Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Telstra Thanks AFL Winning Feeling Moments Promotion Terms and Conditions ( Terms and Conditions). By entering the Telstra Thanks AFL Winning Feeling Moments Promotion ( Promotion ) you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. 2. This Promotion is being run by Telstra Corporation Limited (ABN ) of 400 George St Sydney NSW 2000 ("we", us or our ). 3. The Promotion starts at 12pm AEST on Friday, 10 June 2016, and will close at 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday, 24 August 2016 ("Promotion Period"). Weekly entries open at 12pm AEST on each Thursday of the Promotion Period, and close at 11:59pm AEST on each Wednesday prior to each AFL round. Who can enter? 4. Entry is open to Australian residents who are Telstra customers during the Promotion Period. Entrants who are under 18 years of age must first obtain their parent or guardian s permission prior to entering the Promotion. If a winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian on their behalf. Employees, agents or contractors of Telstra ( Promoter ) and other companies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. How do you enter? 5. To enter Promotion Weeks 1 to 4, you must, during the Promotion Period: a) Visit b) View the video uploaded for that week. c) To submit your entry, enter your details into the relative fields and provide in 20 words or less your answer to What happens next? in the video provided ( eligible entry ). To enter Promotion Weeks 5 to 11, you must, during the Promotion Period: a) Visit b) View the video uploaded for that week. c) To submit your entry, enter your details into the relative fields and select your answer from the four multiple-choice options outlining What Happens Next? in the video provided ( eligible entry ). 6. You may enter as many times as you like per AFL round. Entries do not carry over for the next round. 7. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, duplicated or illegible will be deemed invalid. Prizes 8. In judging Promotion Weeks 1-4, the weekly judging prizes will be awarded based on skill to the most passionate and creative answers, as judged by the Promoter ( minor prize ). For Promotion Weeks 5-11, the weekly draw prizes will be awarded from the pool of correct entries. A random draw will be conducted from only those who selected the correct answer from the options provided ( minor prize ).

For Promotion Weeks 4 to 11 there are 5 prizes to be won. Promotion Week 1 matches on offer in that respective round (as selected by them) $40 RRP, plus, a double pass to the Mid Season Review with the 3AW radio team. Date of redemption will be determined by the Promoter. Value of each prize is $474 The next best 5 winning entries will receive a double pass to the Mid Season Review with the 3AW radio team. Date of redemption will be determined by the Promoter. The value of each prize is $434. Total value of all prizes awarded in Promotion Week 1 is $4,540.

3 Promotion Week 2 matches on offer in that respective round (as selected by them) $40 RRP, plus a double pass to the Kick to Kick Experience with the 3AW radio team. Date of redemption will be determined by the Promoter. Value of each prize is $470. The next best 5 winning entries will receive a double pass to the Kick to Kick Experience with the 3AW radio team. Date of redemption will be determined by the Promoter. The value of each prize is $430. Total value of all prizes awarded in Promotion Week 2 is $4,500. Promotion Week 3 matches on offer in that respective round (as selected by them) $40 RRP, plus a double pass to the Commentary Box experience with the 3AW radio team. Date of redemption will be determined by the Promoter. Value of each prize is $1, The next best 5 winning entries will receive a double pass to the Commentary Box experience with the 3AW radio team. Date of redemption will be determined by the Promoter. The value of each prize is $1, Total value of all prizes awarded in Promotion Week 3 is $12,385. Promotion Week 4 matches on offer in that respective round (as selected by them) $40 RRP. Date of redemption will be dependent on the nominated match. Total value of all prizes awarded in Promotion Week 4 is $200. The total value of all prizes awarded in Promotion Weeks 1-3 of the Promotion is $21,625. Promotion Weeks 5 to 11

