1 A. Terms and Conditions for Hello Kitty i-account General Terms and Conditions 1. Monthly maintenance fees and charges are to Hello Kitty i-account. For details of such fees and charges, please refer to the prevailing Bank Service Charges of the Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the Bank ). 2. For detailed terms and conditions in relation to Hello Kitty i-account and Dah Sing e-banking Service, please refer to the Master Terms and Conditions of the Bank or contact the Bank s staff for details. 3. The calculation of Average Daily Balance mentioned herein includes the positive deposit balance of deposit account (including i-account, Hong Kong Dollar, Renminbi and Foreign Currency Savings, Current Accounts and Fixed Deposits) maintained with the Bank, latest market value of investment accounts (including Investment Funds, Retail Certificates of Deposits, Securities, Equity Linked Deposits and margin deposit of Foreign Exchange Margin) and cash value of life insurance accounts maintained with the Bank. The account holder(s) of the above-mentioned accounts must be identical to that of the Hello Kitty i-account. The designated amount of monthly Average Daily Balance will be calculated by the Bank on the last working day of every month. 4. All photos are for reference only. 5. The Bank reserves the right to alter or terminate the offers mentioned herein and amend the relevant terms and conditions at its sole and absolute discretion of the Bank and at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. 6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 7. In the case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms and Conditions for HKD Current Account and Multi-Currency Savings Account 8. Savings Interest of Multi-Currency Savings Account is calculated on a compound daily basis according to the Savings Interest (Please refer to the Bank's website for details) of Hello Kitty i-account and will be credited monthly. 9. Savings interest of HKD Current Account is calculated daily on a simple interest basis according to the Savings Interest (Please refer to the Bank's website for details) of Hello Kitty i-account ( Basic Interest ) and the Bonus Savings Interest Rate 0.125% ("Bonus Savings Interest") according to the designated Dah Sing Bank service/ product the customer is using/ holding if any(definition refer to General Terms and Conditions clauses 13). Total annual interest rate is unlimited. The interest rate will be credited monthly to the customer. 10. Bonus Savings Interest Rate will be calculated according to the designated service/product the customer is using/ holding at every month end. It will be effective to HKD Current Account of Hello Kitty i-account in the following month. 11. The Basic interest and Bonus Savings Interest of HKD Current Account, which will be calculated based on the deposit amount in the HKD Current Account starting from the subsequent calendar month, will credited to the HKD Current Account of Hello Kitty i-account on the 2nd working day from 24th of each month. 12. The balance of Hello Kitty i-account must reach the designated amount in order to enjoy interest. Please refer to the Bank's website for details. 13. Definition of holding or using any one of the designated Dah Sing Bank services / products: i. Using / holding Personal Loan which include all Instalment Loans of Express Money, Tax Loan, Credit Mastermind Instalment Loan, In-Money Revolving Loan, e-cash, FlexiMoney Overdraft Facility and Cash Card. Customer is required to maintain valid loan account with normal repayment record in order to be eligible for the Bonus Savings Interest offer;

Holding valid Principal card and Supplementary Credit Card of Dah Sing Credit Card and Co-brand card / debit card (including the credit card transferred from MEVAS Bank) except Cash Card, Corporate Card, Purchasing Card, Gift Card, Spending Card, Business Card, Balance Transfer Account and Private Label Card, and with valid transactions record. Valid transactions refer to those local and overseas retail purchase and cash advance made by the principle cardholders of credit card or debit card, but this is not to other transactions including but not limited to balance transfer amount, bank handling fee (include but not limited to annual fee, financial charges, late charge, service fee for cash advance, etc.) during the month. Any unposted, cancelled, reversal or unauthorized transactions would not be counted as well. s made by the supplementary cardholders would be counted towards the principle cardholders. Holding Valid Life Insurance policy. The Bank reserves the right to make the final decision on the definition of designated Dah Sing Bank services / products. Please enquire our branch staff for details. 