Step 1: Open up a PPS Account It is a MUST to open a PPS Account to enjoy their services, here are the methods: Find a PPS terminal at the nearest bank, Circle K convenience store, PCCW shops or Aeon services counter in all JUSCO department stores. Then setup the password for both phone & internet PPS with your registered mobile phone number to receive the confirmation password by SMS. Here are the PPS Registration Terminals: * You can register credit card with ATM function, but the debit account has to be a saving or cheque account. Step 2: Register an account You are required to dial (Press 1 ) or logon to ppshk.com for registration (Account opening and registration must be completed before use). Then look for Wing Fung Securities Limited at Merchant Code: 6191

2 In the registration process, please insert the relevant securities trading account number first 6 digits. Please double the account number before proceed. To verify your identity, PPS has introduced Two-factor Authentication, they will send a One-time Password via SMS to your mobile phone when you register.

3 Your mobile phone will receive a One-time Password SMS Then insert the One-time Password.

4 Step 3: Fund deposit Please login to PPS Account, then select Merchant Code: 6191, and press Confirm to proceed.

5 Select Account Type according to the below references: (1) 368 Cash Securities Trading Account (E.g.: C) (2) T2 Cash Securities Trading Account (E.g.: L/ S) (3) Securities Margin Trading Account (E.g.: M)

6 Insert Payment Amount# and Payment Date, press Continue to proceed. There will be a summary of the inserted information for confirmation, then press Confirm to complete the payment procedure. # The daily maximum transfer limit by PPS should not exceed HK$100,000 (Actual amount will be vary from bank to bank).

7 You can Save or Print the deposit records. Note: - If there is any issue when logging in the PPS Account login or making fund deposit, please refer to the following official PPS website: - Refund procedure will take approximately two weeks due to involving PPS & our company procedures which might take some time. - Effective Hours For fund deposited to Wing Fung Securities trading account via PPS from Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays) between 9am and 5pm, it will be settled on the same business day. However, for fund deposit made at 5pm or later, it will be settled on the next business day. If you would like to make priority deposit, please complete the fund deposit procedures via PPS from Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays) between 9am to 5pm. Then contact our Settlement Department at (852) or China Toll Free no. at or to settlement@wfgold.com to confirm your deposit.

8 Note: If there is any issue when logging in the PPS Account login or making fund deposit, please refer to the following official PPS website: Refund procedure will take approximately two weeks due to involving PPS & our company procedures which might take some time. Effective Hours For fund deposited to Wing Fung Securities trading account via PPS from Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays) between 09:00 and 15:00, it will be settled on the same business day. However, for fund deposit made at 15:00 or later, it will be settled on the next business day. If you would like to make priority deposit, please complete the fund deposit procedures via PPS from Monday to Friday (Excluding public holidays) between 09:00 to 15:00.