4 The first 5 winning entries drawn will win a double pass to the match they nominated during the matches on offer in that respective round (as selected by them) $40 RRP. Date of redemption will be dependent on the nominated match. The value of all prizes in each weekly Promotion draw is $200. The total value of all prizes awarded in the weekly prize draw section of the Promotion is $1, The major prize is a match of chance ( major prize ) 11. There are five major prizes to be won: Major Draw All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the major draw to win 1 of 5 Grand Final Experiences for two to coincide with the Toyota AFL Grand Final on Saturday, 1 October The experience includes 2 x tickets to the Toyota AFL Grand Final, 2 x tickets to the 3AW Grand Final week breakfast on Friday 30 September, 2 x return flights to Melbourne from the winners nearest Australian capital city (flight associated taxes are included), 3 nights twin share, 4- star accommodation in a property of the Promoter s choice in Melbourne and transfers to and from the airport in Melbourne. Total value of each major prize is $3,000. Total value of all major prizes to be won during the Promotion Period is $15,000 If a winner is a Melbourne resident, the flight and transfer portion of the prize will be forfeited, and no compensation or payment will be given in lieu. Total value of all prizes awarded in the Promotion is $38,025. Winner Determination 12. The judging of weekly minor prizes for Promotion Weeks 1 to 4 will take place on Thursday of each week following the applicable judging close dates (as outlined in the table included in condition 8 of these Terms & Conditions) at 10am AEST at 400 George St Sydney NSW The weekly minor prizes for Promotion Weeks 1 to 4 will be awarded to the best answers as judged by the Promoter. Entries will be judged on the passion and creativity of the answers. The weekly minor prize draws for Promotion Weeks 5 to 11 will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Week Period on the dates outlined in the table included in condition 8 of these Terms & Conditions at 12pm AEST at Telstra, 400 George St, Sydney. The weekly minor prizes will be awarded to the first five entries drawn by the Promoter. Only entries that answered correctly will be eligible to win the weekly prize. 13. The major prize draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on Friday, 26 August 2016, at 12pm AEST at MDSA, 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089.

5 14. Decisions relating to prize winners and prize allocations are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Notification of winners 15. Winners will be notified within 2 business days of the judging or draw via their registered mobile phone number & by , and published online at 3 business days of the determination or draw. The Major prize winners will also be announced at on Wednesday, 7 September If any weekly prize from Promotion Weeks 1 to 11 is unclaimed by 5pm AEST the Friday before the redemption date, or a winner is disqualified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and distributed at our discretion. If any major prize remains unclaimed by 5pm AEST on Wednesday 7 September 2016, or a winner is disqualified in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may conduct such further draws on Thursday 8 September 2016 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to award the prize/s. The winner/s, if any, will be notified within 2 business days of the draw via their registered mobile phone number & in writing, and published online at Monday, 12 September Prize Conditions 17. Standard ticket terms and conditions apply for the use of the Toyota AFL Grand Final tickets and are subject to change. The terms and conditions which apply for the use of the tickets at the time they are issued to the prize winners will prevail over these Terms and Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency. 18. The major prize is only valid for the 3AW Grand Final Breakfast on Friday, 30 September 2016 and the Toyota AFL Grand Final Match Day on Saturday, 1 October Any costs associated with or in connection to the event, except for the prize of this competition, will not be covered by Telstra. 20. You are only eligible to win a maximum of one weekly prize per week, and one major prize, unless the winner is a South Australian resident. 21. Telstra reserves the right to withdraw any prize at our discretion, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 22. By accepting a prize, you agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the prize including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation. 23. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize, cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. All other expenses associated with the prizes are the responsibility of the winners. General

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to (a) request entrants to provide proof of identity and/or proof of valid entry (b) disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. 25. Entries are accepted at the time of receipt by us. We will not be held liable for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. 26. We are not liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way after it leaves us. 27. We are not responsible for any variation in the value of a prize. 28. If we are unable to provide a winner with a prize (or part of a prize), we will supply an alternative prize (or that part of the prize) of greater or equal monetary value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 29. If for any reason, we are not able to conduct the Promotion as planned, including due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, any technical difficulties or any other causes beyond our control, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations. 30. We exclude all warranties in relation to the quality, suitability or merchantability of a prize, except those that cannot be excluded by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees, agents or contractors for breach of any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian Law, is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again. 31. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion including the supply of goods or services by any person to the prize winners, and where applicable to any persons accompanying the prize winners. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the prize. 32. For winners of the 3AW experiences and the 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final trip (major prize), winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Privacy 32.