14. Customer will only be entitled to 0.125% p.a. Bonus Savings Interest per month even if he/she is holding/ using more than one of the designated Dah Sing Bank services/products. 15. The Bonus Savings Interest is only to the credit balance of the HKD Current Account of Hello Kitty i-account, deposit balance of other account which includes the Multi-Currency Savings Account of i- Account would not be counted. 16. If the customer holds a single or joint Hello Kitty i-account, the designated Dah Sing Bank services/products that are being hold/used by the customers will be applied to both the single and joint account for calculating the Bonus Savings Interest of the HKD Current Account of the Hello Kitty i-account. 17. To enjoy the Bonus Savings Interest Rate, the status of all other bank services/ accounts held by Hello Kitty i-account holders with the Bank must be valid, normal and meet the requirements (according to the Bank s definition). 18. The interest rate (include both the basic interest rate and Bonus Savings Interest Rate) would be calculated up to the date when the Hello Kitty i-account is cancelled. 19. Deposit interest is calculated on the basis of 365 days in a year (for both ordinary year and leap year). Terms and Conditions for No Bounced Cheque / Autopay Protection 20. Hello Kitty i-account customer can automatically enjoy No Bounced Cheque / Autopay Protection for relevant transaction amount of up to HK$5,000 in Hello Kitty i-account by maintaining the Average Daily Balance of HK$200,000 or above or its equivalent in the previous month. The eligibility of protection will be printed on the customer s consolidated monthly statement. 21. Hello Kitty i-account customers can enjoy No-Bounced Cheque / Autopay Protection for relevant transaction in the following month by maintaining the designated amount of monthly Average Daily Balance which will be calculated by the Bank on the last working day of every month. Terms and Conditions for e-receipt 22. Customer needs to register his / her ATM Card in order to receive e-receipts. In the case of joint accounts, each account holder has to subscribe to the service separately.

3 23. Customer who registers his / her ATM Card for e-receipt service is required to provide a valid address and/ or mobile phone number to the Bank. Upon successful registration, an e-receipt will be automatically sent to the valid address and/ or mobile phone number of the customer registered with the Bank every time after a transaction is carried out via Automated Teller Machines ("ATM") located in Hong Kong or overseas or the Bank's Cash Deposit Machine or the Bank s Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine through the use of the registered ATM Card, regardless of whether the customer chooses to receive physical "Customer Advice" issued by such ATM or Cash Deposit Machine or Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine during such transaction (save and except the customer's checking of account balance via ATM or Easy Cash Deposit Machine or Cash & Cheque Deposit Machine and other transactions as may be designated by the Bank from time to time). The SMS e-receipt service will only be sent to valid Hong Kong mobile phone number. Such SMS will not be sent to overseas phone number. For the avoidance of doubt, e-receipt registration for each ATM Card is a one-off request and thus, no further registration will be required upon successful registration, unless in the event of card loss or damage, depending on the type of ATM Card, customer may be required to register the new ATM Card for the e-receipt service again. Terms and Conditions for other Banking Services 25. Customer can entitle to Monthly Maintenance Fee waiver if the Average Daily Balance of i-account is HK$10,000 or above during the month. 26. Account holders of Hello Kitty i-account are entitled to a waiver of the handling fee for purchasing gift vouchers. 27. The promotion period of Private Motor Car Insurance is from now until further notice. The 50% discount on insurance premium will be offered to the Hello Kitty i-account holder who enrolls in the Private Motor Car Insurance via the Bank's Branches or Dah Sing Insurance Company (1976) Limited ("Dah Sing Insurance") Customer Service Hotline This offer is not to customers who are currently holding or have cancelled any Private Motor Car Insurance plan underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance within the past 3 months from the date of the application. 