2 4. Offer is valid on retail purchases between Monday August 24 th 2015 and Monday 30 th November 2015 ( Promotional Period ). Date displayed on proof of purchase (receipt) must fall within the Promotional Period. Back orders will not be accepted as valid entries. 5. To claim, consumers must purchase any Valvoline 5L and/or 1L SynPower Engine Oil listed in Clause 3 from any participating store during the Promotional Period. Claimants must then visit go to the V8 RACE AT BATHURST promotion, follow the prompts, and input the requested details including their valid address. Claimants must then upload a scanned copy or photo of their sales receipt when prompted in the required field (file size must not exceed 1MB) and then submit the fully completed online registration form by 11:59pm AEST by Friday 4 th December Claimants must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant s claim and forfeiture of any right to an offer. 7. The valid entries received will be entitled to a chance to WIN the MAJOR prize. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent

3 permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. 14. The Promoter collects entrants personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Major Prize winner will be drawn at the Promoter s agency s office at MJW, Suite 2, Upper Level, Jones Bay Wharf, Pirrama Rd, Pyrmont NSW 2009, on Wednesday 9 th December 2015 at 10:00am. Winner will be selected using electronic random number generation. Winner will be notified by phone and/or . Winner must be contactable and accept the prize before the re-draw date to be a valid winner. Should an invalid entry be selected, another entry will be generated and verified until a valid entry is drawn and deemed the winner. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the Major Prize Winner. 17. If despite reasonable efforts the Promoter is unable to locate or contact the Prize Winner on or before 10:00am on Friday 18 th December 2015, another Prize Winner will be drawn and any subsequent winner will be notified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Major Prize is not transferrable (unless agreed by the promoter) and must be taken on Tuesday 9 th February Unless expressly stated, all other costs and expenses associated with taking the Major Prize become the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner including: a) insurance; b) additional spending money; c) meals; d) additional domestic transport and/or airfares if required; e) any extra sightseeing or activities; f) any additional accommodation; and g) all other incidental and ancillary costs incurred by the Major Prize Winner and/or their travel partner as a direct or indirect result of taking the Major Prize that are not otherwise stated as included in the Major Prize. 20. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash. Any element of the prize that is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize. 21. The Major Prize Winner (and travel companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. 22. As a condition of accepting the Major Prize, the winner (and any companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter, V8 Race Experience and/or organisers, and by accepting the Major Prize, acknowledges that V8 race car driving can be a dangerous activity which may result in injury or death, and participates at his/her own risk. The winner and travel companion must (a) attend, undergo, and pass any appropriate tests and/or requirements, training, briefing, safety demonstrations, and/or medical tests (including blood alcohol testing) of the Promoter and V8 Race Experience or organisers as determined by them in their absolute discretion; (b) declare to the Promoter and V8 Race Experience any health-related issues that may affect his/her safe participation in the V8 Race Experience Prize; (c) must not have a heart condition or history thereof, or other medical condition/s that would make it dangerous to participate in the V8 Race Experience Prize; (d) must not be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol; (e) must comply with all directions of the Promoter and V8 Race Experience and organisers; (f) must wear safety and other equipment required. 23. Both the winner and their travel companion will be required to sign a liability waiver form upon arrival at the track in order to participate in the V8 Race Experience, which means the promoter, V8 Race Experience, organisers and the track are exempt from any responsibility should the winners experience any health problems during or after the experience day.

5 24. Drivers must be over 18 years old and have a current drivers licence (international licence is accepted) with a minimum P Plate licence (this rule does not apply to passengers). If you are on a suspended licence (no longer than a 2 year suspension) you are able to participate as you are not on a public road. Drivers licence must be brought with you to the track on your drive day. An alcohol and drug free rule applies with a 0.00% blood alcohol level being mandatory. 25. Drivers must be under 135kg and be 135cm to 194cm tall (Height and Weight Proportioned). 26. The Promoter reserves the right in their absolute discretion to (a) refuse to allow the winner to take part in the V8 Race Experience Prize if they reasonably believe the winner poses a safety risk or for any other reason in their absolute discretion; (b) may cancel the V8 Race Experience Prize if the conditions are deemed dangerous. If the V8 Race Experience Prize is varied for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter or V8 Race Experience it may not be rescheduled and in which case, no compensation will be offered. 28. The Promoter and/or V8 Race Experience reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner (and/or travel companion) to take part in any part or all aspects of the Major Prize, if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. 29.
