Overview This MECCA Beauty Elections 2018 Voting competition (Competition) is promoted by MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN ) (we, us or our). By entering this Competition, all entrants (you or your) will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) and our privacy policies (Australia and New Zealand). Any violation of these Terms or our privacy policies may result in disqualification from the Competition. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Competition, these Terms will prevail. The Competition: commences at 9.00am Australia Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 25 June 2018; and 2. Eligibility ends at 5.00pm AEST on Tuesday 3 July 2018, (Promotion Period). The Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 15 years and over at the time of entry. Employees and contractors (and their Immediate Families) of MECCA Brands Pty Ltd (ABN ), their related bodies corporate and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate Families means any of the following (whether natural, step or adopted): spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew or sibling. 3. How to enter To enter the Competition, you must, during the Promotion Period: visit the Competition page at: (A) (B) if you are an Australian resident; or if you are a New Zealand resident; (iii) (iv) complete the voting information on the Competition page (including your full name, address and telephone number); log into your MECCA Beauty Loop account when prompted; and submit your vote. You need a MECCA Beauty Loop account to enter the Competition. If you do not currently have a MECCA Beauty Loop account, you can sign up for a free account at or when prompted 1 the file.

If you submit multiple entries, you will be disqualified from the Competition. We will not accept any entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period. The time of each entry will be the time the entry is received by our database, not the time of transmission. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including your identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms or who otherwise tampers or interferes with the entry process. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid at our absolute discretion. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries. If there is a dispute as to your identity or details, we reserve the right to determine your identity or details and our determination is final. We will not enter into any communication in relation to our determination or the associated process. 4. Draw There will be 3 winners and 6 runners-up for this Competition. This Competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners or runners-up. The winners and runners-up will be determined by random selection using the TPAL Electronic Draw System at We will conduct the draw: at our office at 34 Wangaratta Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121, Australia; and between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST on Wednesday 4 July The first 3 entrants generated will be the winners and the next 6 entrants generated will be the runners-up. We reserve the right to draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn and we elect to draw on the reserve entries. 5. Outcome The winners and runners-up will be notified by: telephone or within 7 days of the draw; and announcement via the MECCA Cosmetica and MECCA Maxima Instagram profiles between 9.00am on Wednesday 4 July 2018 and 5.00pm AEST on Wednesday 11 July It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your contact details change during the Promotion Period.

3 The winners and runners-up's names and entries may be published on our Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook pages, and in any other promotional material which we consider relevant. By entering the Competition, you consent to your details, social media handles and images being published in these circumstances. Our judging panel s decision is final. We will not enter into any communication in relation to our decision or the associated process. 6. Prizes The total prize pool value for this Competition is AUD $12,420 (inclusive of GST) and consists of 9 prizes. Each of the 3 winners will receive a major prize valued at up to AUD $3, (inclusive of GST), which consists of: 20 beauty products from the MECCA Beauty Election 2018 range, altogether valued at up to AUD $1,580 (inclusive of GST); and an exclusive 'MECCA Experience' valued at AUD $1,560 (inclusive of GST), which is an after-hours, closed-door experience at a mutually agreed date and time at a MECCA Cosmetica or MECCA Maxima store for the winner and up to 3 guests (Event). For the Event, the winner and their guests will each receive: (A) (B) a makeup application service valued at up to AUD $90; and an AUD $300 MECCA voucher to spend instore during the Event. Light refreshments will be provided to the winner and their guests during the Event. Transport to and from the chosen MECCA Cosmetica or MECCA Maxima store for the Event and other incidentals are not included. The 6 runners-up will each receive a MECCA gift card valued at AUD $500 (inclusive of GST). Prize values are based on the recommended retail prices in Australia on 15 May We accept no responsibility for any change in prize value between this date and the date the prize is redeemed. 7. Claiming the prizes The prizes must be claimed within 2 months of announcement and are subject to product availability. If, for any reason, any of the specified prizes (or any part of them) are unavailable or out of stock, we reserve the right to replace them with something of similar value and/or specification. If a winner or runner-up does not claim their prize within the prescribed time, we will conduct a redraw: using the same method of draw specified in clause 4; at our office at 34 Wangaratta Street, Richmond, Victoria, 3121, Australia; and (iii) between 9.00am and 5.00pm AEST on Wednesday 12 September 2018.

