) will not be awarded as cash. 21. If for any reason you do not use a reward (or an element of the reward) by the expiry date for that reward, the reward (or that element of the reward) will be forfeited. 22. To the extent permitted by law, Continental Tyres, TLC, and their respective agents and distributors are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any venue. 23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Continental Tyres, TLC (including its and their respective officers, employees and agents) and their respective agents and distributors exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this offer and the use of any voucher, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Continental Tyres or TLC s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any voucher that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Continental Tyres or TLC; (d) participation in the reward experience and any goods or services provided to you by participating business; (e) any businesses participation in the offer being cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Continental Tyres or TLC; (f) any tax liability incurred by you; (g) quality or availability of any participating business or their goods or services; (h) loss of opportunity to redeem the voucher because you failed to use your voucher before the expiry date specified on the voucher, or failed to cancel/postpone an appointment made with the chosen business within 48 hours in advance of the appointment time (if applicable); or (i) use of the voucher. 24. Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and may be subject to change. 25. Due to the nature of some activities, participating may be dangerous to health. You must notify the representative at the time of booking and at the venue of any medical conditions that may affect you or your ability to participate in the activity. Suppliers and venues may have the minimum liability Insurance, so please consider your own insurance needs.

3 26. Continental Tyres or TLC reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the reward program, or individual reward offers, as appropriate. 27. The terms of the promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply. 28. The Promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise of misuse of vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness at participating venues, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured venues. Neither the Promoter nor TLC makes any guarantee of the availability of service that may interfere with the customer s ability to participate in the promotion. 29. Personal information ( PI ) is being collected by TLC Marketing Worldwide (TLC) (ABN , 88 Cumberland St, The Rocks, NSW 2000, Sydney, Australia) in order to conduct the 2 for 1 Movie Offer. For this purpose, TLC may disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EACH REWARD The following specific terms and conditions apply in addition to the General terms and conditions. 2 for 1 Movies Conditions of use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards. 1. This reward entitles the bearer to purchase 2 for 1 Movie vouchers via the dedicated website. Purchase one full priced adult movie voucher plus pay a $2.50 admin fee, to receive two adult movie vouchers. Each voucher is priced at the national standard admission price of $ The $2.50 admin fee applies per 2 for 1 purchase. 3. Movie Vouchers are valid for standard cinema screenings (2D) any day-excluding after 5pm on Saturdays at participating Event, Greater Union, Birch Carroll & Coyle and Village cinemas and participating Independent Cinemas Australia wide. Exclusion for Events Cinemas includes any screenings after 5pm on Saturdays. Vouchers purchased for Independent Cinemas can be used at any time. 4. Only Visa and Mastercard Payments will be accepted. Once a voucher is purchased no refunds are available. 5. Movie vouchers can be delivered via or post, depending on the cinema chosen and are valid for one use only. Each Movie voucher is valid for minimum of three months from issue. 6. Maximum of one purchase per person, per day. 7. The Movie voucher must be presented at a participating cinema Box office in exchange for movie tickets and possession of a Movie voucher does not guarantee or reserve a seat-seating is subject to availability. 8. It is the responsibility of the holder to use the voucher by the specified expiry date. The Movie voucher has been sold with the understanding that vouchers will not be exchanged, extended, refunded or replaced. 9. The Movie voucher cannot be transferred or sold without the prior written consent of participating cinemas. 10. Please note that due to the advance booking policies the film and performance you wish to attend may be sold out and seats might not be available. Use of the Movie voucher is subject to availability and may be limited during public and school holiday. 11. Film classification rules apply. ID may be required. 12. The Movie voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special or offer where the admission value of the special or offer is greater than the value of the standard admission ticket.

