1 Offer Terms 1. Investment Services Transaction Amount Rewards a. The promotion period is from 8 January 2018 to 28 February 2018 (both dates inclusive) ( Promotion Period ). b. To be eligible for the Investment Services Transaction Rewards, customers are required to newly taken up or upgrade to Wealth Management or Enrich Banking ( Integrated Account Service ) (applicable to sole-name account only) and fulfill the following requirements during the Promotion Period ( Eligible Customers ). c. Have not taken up or cancelled Wealth Management / Enrich Banking in sole-name in Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited ( BOCHK ) in the past 6 months prior to 8 January 2018; and d. Maintain a valid Questionnaire on Investment Preference on 28 February 2018, and e. Eligible Customers have to newly take up or upgrade to Integrated Account Service between January 8 and 28 February 2018, and achieve the designated accumulated transaction amount of designated investment services from the date in which Eligible Customers newly take up or upgrade to Integrated Account Service to 7 March 2018 (both dates inclusive) ( Transaction Period ). Eligible Customers will be entitled to the Investment Services Transaction Rewards in accordance with the corresponding Integrated Account Service on 28 February The details of Investment Services Transaction Rewards are as below: Integrated Account Accumulated transaction amount of BOC Credit Card Free Service designated investment services Spending Credit Wealth Management HK$8,000,000 or above HK$6,688 HK$5,000,000 to below HK$2,888 HK$8,000,000 HK$3,000,000 to below HK$1,388 HK$5,000,000 HK$1,000,000 to below HK$688 HK$3,000,000 Enrich Banking HK$500,000 or above HK$388 f. Accumulated transaction amount of designated investment services refers to the transaction amounts of Fund, Securities, Equity Linked Structured Products, Foreign Currency Exchange and Bonds made during the Transaction Period. The transactions of designated Investment Products include: i. Fund Transaction, which refers to subscribing funds in a lump sum amount during the Transaction Period. The funds switching and subscription of money market funds does not fall within the definition of the Fund Transaction. The offer is not applicable to fund transaction with subscription fee below 1%. ii. Securities Trading, which includes buying or selling transaction of securities listed on the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited and settled in HKD or RMB (excluding Monthly Stocks Savings Plan and IPO subscription) or securities listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange or Shenzhen Stock Exchange via any channel through any BOCHK securities account (including Securities Margin Account and Family Securities Account) during the designated Transaction Period. The transaction amount settled in RMB will be converted into HKD at the exchange rate determined by BOCHK. The transaction amount does not include brokerage fee and any other transaction fee. iii. Equity Linked Structured Products transaction, which refers to the subscription transaction of Equity Linked Structured Products (which is successfully issued) during the Transaction Period. iv. Bond transaction, which refers to buying or selling of bonds transactions during the Transaction Period. v. Foreign Currency Exchanges transaction, which refers to all buy or sell transactions made through "Multi-Currency Savings Account" during the Transaction Period. g. Accumulated transaction of designated investment services are calculated on transaction date (for the Equity Linked Structured Products, they are calculated on application date). The transaction date, application date and transaction amount are all subject to the record of BOCHK. h. Each Eligible Customer can enjoy the Investment Service Transaction Amount Rewards once only. If an Eligible Wealth Management / Enrich Banking customer takes up more than one Wealth Management / Enrich Banking Account within the Promotion Period, he/she still only enjoy the Investment Services Transaction Amount Rewards once.