28. Private Motor Car Insurance is underwritten by Dah Sing Insurance. The relevant offer is provided by Dah Sing Insurance. The Bank is an authorized insurance distributor of Dah Sing Insurance. Private Motor Car Insurance is the product of Dah Sing Insurance but not the product of the Bank. Dah Sing Insurance reserves the right of final approval of the enrolment of the insurance plan and is solely responsible for all coverage and compensation. For details of the premium discount offer, the insurance plan coverage, eligibility for enrollment of the insurance plan and exclusions, etc., please contact Dah Sing Insurance (Enquiry Hotline: ). Customers can also request for a copy of the policy terms and conditions from Dah Sing Insurance for details. 29. The 30-day Free Accidental Death Insurance (with coverage HK$100,000) is only to new account holders of Hello Kitty i-account. The coverage is valid for a term of 30 days from the opening date of Hello Kitty i-account. This coverage is provided in accordance with the Master Policy underwritten by Tahoe Life Insurance Company Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) ( Tahoe Life ). The Bank is an authorized insurance distributor of Tahoe Life. This coverage is the product of Tahoe Life but not the product of the Bank. 30. The above insurance products are subject to Dah Sing Insurance/ Tahoe Life's terms and conditions. The above insurance products/services are provided and sold to customers by Dah Sing Insurance/ Tahoe Life. Dah Sing Insurance/ Tahoe Life are responsible for the quality and availability of the insurance product/service. The Bank makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality in respect of insurance

4 product/service supplied under the above offers. For any enquiry or complaint about the insurance product/service, please contact Dah Sing Insurance/ Tahoe Life directly. 31. The Bank/ Dah Sing Insurance/ Tahoe Life reserve the right to terminate or amend the relevant offer and the relevant terms and conditions without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, the decision of the Bank/ Dah Sing Insurance/ Tahoe Life should be final and conclusive. 32. Terms and Conditions for Hello Kitty i-account Account Opening Rewards General Terms and Conditions for Account Opening Rewards 1. Promotion period is from 2 January to 31 March (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). 2. Eligible Hello Kitty i-account Customer refers to, in each case, the primary account holder of the Hello Kitty i-account (sole or joint-named). 3. Primary Account Holder refers to the Applicant mentioned in the New Account(s) / Service(s) Application Form signed by the customer. 4. Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance includes, for each calendar month, the average daily positive balance of all the Eligible Savings Account held by the respective Eligible Hello Kitty i-account Customer with the Bank. If the Eligible Savings Account has any foreign currency deposits, such deposits will be calculated in HKD according to the daily exchange rate. If an Eligible Hello Kitty i-account Customer only holds a sole-named account, the Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance will only include the positive deposit balances of the Eligible Savings Accounts under such name; if an Eligible Hello Kitty i-account Customer holds a sole-named account and is also the Primary Account Holder of another jointnamed account, the Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance will include the positive deposit balances of the Eligible Savings Accounts under such sole-named and joint-named accounts. The calculation of Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance will start in the month following the account opening date. 5. Eligible Savings Account includes the sole--named and joint-named i-account Multi-Currency Savings Deposit Account, Hong Kong Dollar, Renminbi and Foreign Currency Savings Accounts and Hong Kong Dollar Flexi Deposit of the Bank, but excludes any Target Savings Deposit, Fixed Deposit and current account deposit, maintained with the Bank by the Eligible Hello Kitty i-account Customer. 6. New Funds refer to funds newly deposited with the Bank in cash, by using a cheque drawn on any other bank, inward CHATS or Telegraphic Transfer but excluding any funds transfer from any existing account maintained with the Bank. 7. Monthly maintenance fees and charges are to Hello Kitty i-account. For details of such fees and charges, please refer to the prevailing Bank Service Charges of the Bank. 8. For the detailed terms and conditions in relation to the Hello Kitty i-account and Dah Sing e-banking Service, please refer to the Master Terms and Conditions of the Bank and the relevant promotional materials or contact the Bank s staff for details 9. 