4 (g) (h) You should seek independent financial advice, as implications (such as tax implications) may arise as a result of claiming a prize. To claim a prize, we may require the winners and runners-up to sign a legal release in a form we determine in our absolute discretion. It is a condition of claiming a prize that the winners and runners-up must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize suppliers' requirements. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, or any part thereof, are not transferable, saleable or exchangeable and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent. Prizes must be claimed as offered and cannot be varied. At the end of the Competition, we will meet all existing claims for prizes and entitlements to claims notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. If a printing error or other quality assurance matter occurs outside your control, we will not refuse to award a prize. 2. Submission We own all entries (including any intellectual property rights comprised in the entries). You agree that you are fully responsible for the entry you submit, including any entry content (such as text, images, photos and videos) and any accompanying comments (collectively, Submission). We will not be liable in any way for your Submission to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may remove any Submission without notice for any reason whatsoever. You warrant and agree that: (iii) (iv) (v) you will not submit any Submission that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that we reasonably consider to be in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights or otherwise, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication; you will obtain prior written consent from any person that appears, or is identifiable, in your Submission; you will obtain prior written consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in your Submission to the uses and terms herein; your Submission does not contain viruses and will not cause injury or harm to any person or entity; and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems. You consent to us using any part of your Submission in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purposes of promoting: this Competition (including any outcome); and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us or our related bodies corporate.

5 3. Personal information All opt-in entries will be entered into a database. We may use your name, address, address and telephone number for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any payment to you. By opting-in, you consent to your details being used for this purpose. If you no longer consent to your details being used for future marketing purposes, you should contact us via the contact details below. Your personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and names of the winners and runners-up may be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. If you wish to access, or for us to update, correct or delete, your details or any information in your entry, please contact us using our contact details below. 4. Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding this Competition or the merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize or component of any prize. We do not exclude any rights or remedies in respect of goods or services under Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Notwithstanding, we and our related bodies corporate (and the officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents of each of the foregoing) exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including for loss of opportunity, business, goodwill or profits), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (iii) (iv) (v) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control); any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; any entry or prize claim that is cancelled, delayed, interrupted, diverted, late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by us or otherwise); any variation in prize value or specification to that stated or referred to in these Terms; any tax liability or similar charge incurred by the winner, their guests, the runners-up or an entrant; or use of a prize by the winner, their guests, the runners-up or an entrant. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries or any other event beyond our control and, in these circumstances, we may, in our absolute discretion, cancel the Competition (without liability) and, if we elect to do so, recommence it from the start on the same conditions. We are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers, providers or equipment, software,

6 traffic congestion on the internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to participants or any other person s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in this Competition. You are solely responsible for any costs associated with accessing our website. These costs may depend on the internet service provider you use. We accept no responsibility for your use (or attempted use) of our website. Without limiting any other terms, you indemnify us and our related bodies corporate (and the officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents of each of the foregoing) from and against any breach of these Terms by you. 5. Disruption to Competition If, for any reason, this Competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond our control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to: disqualify any entrant who tampers or interferes with the entry process; or cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Competition, as appropriate. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend the Competition, as appropriate. Any entrant found to be using any form of software or third party application to enter multiple times (including scripting software) will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If you are awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, you must (at your cost) immediately return any awarded prize to us. We will determine whether you have breached this clause in our absolute discretion and may request any documentation we deem necessary to determine whether a breach has occurred. You must immediately provide, at your own cost, any requested documentation upon our request. 6. General We may accept any manifest errors and omissions at our absolute discretion. Any failure to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. This Competition and any issues relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