2 2. Wealth Management Year of the Dog Celebration lucky draw a. Customers who newly taken up or upgrade to Wealth Management (applicable to sole-name account only) and the accumulated transaction amount of designated investment services meets HKD 1,000,000 or above during the transaction period as well as to maintain a valid Questionnaire on Investment Preference ( Eligible Wealth Management Customers ) will automatically be entitled to one entry to the Lucky Draw to win one piece of BOCHK Zodiac Gold Plate (50g) (around HK$18,000 in value)( Gold Plate ) (3 Quotas). Each Eligible Wealth Management Customer can enjoy a maximum of 1 entry to the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period. If Eligible Wealth Management Customers open more than one Wealth Management Account within the Promotion Period, he / she can only be entitled to one Lucky Draw chance. b. The lucky draw result will be announced on on 29 March, The winners will be informed by mail regarding the gold plate redemption details. 3. Redemption arrangement for Investment Services Transaction Rewards and Wealth Management Year of the Dog Celebration lucky draw a. BOCHK will send the Gold Plate redemption letter by mail to Eligible Wealth Management Customers in accordance with the correspondence address record of BOCHK on or before 29 March 2018 for redemption arrangement of the Gold Plate / Gift. BOCHK will not take any responsibility and will not re-issue or replace the Gold Plate / Gift redemption letter if it is lost, damaged, smeared or stolen under any circumstances (including postage). b. Eligible Wealth Management Customers are required to maintain the Wealth Management with Total Relationship Balance of HK$1,000,000 or above at the time of issuing a Gold Plate redemption letter and Gold Plate redemption. Otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be compensated with any reward. c. Free Spending Credit will be credited to the BOC Credit Card Account held by Eligible Customers on or before 29 March 2018, the relevant BOC Credit Card Account must be valid at the time when the Free Spending Credit is being credited to it. If Eligible Customers do not hold a valid BOC credit cards when the BOC Credit Card (International) Limited ( the Card Company ) credits the Free Spending Credit, BOCHK will credit the equivalent amount in a form of cash rebate to non dormant HKD saving or current account without prior notice. d. Eligible Customers are required to maintain the Wealth Management with Total Relationship Balance of HK$1,000,000 or above, or the Enrich Banking with Total Relationship Balance of HK$200,000 or above at the time of BOCHK crediting of Free Spending Credit, otherwise, the reward will be forfeited and will not be compensated with any reward. e. Eligible Customers / Eligible Wealth Management Customers are required to ensure their correspondence address is correct. If the personal information, correspondence address and / or contact number of Eligible Customers / Eligible Wealth Management Customers is changed, please update by visiting any branches of BOCHK or through Internet Banking (two-factor authentication required). 4. BOC Credit Card Free Spending Credit a. Free Spending Credit is meant exclusively for retail purchase and cannot be used for cash advance, settlement of financial charge or any previous outstanding balance accrued before the Free Spending Credit is credited. Free Spending Credit cannot be converted into cash or exchanged for other gifts and is also not refundable and transferrable. b. If Eligible Customers hold more than one eligible BOC Credit Card, the Free Spending Credit will be credited to the highest tier eligible BOC Credit Card Account (the credit card tier in descending order is Visa Infinite Card, Dual Currency Diamond Card, World Master Card, Visa Signature Card, Platinum Card, Titanium Card, Gold Card and Classic Card). c. The status of the credit card accounts held by the Eligible Customers should be normal, valid and in good standing, and such accounts should not have overdue/bad records, nor have they been cancelled/terminated for any reason, and the Eligible Customers should not have breached the Card User Agreement when the Free Spending Credit is credited by the Card Company. If the Eligible Customers cannot fulfill the above requirements, BOCHK and the Card Company reserve the right to forfeit the relevant offer without prior notice.

3 5. Securities/ Payroll Service/ Credit Cards/ Fund/ Foreign Currency Exchange/ Time Deposit/ Insurance a. For the details of the offers, please refer to the terms in the relevant promotion materials or contact the branch staff of BOCHK. 6. Monthly Service Fee of Wealth Management / Enrich Banking a. Wealth Management / Enrich Banking customers who maintain the following designated amount of Total Relationship Balance can enjoy the relevant monthly service fee waiver. Integrated Account Service Total Relationship Balance Monthly Service Fee Waiver Wealth Management HK$1,000,000 or above HK$280 Enrich Banking HK$200,000 or above HK$120 b. The monthly service fee will be debited from the customers Integrated Account Services settlement accounts. If the Monthly Service Fee cannot be successfully debited from the aforementioned settlement accounts, BOCHK reserves the right to terminate customers Integrated Account Services at its sole discretion. The relevant monthly service fee is subject to the announcement by BOCHK from time to time. Customers can enjoy all the offers listed above simultaneously. However, these offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers that are not listed in this promotion material. b. The above Gift or Reward cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for other gift/coupons or redeemed for cash. c. BOCHK reserves the right to offer any other gift as a replacement in case of shortage, and the value and nature of the gift/coupon may be different from those of the gift/coupon originally offered. d. BOCHK is not the supplier of the above Gift. Any enquiry or complaint in respect of the gift should be directed to the relevant supplier. RMB Conversion Limitation Risk RMB investments are subject to exchange rate fluctuations which may provide both opportunities and risks. The fluctuation in the exchange rate of RMB may result in losses in the event that the customer converts RMB into HKD or other foreign currencies. RMB is currently not fully freely convertible. Individual customers can be offered CNH rate to conduct conversion of RMB through bank accounts and may occasionally not be able to do so fully or immediately, for which it is subject to the RMB position of the banks and their commercial decisions at that moment. Customers should consider and understand the possible impact on their liquidity of RMB funds in advance.
