1 Citibank Recurring Payment Campaign 2017 T&C and FAQ Eligibility: This Campaign is open to all principal credit cardmembers including Citibank Berhad ( Citibank ) staff of any credit card (other than corporate cards, commercial cards, and business cards) issued by Citibank ( Citi Credit Card ) and who have maintained all their accounts with Citibank in good standing, without any breach of the terms and conditions or agreements, throughout the Campaign Period. Individuals below the age of 21 years are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Eligible cardmembers must have enrolled and charged new autobilling transaction to their Citi Credit Card within the Campaign Period and any existing autobilling transaction enrolled and/or charged prior to the start of Campaign period is not eligible for the Campaign. Your database which is kept by Citibank would be used to define autobilling transaction. transaction is considered as recurring bill payment for Insurance, Telco, and Utilities company as defined in further information section below. If an eligible cardmember holds more than one Citi Credit Card, autobilling transactions made using each Citi Credit Card will be combined to meet the total eligible transactions. transactions made by supplementary cardmembers will also be combined with autobilling transactions made by the principal cardmember to meet the total eligible transactions. Billers Enrollments / s made by 20 August 2017 must be posted to the eligible cardmember s credit card account(s) by 27 Aug 2017 to be included as an eligible transaction. Please note that transactions may be posted by the biller / merchant as late as 30 days after the transaction date. Citibank will not be held responsible for late posting. Charges which are subsequently voided, disputed or charge-back to the card, balance transfers, disputed transactions and any fees charged by Citibank, including but not limited to charges for cash advanced or cash withdrawals, annual fees, interest, finance charges, late fees, and such other charges are excluded from the definition of autobilling transaction for the purposes of this Campaign. Billing amount must be successfully charged to the cardmembers credit card during campaign period and must remain active for at least twelve (12) months after the end of the campaign period failing which, Citibank reserves the right to retract the voucher in the form of debiting the said amount from the winner s credit card account respectively. 31 May 2017 Page 1

2 Mechanics: Upon satisfying the participation criteria, the eligible cardmembers stands to receive AEON Shopping ( the vouchers ) as per Table A below. The vouchers amount of RM250,000 will be split into four Monthly Capping as per table B below. Monthly Capping Period Allocated (RM) May , June , July , Aug ,000 Total 250,000 Table B: Monthly & Campaign Capping for the An eligible cardmembers will be rewarded to a maximum of RM150 worth of vouchers throughout the Campaign Period, regardless of how many Citi Credit Card he/she is holding. The total amount of the vouchers to be given throughout this Campaign is RM250,000 only, with capping at respective tier as per table B. For Monthly Capping 1, if the allocated vouchers are not fully redeemed by the eligible cardmembers, the remaining vouchers will be roll over to Monthly Capping 2. For Monthly Capping 2, if the allocated and/or the roll over vouchers are not fully redeemed by the eligible cardmembers, the remaining vouchers will be roll over to Monthly Capping 3. For Monthly Capping 3, if the allocated and/or the roll over vouchers are not fully redeemed by the eligible cardmembers, the remaining vouchers will be roll over to Monthly Capping 4. For Monthly Capping 4, if the allocated and/or the roll over vouchers are not fully redeemed by the eligible cardmembers, the remaining vouchers will not be further roll over. 31 May 2017 Page 2

3 All the allocated vouchers for each and every Monthly Capping are given out as a rewards to the eligible cardmembers based on First come first serve basis. Fulfillment will be completed within 3 months from the campaign end period. Physical vouchers will be delivered to all eligible cardmembers via registered post. Terms & Conditions: Cardmembers whose accounts are cancelled, or terminated for any reason, or suspended for any breach or suspected breach by the cardmember, during the Campaign Period or within 3 months after the Campaign Period, will not be entitled to receive any rewards under this Campaign. If a cardmember closes and/or cancels all Citi Credit Card account(s) before the vouchers is fulfilled, the cardmember loses his/her entitlement to the voucher, and is not entitled to any payment or compensation. The vouchers will not be delivered to the cardmember or the value of the vouchers will not paid to the cardmember s current and/or savings account with Citibank. Citibank s records of details and transactions are final and conclusive for the purposes of this Campaign. Citibank decisions relating to this Campaign are final and binding all participants. If any matters, dispute or claim arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Citibank. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable to cash. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. FAQ: Q: How long is this offer for? A: Promotion period is from 22 May 2017 to 20 August Q: Is this promotion applicable to Debit and RC cards? A: No, This Campaign is open to all credit cardmembers including Citibank Berhad staff of any credit card (other than corporate cards, commercial cards, and business cards) issued by Citibank Berhad. Q: Is this offer open to supplementary cardholders? A: All autobilling transactions performed by the supplementary cardholder will be credited to principal cardholder at fulfilment time. 31 May 2017 Page 3

4 Q: If I have several eligible Citibank cards, will I be entitled to the vouchers for every autobilling transactions I perform at the targeted billers during the promo period? A: The maximum voucher awarded per customer is RM150 worth of AEON shopping vouchers during the campaign period. Cardmembers will not be able to accumulate more than RM150 worth of AEON shopping vouchers even if they hold multiple Citibank cards and all other criteria met. Q: How do I know which of my autobilling transactions are eligible for the campaign? 6 The first autobilling transaction within the Campaign Period will be prioritizing for first-come-first-served purposes. The last autobilling transaction within the Campaign Period will determine which monthly capping that the cardmember will fall into it. 31 May 2017 Page 6
