Holidays: What do you get? A user is eligible for the cashback as listed in the table above To be eligible for the cashback, booking needs to be made on or between May 16-20, 2018 and 100% payment latest by 15 th June 2018 Cashback for all eligible users will be credited in 60 working days from the date of final payment using YES BANK Credit card Cash back will be calculated on each Booking ID and not on the number of transactions. For example, if a Cardholder pays in 2 instalments/transactions for 1 Booking, cashback will be processed only once and on the amount paid using YES BANK Credit Cards Cashback will be credited to the same card through which the 1st payment is received

3 Cash back would be applicable only on components booked during sale period. Any activity/ upgrade options booked post sale period would not be eligible for cash back How do you get it? The cashback to card offer is applicable once per YES BANK Credit Card i.e. a maximum of 1 holiday booking under this offer This offer is applicable on select international holiday (Singapore) packages only For packages booked online, the offer is not valid for payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, MMT Gift cards and net banking payments In the event of same YES BANK Credit Cards being used to make a subsequent booking, it will not be eligible for the cashback offer on that booking Conditions in case of cancellation In case of partial/full cancellation, the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the cashback If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund amount in addition to the applicable cancellation charges. These flights are booked through multi-city tab on website What else do you need to know? The offer is applicable only once per MMT ID during the offer period The offer is only applicable on one booking made using YES BANK Credit Cards These offers are not applicable on part payments or payments made through MyWallet, Net Banking, Debit Cards, PayPal or Gift Cards Conditions in case of cancellation In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees C. To avail this offer, a customer must apply the code MMTSING in the e-coupon field Offer is valid on Singapore hotels only This offer is valid on payment made through YES BANK Credit Cards only This offer is valid from 0000 hours on 16th May to 2359 hours on 20th May 2018 The cashback offer is valid for only 1 booking per card during the entire offer period A customer can make max 5 bookings in last 30 days using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings A customer can make max 3 bookings in a day using any eligible offer code on Hotel bookings The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's Website, mobile site and mobile app (Android & ios) only What else do you need to know? 5 Offer is not valid on payments made directly at hotel or through PayPal account, MMT Gift Card, My Wallet, Cash on Delivery (COD) and net banking. Bookings where "Book now Pay Later" option is selected, and INR 1 has been paid for reservation, will not be eligible for the additional cashback offer Offer is not valid on Pay at Hotel bookings On International Hotel bookings, the wallet amount can be redeemed to the extent of 10% (up to Rs 4,000) of the total pre-tax booking amount booking amount. More details in regards to wallet usage limits on International Flights, Hotels and other bookings can be checked at Conditions in case of cancellation In case of part/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for cashback If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cashback amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply Other Terms & Conditions This offer is not valid on YES BANK Corporate Cards Add-on cards will be treated as separate card If the customer doesn't receive the discount/cashback, he/she must raise the claim at within 3 months from the booking date. 6 MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms YES BANK and MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking In no event the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer shall exceed the amount of promotional discount/ cashback under this offer MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi User Agreement and Privacy Policy at MakeMyTrip website shall apply Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
