1 The terms and conditions of campaigns will be as under: CashBack: The campaign will be valid for 7 days starting 21 st January 2019 to 27 th January (both days inclusive) only for customers transacting at Point of Sale (POS) terminal, paywave terminal and e-commerce sites using PMC Bank Debit Card (VISA & RUPAY) and PMC Bank Rupay Credit Card. The customers will have to transact for minimum seven times to earn cash back or reward points during the campaign period per card only. Withdrawal transactions done at ATM / Recycler will not be considered for campaign. Cash at POS (machine / app) transaction will not be considered for campaign. Eligible credit of cashback for Debit Card & Credit Card transaction will be given in customers account. Other Terms and Conditions PMC Bank Authentication Time stamp will be considered as transaction time. If there is a tie in top spender of offer period, customer who initiated first transaction of the day will be declared as winner. "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been cancelled by the merchant establishment prior to settlement with PMC Bank.

2 If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Campaign Period, all the benefits under the Campaign shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder. In case a Cardholder cancels or reverses any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the cashback or reward points, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the cashback or reward points. This Campaign is brought to you by PMC Bank and is made available only to Cardholders selected at the discretion of PMC Bank. PMC Bank shall reserve the right to disqualify saving account holder in case of commercial transaction noted without intimating the customer. PMC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Gift/cashback/ reward points. PMC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Cardholder/s under the Campaign. PMC Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or Cardholder from the Campaign, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Campaign or otherwise by use of the Card. No queries shall be entertained after 30 days from the closure date of the Campaign Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the cashback/reward points shall in no event constitute a claim against PMC Bank. The participation in the Campaign is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. In all matters relating to the Campaign, the decision of PMC Bank shall be final and binding in all respects. The Campaign is not available, wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such Campaigns cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. PMC Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Campaign without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. PMC Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Campaign without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. The cashback or gifts will be given to customer s after 30 days post completion of campaign.

3 Terms & Conditions for Debit card holders 1 Rewards Program The below mentioned Terms are valid only for PMC Bank customers. PMC Loyalty Rewards is a reward program designed by the Bank for its esteemed customers / patron for banking with PMC Bank. Any customer regularly banking with the Bank. PMC Bank is a facilitator of the Loyalty Program and all merchant terms & conditions applicable for the product/service of the respective merchant shall apply. 1.1 The Loyalty Program is a Rewards Points scheme which rewards you with points based on the amount you have spent using your Card(s). 1.2 To participate in the Loyalty Program, your card accounts must be in good standing, as Bank determined by the Bank. 1.3 In the below circumstances, Cardholder will not be eligible under the Loyalty Program if Bank determines, in our sole discretion that: Your account has been blocked, classified as blocked by the Bank, suspended, terminated or closed; You face legal proceedings or are under threat of so; Any of your accounts with us are delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted for any reason; and 1.4 If Bank disqualifies you from the Program, all your unused Rewards Points will be cancelled and no longer be available for use under the Program. 2 How the Program works 2.1 Bank rewards you points for transaction initiated at POINT OF SALE (POS), paywave and e-commerce sites through PMC Bank Debit and Credit Card (VISA/RUPAY). 2.2 Bank, at its discretion, may also award Rewards Points for any other transactions either for specific period or for specific situations. 2.3 Bank does not include the following in the computation of Rewards Points under the Program: Disputed / void / reversal / cancellation/ withdrawal transactions initiated transactions will not be considered. 2.4 Bank may change or vary the rate at which the Rewards Points are awarded and redeemed. The rate/value at which vouchers/products/any other item is redeemed is dynamic, varies from item to item and is subject to change at any time without any notice. Customers need to refer to the catalogue during the time of redemption for the applicable rate.

4 2.5 Unless Bank offers you the ability to redeem Rewards Points, you must have the number of Rewards Points required to redeem the Rewards Points in your accounts at the time the order is made. If you do not have enough Rewards Points, Bank can reject your request to redeem the Reward. 2.6 If your card is hotmarked due to any reason, Bank will not transfer points accrued under the previous Card Account to the new Card Account. 2.7 Subject to the provisions of this Program and unless Bank agrees, Rewards Points accrued under the Program are not transferable, whether by law or otherwise, to any person or entity The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in Program. Any such participation is voluntary. The Program is being made purely on a best effort basis. 3 Redemption General 3.1 Customer s need to have a minimum of 1000 reward points at the time of redeeming for the first time and redemption will be available from the month of Jan, You may select and redeem any one or more of the Rewards featured in the Program catalogue, our website or any other publications in any medium, via any redemption channel Bank makes available to you from time to time. The use of any particular channel for redemption will be subject to the terms and conditions then in force. Your redemption will signify acceptance of these terms. 3.3 All requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to sufficient Rewards Points, and Rewards availability. 3.4 Redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards, or refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. 3.5 Once you have confirmed your redemption request, it is irrevocable and you cannot ask for a refund of the Rewards Points used for the redemption, or reverse your request. 3.6 Redemption and use of a Reward is subject to availability and to such conditions as may be specified by the participating merchants. Bank is not responsible for ensuring that the product or service that you have redeemed for using your Rewards Points will be available. The participating merchant reserves the right to supply alternative products or services of similar quality or price to you. 3.7 Delivery will be made only to domestic addresses which are within the delivery limits specified by the primary courier. 3.8 Selection of products offered is and will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and is liable to change without notice. 3.9 Payment of any types of taxes including courier charges, if any, shall be borne by the Cardholder.

5 Wishlist 3.10 You may add a Reward to a wishlist to be redeemed at a later date-subject to T&C. 4. Access Any access that Bank may grant you from our Online Rewards Redemption website, or partner websites, will transport your navigation out of our sites. Bank is not responsible for, does not endorse, and makes no representation or warranty in connection with, any hyperlinked internet sites on our website. 5 Meaning of words You also need to refer to the product terms which also define key words specifically applicable to the product. If a word defined in these Customer Terms is also defined in any product terms, the definition in the product terms applies for the purposes of the applicable product. Bank means Punjab & Maharashtra Co-op Bank Ltd. Card means a debit card, issued by the Bank and Card Account shall mean the account of that customer linked to the card. Cardholder means, for an account, each person to whom Bank issues a card on the account. Cashback means the value of money in Indian Rupees accumulated in the account of the cardholder based on the usage of the debit card Rewards Points means points credited to the account of the cardholder based on the usage of the debit card.

6 Terms & Conditions for Credit card holders The contest will be from 21 st January 2019 to 27 th January 2019 (both days inclusive). Eligibility of customers for Top Spender Campaign is as follows: Minimum Amount per transaction should be Rs. 2,500/- Minimum 7 transactions per card during the campaign period Top 70 spenders will be eligible for cash back offer. Cash Back Offer is 1% of transaction amount or Rs. 1000, whichever is less Disputed / void / reversal / cancellation/ withdrawal transactions will not be eligible. If a transaction initiated by a winning Credit Card holder is among disputed / void / reversal / cancellation status, then cash back to such customer will be disqualified and fresh Top Spender will be executed. Cash-back will be credited to Customers Credit Card Account after 30 day s post completion of the campaign. Other Terms and Conditions PMC Bank Authentication Time stamp will be considered as transaction time. Charges for insurance, extended warranty, gift tax, customization and other regulatory charges or levies to be borne by the customers.