5 Terms and Conditions for Fun-filled Account Opening Reward 1( Account Opening Reward 1 ) 12. Account Opening Reward 1 is only to customers who hold the following Accounts (sole-named or joint-named) in the capacity as the Primary Account Holder ( Eligible Customers ): i. During the Promotion Period: New-to-deposit Customers (referring to those customers not holding any deposit account with the Bank one month prior to opening the Hello Kitty i-account) who place a minimum of HK$50,000 in New Funds in the Hello Kitty Multi-Currency Savings Account at account opening and maintain the initial deposit of HK$50,000 or above in the Hello Kitty Multi-Currency Savings Account for one month from the account opening date; or Existing Deposit Customers (referring to those customers holding any deposit account other than the Hello Kitty i-account with the Bank on or before 31 December 2017) who successfully open or upgrade to the Hello Kitty i-account, place a minimum of HK$50,000 in New Funds in the Hello Kitty Multi-Currency Savings Account and maintain the initial deposit of HK$50,000 or above in the Multi- Currency Savings Account for one month from the account opening or upgrading date. ii. Provide a valid address to the Bank for receiving the notification or latest information and offers relating to the products, services and/or subjects set out in paragraph G of the Bank's ice to Customers relating to Customers' Data made available by the Bank to customers from time to time will be entitled to a Limited Edition Hello Kitty 4R Magnetic Photo Frame (Perceived Value:HK$88) ("Instant Gift"). If customer is unwilling to receive the said notification or information and offers, he/she will not be entitled to the Instant Gift. 13. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to the Account Opening Reward 1 once only. For customers who hold a joint-named account, only the Primary Account Holder will be eligible for the Account Opening Reward All photos are for reference only. The Instant Gift is only available while stocks last. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative gift and replacement without prior notice, if the Instant Gift is out of stock. Prices and types of those gifts may not be the same as the Instant Gift provided in this Promotion. The Instant Gift cannot be redeemed for cash, other discounts and are non-transferable. The Bank is not the supplier of Instant Gift and makes no representations or guarantees as to the quality of the Instant Gift provided by the supplier. Any enquiry, dispute or complaint in respect of the Instant Gifts should be directed to the supplier. 15. Customer who has received Instant Gift but failed to maintain the deposit of HK$50,000 or cancels the relevant account within one month of Hello Kitty i-account opening, the Bank has the right to deduct HK$150 as the handling fee, without prior notice, from the relevant account opened by such customer. Terms and Conditions for Fun-filled Account Opening Reward 2( Account Opening Reward 2 ) 16. Eligible Customers who fulfill all the below-mentioned requirements in 3 consecutive months from the calendar month following the date of opening the Hello Kitty i-account ( Reward Period ) will be entitled to the designated Limited Edition Hello Kitty Gift Card ( Gift Card ) and designated Stored Value Reward ( Reward ) during the relevant Reward Period. The Reward Period includes 3 cycles, of which each covers 1 calendar month and the entitlement of the Reward is counted on a per cycle basis. Customers will be entitled to a Limited Edition Hello Kitty Gift Card Holder ( Gift Card Holder ) if customers are able to receive the Reward in all 3 consecutive months.each Eligible Customer may enjoy an up to HK$300 Reward for each cycle and an up to HK$900 Reward in total. The details are as follows:- New to-deposit Customer may enjoy HK$50 Reward for maintaining every HK$50,000 Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance and completing at least one type of Eligible ; or Existing Deposit Customer may enjoy HK$50 Reward for maintaining every HK$100,000 Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance and completing at least one type of Eligible. A valid address must be provided to the Bank for receiving the notification or latest information and offers relating to the products, services and/or subjects set out in paragraph G of the Bank's ice to Customers relating to Customers' Data made available by the Bank to customers from time to time. Eligible refers to:- Payroll : "Eligible Payroll " refers to customer s Net Basic Salary Amount deposited to the Payroll Account according to the Salary Credit Method selected upon application for the 360 Easy Payroll Services ("Payroll Services").The actual payroll deposit per transaction shall not be lower than the "Salary Credit Amount per " stated in the application form for Payroll Services. The minimum payroll deposit amount per transaction is HK$5,000 if the payroll deposit is made through autopay (refers to the automatic payment arrangement pursuant to which customer's employer credits the customer's salary to customer's Payroll Account