Global Promotion ( Promotion ), organized by Shell Hong Kong Limited ( Shell ), shall commence on 2 October 2013 and expire on 3 November 2013 (both dates inclusive) ( Promotion Period ) at the Authorized Automobile Service Centers listed below that use Shell Helix Ultra Fully Synthetic Motor Oils in Hong Kong ( Authorized Automobile Service Centers ): BMW Concessionaires HK Ltd (Participating Car Manufacturers: BMW and Mini-Cooper) Crown Motors Limited (Participating Car Manufacturers: Toyota and Lexus) Dah Chong Hong (Msc) Ltd (Participating Car Manufacturers: Honda, Nissan, Infiniti and Bentley) Hyundai Hong Kong Co Limited (Participating Car Manufacturers: Hyundai) Inchcape Motors Limited (Participating Car Manufacturers: Ford) Kingsway Cars Service Limited (Participating Car Manufacturers: Lamborghini) Wearnes Motors (HK) Limited(Participating Car Manufacturers: Volvo and Renault) Vang Iek Motors (Hong Kong) Limited (Participating Car Manufacturers: Mazda) Zung Fu Company Limited (Participating Car Manufacturers: Mercedes-Benz) 2. The Promotion is exclusively for private individual motorists who are permanent Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above. Employees of Shell, its contractors, agents, affiliates, advertising agencies, and their respective immediate family members are not eligible for the Promotion ( Eligible Participants ). 3. To be eligible for the Promotion, an Eligible Participant must nominate an individual ( Nominee ) to participate in the Shell Helix Driven to Extremes World Championship (the Championship ) if he/she wins the Grand Prize. An Eligible Participant can nominate himself/herself or a relative/friend. For details, please refer to Terms and Conditions of Grand Prize below. 4. An Eligible Participant is required to purchase a Helix Ultra Fully Synthetic Motor Oil Change Service (a Service ) at an Authorized Automobile Service Center to participate in the Promotion. Each purchase of a Service entitles an Eligible Participant to one (1) contest form, which is only available at the Authorized Automobile Service Centers. To participate, the Eligible Participate must fill in his/ her details (including full name as appeared in the HKID card, contact number and the first 4 digits of his/her HKID number) and submit the full name as appeared on the HKID card of one (1) nominee (consent of use is assumed to have been obtained) to enjoy the Grand

2 Prize and participate in the Championship (see below details of the Grand Prize) on the contest form. 5. Completed contest forms must be returned to the After-Sale Service Advisors at the Authorized Automobile Service Centers at which the purchase of the Service took place within the Promotion Period before 11:59pm of the last day of the Promotion Period (November ). Contest forms that are not fully completed will not be entitled for the lucky draw. 6. Contest forms are available at all the Franchised Workshops and are distributed to Eligible Participants by the Franchised Workshops. Photocopies are not acceptable. 7. Prizes for the Promotion are as follows: 7.1 Grand Prize (Quota: 2 winners) Each Grand Prize entitles 1 individual to participate in the Championship that is to take place in Cape Town of South Africa, with the full package of approximate value of HK$40,000*. Date: 27 November 1 December 2013 Location: Cape Town of South Africa Each Grand Prize winner can participate in the Championship himself/herself or nominate a relative/friend. The full package includes: Compete in the Championship with off-road driving experts for sand dune driving, mountain track driving and off-road obstacle courses Round-trip economy class flight tickets from HK to Cape Town Accommodation at five-star hotel on the V&A Waterfront, Dining in prestigious restaurants Gala dinner & prize giving at Spier wine estate Shell Helix Driven to Extremes gift pack Free time for shopping and sightseeing in Cape Town Other Terms and Conditions apply. Please see details under Terms and Conditions of the Grand Prize below. * Value based on aggregation of the costs of the major items included in the package. 7.2 Second Prize (Quota: 2 winners) Gigasports Cash Coupons with value of HK$5,000

