1 Discover Tasmania Consumer Survey Competition for NSW Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. The Promoter is Tourism Tasmania, a body corporate established pursuant to section 4 of the Tourism Tasmania Act 1996 (Tas) of Level 2, 22 Elizabeth Street, Hobart, Tasmania, ABN (Promoter). 3. Subject to the following Terms and Conditions, entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over ( Eligible Entrants ), except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members 4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and eligibility of entrants (including an entrant s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Entry Requirements 5. To enter the competition, and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must during the Competition Period complete the following Entry Requirements: a. Visit b. Complete the pop-up survey that appears upon exiting c. Enter all requested details, including (but not limited to) name, address, postcode, phone number and address. 6. All entries must comply with all applicable laws and become and remain the property of the Promoter. Entries including infringing, offensive or inappropriate material will be deemed invalid. All valid entries will be entered into the competition. The draw will take place on 29 June 2012 at 10am at the office of the Promoter s agent, Zuni Pty Ltd at Unit 26, Bridge Road, Stanmore, NSW, 2048 at 10am (AEST). The Promoter s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 9. Online entries are limited to one entry per valid address and must be in accordance with the Entry Requirements. 10. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

The winners will be advised by phone and on 2 July The names of the winners will be published in the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper on 4 July In the event that the winner cannot accept the prize (for whatever reason) the prize will be forfeited by that winner. The prize cannot be transferred to another person. 12. No responsibility will be taken for lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communication networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) cost occurred. Prizes 13. The first three valid entries drawn, as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, will win return economy flights to Tasmania for two adults, from any Australian capital city ( The Prize ). 14. Prize Winners are responsible for all other expenses including, but not limited to, spending money, meals, drinks, transfers, accommodation, incidentals, taxes, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. 15. The Prize Winners and their travelling companions must travel from the same place at the same time. The Prize Winners are responsible for arranging at their own cost and expense all transport (including transport for their travelling companions) to and from their principal place of residence to their closest capital city airport. 16. The Prize is valid for travel until 31 March If travel has not been redeemed within this time period, the Prize will be deemed null and void. The Prize must be booked through Tourism Tasmania with advanced notice of a minimum of two weeks. The Prize cannot be changed once the booking has been confirmed by the Promoter or its agents with the Prize Winners. 17. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. In the event for any reason a Prize Winner does not take the Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then the Prize will be forfeited by the Prize Winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of the Prize. 18. The total value of the Prize is $5,000, including GST. Release from Liability 19. The Promoter and its associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or for any personal injury or death suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using The Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to prize suppliers and Australian regulatory authorities (where required). Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages.
