3 I.T Year Round Benefits General Terms and Conditions 1. The Promotion consists of the following offers (collectively, the Offers ) for physical shop of I.T and i.t and their designated affiliated shops ( I.T Stores ): Offer 1 12% savings on regular-priced items Offer 2 15% savings on regular-priced items if American Express I.T Cashback Cardmember is also a member of the respective store s VIP Program Offer 3 Extra 5% savings on top of other discounted items 2. Offers are valid from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018, both dates inclusive ( Promotion Period ). 3. To enjoy the Offers, Basic or Supplementary Cardmembers must settle the payment with American Express I.T Cashback Card issued by American Express in Hong Kong during the Promotion Period. To enjoy Offer 2, Cardmembers must be a valid member of the respective store s VIP Program. 4. Offers are available at designated I.T Stores which include I.T and i.t Multi-Brand Stores, I.T House Brand Stores and I.T and i.t Mono-Brand Stores, except Acne Studios Free Standing Stores and the brands of BAPE, BAPE KIDS and :CHOCOOLATE. 5. Offers are not applicable to fixed price (price controlled) and consignment items at any I.T Stores. 6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers, any VIP Program discount and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products. 7. i.t apparels Limited ( I.T ) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 8. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services 9. American Express and I.T reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 10. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and I.T shall be final. 11. 4 Birthday Privileges General Terms and Conditions Offer Tier 1 - I.T shops and I.T Mono-brand stores: 15% savings on regular priced items (For brands that are traded by I.T shop) - i.t shops and i.t Mono-brand stores: 15% savings on regular priced items (For brands that are traded by i.t shop) - I.T House Brand: 20% savings on regular priced items Offer Tier 2 - I.T shops and I.T Mono-brand stores: 25% savings on regular priced items upon net spending of HK$3,500 or above (For brands that are traded by I.T shop) - i.t shops and i.t Mono-brand stores: 25% savings on regular priced items upon net spending of HK$2,000 or above (For brands that are traded by i.t shop) - I.T House Brand: 25% savings on regular priced items upon net spending of HK$700 or above (Offer Tier 1 and Offer Tier 2 collectively, the Birthday Offers ) Terms and Conditions: 1. Birthday Offers are valid within the period of Cardmember's birthday month and the following month in the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018 ("Promotion Period"). 2. Birthday Offers are available to American Express I.T Cashback Basic Cardmembers during the month of their birthday and the following month. 3. Offer Tier 1 is available to all American Express I.T Cashback Basic Cardmembers. 4. Offer Tier 2 is available to American Express I.T Cashback Basic Cardmembers upon reaching the net spend threshold and cannot be used in conjunction with Offer Tier Birthday Offers are applicable to regular-priced items only and excludes fixed price items and discounted items. 6. Birthday Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, coupon, or VIP discount or privilege, including American Express I.T Cashback Card discount. 7. To enjoy the Birthday Offers, Cardmember must use the American Express I.T Cashback Card to settle the transaction. 8. Cardmember is required to present the original birthday coupon received from American Express, his/her American Express I.T Cashback Card and HKID card for identity checking prior to enjoying the Birthday Offers. 5 9. Cardmember may only utilize either of the Birthday Offers once during the Promotion Period. 10. Merchandise purchased with this offer cannot be exchanged or refunded. 11. Net transaction amount will be rounded up to the nearest dollar. 12. i.t Apparels Limited ( I.T ) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Birthday Offers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. 13. American Express is not the provider of any of the products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Birthday Offers and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services. 14. American Express and I.T reserve the right to change any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 15. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and I.T shall be final 16. 7 Bonus Cashback at I.T Terms and Conditions 1. 2% Cashback at I.T is inclusive of the 1.2% Cashback under the Cashback program associated with American Express I.T Cashback Card and the bonus 0.8% Cashback earned under this Offer. 2. Bonus 0.8% Cashback Offer ( Offer ) is applicable to spending at the physical shop of I.T in Hong Kong ( Participating Merchant Outlets ) within the period from January 1 to December 31, 2018, both dates inclusive ( the Promotional Period ). 3. Locations of the Participating Merchant Outlets can be found at merchant s website. For details, please refer to 4. Offer is ONLY applicable to Cardmembers of the American Express I.T Cashback Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ( American Express ) in Hong Kong. 5. For every HK$1 spend with American Express I.T Cashback Card at Participating Merchant Outlets during the Promotional Period ( Eligible Transaction ), Cardmember will earn bonus 0.8% Cashback. 6. Bonus 0.8% Cashback Offer can be earned on the first HK$150,000 cumulative spending from Eligible Transactions under each Cardmember account during the Promotional Period, which is equivalent to a maximum bonus Cashback amount of up to HK$1,200 throughout the Promotional Period. Once the bonus Cashback amount threshold is reached, Cardmember will not earn the bonus 0.8% Cashback on any further spending. For the avoidance of doubt, the accumulation of spending for the bonus 0.8% Cashback Offer per Card account shall also include the spending of all American Express I.T Cashback Supplementary Cards issued under that Card account. 7. Spending on gift vouchers is not applicable to the Offer. American Express reserves the right to claw back the bonus Cashback offered to spending on gift vouchers from concerned Basic Cardmember s account. 8. Eligible Transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or unposted will be disqualified, and the earned bonus 0.8% Cashback will be withdrawn from Basic Cardmember s account. 9. All receipts/sales slips of Eligible Transactions should be shown for supporting when necessary. 10. Bonus 0.8% Cashback earned from this Offer will be credited to Basic Cardmember s account within 8 weeks after the transaction post date ( Offer Crediting Period ). Only Cardmembers whose American Express I.T Cashback Card accounts are valid and in good standing throughout the Promotional Period and Offer Crediting Period will be eligible for bonus Cashback through this Offer. Otherwise American Express reserves the right not to offer any bonus Cashback to such Cardmembers without any prior notice. 11. Cashback terms and conditions apply. Page 7 of 8

8 12. Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified. 13. Participating merchants and designated brands are subject to change without prior notice. 14. i.t apparels Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products and/or services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 16. American Express and i.t apparels Limited reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice. 17. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express and i.t apparels Limited shall be final. 18.