3 7.3 Third Prizes (Quota: 2 winners) Gigasports Cash Coupons with value ofhk$2, Shell will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of contest forms or delays in processing contest forms due to technical or other problems not under Shell s reasonable control. 9. There is no limit on the number of contest forms submitted by an Eligible Participant during the Promotion Period but each Eligible Participant is entitled to win and receive only one (1) Prize for the entire Promotion. If a winning Eligible Participant has been drawn for more than 1 Prize, he/ she will only receive the Prize drawn with the highest monetary value. 10. The draw to select the Prizes recipients ( Winners ) will be conducted by Shell based on a pre-determined system and will be held on 6 November All Winners will be notified via telephone call from representatives of Shell. Calls may be recorded for audit purpose. 12. The full list of the Winners will also be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 8 November Upon confirmation of the second and third Prizes Winners, he/ she will be responsible to collect the prize from the Authorized Automobile Service Centers at which he/she submitted the contest forms on or before 30 November 2013 in accordance with the terms and conditions printed on the contest form, failing which the prize will be forfeited (Unclaimed Prize). Collection of the Grand Prize is set forth under Terms and Conditions of Grand Prize. If a Winner fails to accept his/her prize for any reason, he/she cannot receive the prize of the next highest monetary value or other prizes. 14. Additional 50 Eligible Participants will be drawn to redeem any Unclaimed Prizes. Shell shall have the discretion to draw winners for any Unclaimed Prizes. 15. A Winner must present his/her identity supporting documentation as reasonably requested by Shell. 16. All the prizes under this Promotion cannot be transferred to other parties, redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items with Shell or the Authorized Automobile Service Centers, or be exchanged for other prizes of the Promotion (even of lesser value). If Winners do not accept their drawn prizes, or cannot make use or enjoy the prizes under the Promotion for any reason, Shell shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered in relation thereto. 17. All personal information collected under the Promotion will only be used for the purposes of the Promotion and will be handled and disposed of in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (chapter 486). Provision of personal information is voluntary. However,

4 collection and use of certain personal information by Shell is necessary for the Promotion. All other terms and conditions relating to the collection and use of personal information can be found at Privacy Policy. 18. Shell reserves the right to the final decision in case of disputes. 20. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms and Conditions for the Grand Prize - Full Package to compete in the Shell Helix Driven to Extremes World Championship: 1. This Package covers: Round-trip economy-class flight tickets from HK to Cape Town, accommodation at a Five star hotel on the V&A Waterfront and attendance of Gala Dinners at prestigious restaurants for 1 individual. Only indirect flights are available for this destination. Any surcharge incurred for change of flight time and dates must be borne by the Winner/Nominee provided that the Winners/Nominees must be in Cape Town from 27 November 1 December 2013 and hotel accommodation is only provided during such period. 2. A winner may participate in the Championship himself/herself or nominate a friend/relative to participate in the Championship (the Nominee ). If a Winner nominates a Nominee, all entitlements of the Grand Prize, including round-trip tickets, hotel accommodation, dinner entitlements, will be provided to the Nominee and the Winner will not have any further claim on the Prize. 3. The Winner or the Nominee must have a valid international driver s license to claim the Prize. 4. The Winner or the Nominee is required to compete in the series of driving challenges during the 5D4N trip in Cape Town, South Africa. 5. Identity of a Nominee shall be confirmed before submitting the contest form and should not be changed thereafter. For requests of changing the Nominees, notification must be made before 7 November 2013 for consideration. 6. The Winner or (if by nomination) the Nominee will need to confirm his/her acceptance of the prize and the participation in the Shell Helix Driven to Extremes World

5 Championship by 7 November 2013 and attend a briefing session held before 11 November 2013, failing which the prize will also be forfeited. 7. Additional rules, terms and conditions apply in the Championship and will be provided during the briefing session mentioned in Clause 6. Participation in the Championship involves risks. Participants in the Championship will be required to review terms and conditions of the Championship, satisfy himself/herself of such terms and conditions, and sign documentation signifying such acceptance at the time of participation. 8. Winners / Nominees are solely responsible for obtaining at their own costs all requisite passports, visas, vaccinations, other travel documentation and travel insurance for all applicable risks. 9. Hotel and the type of room are chosen by Shell. The Prize covers basic room rate and applicable taxes. Other charges incurred during the stay will be settled by the Winner/Nominee. Winner/Nominee understands and accepts that the hotel may require cash or credit card authorization in accordance with hotel procedures as personal consumption prepaid deposit and agrees to comply. 10. Shell will arrange certain dinners for the enjoyment of the Winner/Nominee at locations as determined by Shell. Not all meals are included in the package. 11. Any costs and expenses incurred in addition to the travel prize package elements specifically listed in these terms and conditions are at the expense of Winners or their Nominees. 12. If Winners/Nominees fail to depart or enjoy the Prize due to a visa issue or any personal or other reasons, or uncontrollable events prevent the Winners or Nominees to enjoy the Prize (e.g. increment weather or travel issues) the Prize will be forfeited and Shell will not be liable to the Winners or Nominees for any loss, damages, costs and expenses incurred and the Winners or Nominees are not entitled to any payment or compensation from Shell. Terms and Conditions for using the Gigasports Coupons: 1. This voucher entitles the holder to purchase any merchandise up to the face value, whether discounted or otherwise on sale, at any GigaSports shops before the expiry date printed on the front page. 2. This voucher can only be used once and the balance of any unused value will not be refunded. 3. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with all VIP cards, discount offers and other promotional offers.

6 4. This voucher is not replaceable if lost. 5. This voucher is valid only if endorsed with the company chop and the authorized signature. 6. Damaged or defaced vouchers or copies of vouchers will not be accepted. 7. This voucher is applicable in GigaSports Hong Kong outlets only. 8. Should there be any dispute, the company s decision shall be final.
