The e-voucher may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www'.amazon'.in, via the website or the app. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's e- voucher balance. ii. Any unused e-voucher balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. iii. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's e-voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using credit card, net banking or debit card. iv. No fees or charges apply to the e-voucher. v. The e-voucher, including any unused balance, will expire 10 months from the date of issuance. vi. The e-voucher cannot be used to purchase other Amazon gift vouchers. However, it can be used to purchase other brand gift vouchers. vii. The e-voucher cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. viii. Unused e-voucher balances associated with an Amazon.in account may not be transferred to another Amazon.in account. ix. Any escalations with regards to the e-voucher should be addressed to the Customer Service available in Amazon.in. xiii. Multiple e-vouchers can be clubbed to purchase one product on Amazon.in. xiv. Unlimited e-voucher can be clubbed against one billing on Amazon.in. xv. Citibank shall not be liable/ responsible if the containing the e-voucher cannot be opened due to any error/ services downtime of the network service provider. xvi. Customer should raise all queries regarding redemption/ non-redemption of e-voucher with Amazon. BOOKMYSHOW T&Cs for BOOKMYSHOW EGV: i. The e-voucher will be a unique personalized 16 digit code, as mentioned in the , with 6 month validity from the date of issuance of the voucher by BookMyShow. ii. The e-voucher can be redeemed multiple times until the entire value gets exhausted within the validity period. iii. The e-voucher can be availed on transactions made on the BookMyShow website or mobile app, across cinemas/partners associated with BookMyShow all over the territory of India (subject to availability), irrespective of the booking amount. iv. In order to use the e-voucher at the time of booking, customer has to enter the code of the e- voucher before making payment and the voucher value of Rs.500 will be instantly deducted.

4 4 v. Partial redemption is allowed but no refund or credit note would be issued against the unused or partially used e-voucher. vi. The booking amount does not include convenience fees/ taxes or other charges. So, for example, if customer books ticket of Rs.500 and convenience fee/taxes is Rs.20, then if he or she uses the e-voucher, Rs.500 will be discounted and the customer will still have to pay the convenience fee of Rs.20. vii. The e-voucher can be clubbed with any other offer or promotion available on the BookMyShow website or mobile app. viii. If lost/misused, the e-voucher cannot be replaced. The price of the e-voucher is fixed and cannot be revalued. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash or cannot be re-validated after the expiry of its validity period. ix. The e-voucher can be redeemed ONLY on BookMyShow website & mobile app (ios, Android & Windows). They cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box-office. x. The e-voucher can be redeemed on purchase of eticket(s) for Movies/Plays/Concerts/Sports Or Merchandise (if any) available on BookMyShow. xi. Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction or the e-voucher can be combined with any other payment type on BookMyShow. xii. The e-voucher can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period. xiii. If lost misused, the e-voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date. xiv. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the e-voucher & its use on the BookMyShow website are also subject to BookMyShow's general Terms of Use & BookMyShow's decision will be final in case of any dispute. xv. BookMyShow may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new BookMyShow e-voucher that is for personal, noncommercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without BookMyShow s prior written consent. xvi. Tick the check-box states "Yes, I accept the Terms & Conditions & Booking Policy" & click on the "Apply" button. 5 5 FLIPKART T&Cs for Flipkart EGV: 1. e-gift Voucher can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on or Flipkart Mobile App or Flipkart m-site ("Platform") only. 2. e-gift Voucher can be purchased on or Flipkart Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking. 3. e-gift Voucher can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as e-gift Voucher. e-gift Voucher payment option is not available for single order with multiple sellers. 4. e-gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase other Flipkart e-gift Voucher or Flipkart First subscriptions. 5. e-gift Voucher cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform. 6. If the order value exceeds the e-gift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking. Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount. 7. If the order value is less than the amount of the e-gift Voucher, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same e-gift Voucher and can be used for subsequent transactions. 8. e-gift Voucher will expire after 10 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter. 9. e-gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit. 10. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the e-gift Voucher. Once the e-gift Voucher has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the e-gift Voucher PIN or e- Gift Voucher number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of e-gift Voucher due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Flipkart shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued. 13. Flipkart.com assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the e-gift Voucher and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. 14. You can combine a maximum of 15 e-gift Voucher in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish to redeem more number of e-gift Voucher on a single order, please add your e-gift Voucher to the Wallet. 15. e-gift Voucher can be used in all sales period. 16. It Can be used/clubbed with existing offers. 17. Unused balance amount will be available in the e-gift Voucher and same needs to be used before Expiry date.

6 6 18. Flipkart reserves the right to cancel the e-gift Voucher if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received. 19. In the event the beneficiary/know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient, Flipkart.com retain the right to cancel the e-gift Voucher issued. 20. e-gift Voucher cannot be reloaded or resold. 21. e-gift Voucher cannot be extended /cannot issue new e-gift Voucher post expiry. 22. Citibank shall not be responsible for loss / misplace / theft of the Card from the Cardholder, in any manner whatsoever.