4 2 for 1 Days Out Conditions of use: These terms are to be read in conjunction with the General terms and conditions which apply to all of the rewards. 1. This reward entitles qualified customers to claim 2 for 1 Days Out and 2 for 1 Active Days Out vouchers at participating venues listed on the dedicated website. The 2 for 1 voucher provides the customer with 2 admissions for the price of one where the admission of equal or lesser value will be given for free. 2. Qualified customers may claim vouchers during the 12 months following their qualification where a maximum of one 2 for 1 voucher may be claimed per venue, per week eg. Each customer may claim multiple vouchers but a maximum of 48 vouchers for the same venue over the 12 month validity for 1 Days Out evouchers are valid for 3 months from claiming. 4. Use of the vouchers is strictly subject to promotional availability at participating venues. Pre-booking is recommended. Some venues require advance bookings to be made at their venue. Customers must state they are in possession of a 2 for 1 Days Out voucher to check availability, discuss the usage of the offer (restrictions may apply eg minimum height) and book their Day out. Some venues are only open at certain periods. 5. Whilst every effort will be made to provide you with your Day Out once you have booked it, neither The Promoter or TLC and its agent will be liable to you if its cancelled or postponed(either completely or in part) as a result of matters which are outside of their direct and reasonable control. In case of reschedule due to unsuitable conditions or if the Day Out activity is deemed unsafe it will be rescheduled to the next available date. 6. Due to the nature of some Days Out activities, participating may be dangerous to health. Accordingly the recipient must notify the booking agent and representative at the venue before commencing the activity, of any medical conditions likely to affect them. We recommend that participants in the Days Out activities give consideration to whether they are adequately insured for these events and whether they require personal accident, personal contents or other insurance. The duration of your Day Out will vary from venue to venue. You should discuss the contents of your Day Out out at the time of bookings (where a booking is required), when confirmation of duration will be given. 7. The reward vouchers are not redeemable against booked parties or family tickets-except where otherwise stated. 8. This reward can be used against full admission prices only and excludes use during Public Holidays and Bank Holidays. Offer not valid for evening (starting at 6pm or later) or pre-book events-except where otherwise stated. 9. The list of participating Days Out venues remain subject to change. Please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer. 10. Participating Days Out venues reserve the right to vary prices, time and offer availability (eg. Public holidays). Free Day Out Offer: Free Day Out voucher 1. The voucher entitles you to one free adult admission at one of the participating venues listed on the promotional website between 1 st April 2014 and 30 th September The list of participating venues is subject to change, and they reserve the right to vary prices, times and offer availability. 2. Your voucher is valid for single use between 1st April 2014 and 30th September During the promotion you may not use vouchers to visit a participating venue on multiple occasions. In other words, you may only visit a participating venue once using a voucher. Only one voucher may be used per group booking. You must call the venue to pre-book before using your voucher, and tell them that you have a Continental Tyres Free Day Out Voucher. Please check with the venue whether any minimum age or other restrictions apply. 3. The voucher can t be used on Public or School holidays, after 6pm, for family tickets or for pre-existing bookings. 4. Qualified customers may claim vouchers during the 12 months following their qualification where a maximum of one Free voucher may be claimed per venue, per week eg. Each customer may claim multiple vouchers but a maximum of 12 vouchers for the same venue over the 12 month validity. Free Sport Session/Lesson Offer: Free Sport Session/Lesson 1. This offer entitles the claimants to one Free Sports Session voucher at a participating venue listed on the redemption website A Free Sports Session provides the qualified claimants to one free sports session to a participating venue, subject to the terms stated here.

5 2. Pre-bookings are required at all venues. Bookings are subject to promotional availability at participating venues. Only one evoucher can be used per person per venue. 3. Use of Free Sports Sessions evouchers are subject to promotional availability at participating venues and their use may be limited during public and school holidays and other peak periods. 4. Only one Free Sports Session voucher may be used per venue per person. 5. One Free Sports Session is available per person per sports lesson provider during validity-subject promotional availability 6. The duration of your Free Sports Session will vary from venue to venue. You should discuss the contents of your Free Sports Session at the time of booking, when confirmation of duration will be given. 7. Whilst every effort will be made to provide you with your Free Sports Session once you have booked it, neither The Promoter or TLC and its agents will be liable to you if its cancelled or postponed (either completely or in part) as a result of the matters which are outside of their direct and reasonable control. Free Sports Sessions evouchers are valid for single use at the venue printed on the evoucher until 30th September Additional restrictions on validity, age and height restrictions may apply please check with your chosen participating venue. 10. Standard terms at the participating venues will apply. 11. Free Sports Sessions evouchers can only be used at the chosen venue (as printed on the evoucher). 12. Free Sports Sessions evouchers must be presented at a participating venue and possession of an evoucher does not provide the voucher bearer to any preferential treatment. 13. It is the responsibility of the Free Sports Sessions voucher holder to use the voucher by the specified expiry date. The Free Sports Session evoucher is issued with the understanding that it will not be extended or replaced. 14. Free Sports Session s evouchers cannot be transferred or sold. 15. TLC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including but not limited to a claimant s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who makes a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by TLC to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 19. TLC, its respective agents and distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, provided that any statutory rights the claimants may have. 20. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights the claimants may have including under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act as relevant. 22.
