The spending period of Imperial Bird s Nest Goodie Bag Promotion ( the Program ) is divided into 2 phases: the spending period of phase 1 is from 1 May 2018 to 31 May 2018 (both days inclusive) (based on the transaction date) ( Spending Period of Phase 1 ); the spending period of phase 2 is from 1 June 2018 to 30 June 2018 (both days inclusive) (based on the transaction date) ( Spending Period of Phase 2 ); the redemption period of the Program is divided into 2 phases: the redemption period of phase 1 is from 1 May 2018 to 31 May 2018 (both days inclusive) ( Redemption Period of Phase 1 ), the redemption period of phase 2 is from 1 June 2018 to 30 June 2018 (both days inclusive) ( Redemption Period of Phase 2 ) 2. Redemption of Imperial Bird s Nest Goodie Bag : Cardholders (principal card and supplementary card will be separately counted by credit card numbers) who accumulate Eligible Spending of HK$2,000 or above with an Eligible Credit Card during the spending period of each phase can

3 redeem a Imperial Bird s Nest Goodie Bag ( Goodie Bag ) in person at HK$30 at Imperial Bird s Nest s (the Merchant ) designated outlets in Hong Kong during the redemption period of the relevant phase with the same Eligible Credit Card (the suggested retail price of Goodie Bag in Phase 1 and Phase 2 is HK$125 each). The credit card number stated on the sales slip must be the same as the number of the credit card presented by Cardholders and Cardholders must use that credit card to settle the redemption fee of HK$ Redemption Fee HK$30 is not included the charge of plastic bag, cardholder would need to pay the extra HK$0.5 as charge of plastic bag, total HK$30.5. If cardholder selected not decides to purchase with the packing bag, the charge of plastic bag HK$0.5 will be exempted. 5. "Eligible Spending" includes: (1) local retail transaction, (2) foreign retail transaction (non HK$), (3) online retail transaction and (4) transactions made by post/fax/phone conducted with Eligible Credit Cards during the spending period of each phase, but excludes local/overseas cash advance, reloading of Octopus add value service, electronic wallet transactions including but not limited to WeChat Pay, PayMe and Alipay, monthly payment for instalment plans, monthly instalment to merchants, MPF/SVC contribution, balance transfer amount, all online bill payment via webpage of the Bank, purchase of casino chips, tax payment, purchase of traveller's cheques, payment of all credit card charges (e.g. annual fees, finance charges, etc.), insurance premium, handling fees for other promotion offers and the transactions in Mainland China by using CUP Dual Currency Credit Card, including transactions of Mainland property, vehicle, aircraft ticket, fuel, wholesale, supermarket spending, hospital fee, academic fee and any credit card transactions designated by the Bank from time to time. Any fraud and abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled, refunded or unposted transactions are not applicable for the Program. Regarding Eligible Spending made by CUP Dual Currency Credit Card in the Mainland, every RMB 1 spending will be counted as HK$1 spending. 6. Cardholders who cannot present the Eligible Credit Card and settle the redemption fee of HK$30 with the Eligible Credit Card (irrespective of the reason) are not eligible for the Goodie Bag redemption. 7. Accumulated spending amount is counted on individual card basis (by credit card number). Spending amount settled by different principal and

4 supplementary cards held by the Cardholders will be individually counted and cannot be combined. 8. Cardholders must redeem the Goodie Bag at the Merchant s outlets in Hong Kong in person. Cardholders cannot authorize a third party to redeem the Goodie Bag on their behalf. 9. During the redemption period of each phase, each credit card (principal card and supplementary card will be individually counted by credit card numbers) is eligible for redeeming at maximum one Goodie Bag. 10. If Cardholders fail to accumulate Eligible Spending of HK$2,000 or above after redemption, or each credit card (principal card and supplementary card will be individually counted by credit card numbers) redeems more than one Goodie Bag in each phase, or Cardholders redeem a Goodie Bag while they are not eligible to do so, or Cardholders make duplicate redemption or commit any fraud and abuse, false trading and other unauthorized, cancelled, refunded or unposted transactions, the Bank has the right to debit the price difference of each additional Goodie Bag from the principal or supplementary card account on or before Aug 2018 or prior to the cancellation of the credit card. The price difference of each Goodie Bag for phase 1 and phase 2 is HK$95 respectively, the Bank will debit the relevant amount directly from the credit card account without notice. The HK$30 redemption fee will not be refunded. The number of Goodie Bags available for redemption is limited to 3,500 for each phase and redemption is on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts and subject to the supply in the Merchant s designated outlets on the redemption day. If the Goodie Bag is out of stock, the Bank and the Merchant reserve the rights to offer an alternative goodie bag as replacement without further notice. 11. All Goodie Bags redeemed at HK$30 cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, cancelled or exchanged for other gift/goodie bag. Offer 2: Selected Price Discount Products 1. The Promotion Period is from now till 30 June 2018, both days inclusive (Promotion Period). 2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, exchange as cash or any other product. 3. Selected Price Discount Products are on a first-come-first-served basis while stock lasts and subject to the supply in the Merchant s outlets on the

5 redemption day. General Terms and Conditions: 1. All offers cannot be exchanged for cash, other products or discounts and are not transferrable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other privileges. 2. The Bank and the Merchant reserve the rights to amend any terms and conditions, change or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice. The Bank has no liability for any changes or termination of the offers. 3. Cardholders understand and accept that all photos, details, availability and descriptions of all products/services are provided by the Merchant and are for reference only. The Bank has no responsibility whatsoever. All liabilities in relation to such products and/or services (including but not limited to the quality and supply) are solely borne by the Merchant. 4.