automatically as per the customer s instruction.); while the minimum payroll deposit amount per transaction is HK$10,000 if the payroll deposit is made through a standing instruction. For details, please visit or Bill Payment : Bill Payment with a single transaction amount of HK$500 or above (or its equivalent) is recorded (only to cases where the Hello Kitty i-account is used as the debit account and the bill payment is made via an autopay instruction being newly set up at the Bank or through PayEasy Bill Payment, Funds Transfer within Dah Sing Bank (only to funds transfer to Dah Sing Credit Card or Cash Card) or Settle Dah Sing Bank Payment via either Dah Sing e-banking or Mobile Banking during the Reward Period ); or Securities : Any single Securities Buy/Sell successfully executed through the Securities Account which links to the Hello Kitty i-account as the settlement account, via any channel with the Bank (subject to the trade date of the securities transaction (excluding any IPO application and Stocks Investment Savings Plan); or Foreign Exchange : Any single Foreign Exchange Buy/Sell of HK$20,000 or above successfully executed through the Hello Kitty i-account via any channel with the Bank (excluding notes exchange or issuance of demand draft). 18. During the Reward Period, the designated Limited Edition Hello Kitty Gift Card refers to:- The 1 st cycle : Hello Kitty version; The 2 nd cycle : Loves version; The 3 rd cycle : Fun Banking version. 19. Customer will receive the Account Opening Reward 2 redemption letter of Hello Kitty i-account within 3 months after the end of each cycle (if ). Customer should bring along the original copy of the redemption letter to the designated redemption centre before the stipulated deadline to redeem the Gift Card and the Gift Card Holder (if ). The Gift Card and Gift Card Holder redemption is bound by the terms and conditions set out in the redemption letter. Customer should maintain a valid Hello Kitty i-account, a valid address and the relevant designated banking service (if ) at the time of redemption; otherwise, the Gift Card and Gift Card Holder will not be offered. For the terms and conditions of using the Gift Card, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Gift Card which will be provided together with the Gift Card. 20. Example of a New to-deposit Customer s entitlement to the Stored Value Reward under Account Opening Reward 2: i. Customer opens a Hello Kitty i-account and deposits New Funds of HK$50,000 in the Hello Kitty Multi- Currency Savings Account on 3 January ; and ii. Provides a valid address; and iii. Completes the Eligible s and maintains the designated Monthly Average Daily Savings Deposit Balance during the Reward Period (i.e. from 1 February to 30 April ).

The records of the Eligible s will be subject to the Bank s records. The transaction date and posting date of an Eligible may vary; in the case of Securities s, the successful transaction date shall be conclusive, while in the case of other types of transactions, the posting date shall be conclusive. Any unposted or not duly executed transactions will not be counted. In the case of any disputes, the Bank s decision shall be final and conclusive. 23. The calculation of Eligible s will be based on the transaction amount in Hong Kong dollars or equivalent (if ) unless otherwise specified by the Bank. The currency conversion will be effected at the prevailing rate determined by the Bank on the day of the conversion. There may be a discrepancy in the currency conversion rate between the time of calculation of Eligible s and the execution time of the Eligible and the Bank shall not be liable for any loss caused by such discrepancy. 24. Each Eligible Customer is entitled to the Account Opening Reward 2 once only. For customers who hold a joint-named account, only the Primary Account Holder will be eligible for the Account Opening Reward. 25. Customer who has received the Gift Card and the Gift Card Holder(if ) but cancels the relevant account within 12 month of Hello Kitty i-account, the Bank may deduct the related Stored Value Reward Amount as the handling fee from the relevant deposit account held by such customer without prior notice.

10 Terms and Conditions for Member-Get-Member Referral Reward ("MGM Reward"): 26. Promotion Period of the MGM Reward is from 2 January to 31 March (both dates inclusive) ("Referral Period"). 27. The Bank's Existing Customers are the existing customers of the Bank who have any deposit account maintained with the Bank ("Referrer"). 28. New-to-deposit Customers are customers who did not hold any deposit account with the Bank one month prior to opening the Hello Kitty i-account. ("Referee"). 29. A Referee is required to open a Hello Kitty i-account and to fulfill all the following requirements: i.
