1 Terms and Conditions of "Online Transaction Lucky Draw":. The promotion period of "Online Transaction Lucky Draw" ("Lucky Draw") starts from 6 November 207 to 3 December 207 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). 2. This promotion is not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its subsidiary companies. 3. Eligible Account ("Eligible Account") includes deposit account, fixed deposit account, credit card, debit card, cash card or private label card account with valid status at Dah Sing Bank Limited ("the Bank"). Supplementary credit card account of the Bank or the Phone Banking account registered by the supplementary card numbers as Phone Banking User ID are excluded. 4. Eligible Customer refers to any customer who is a Hong Kong resident aged 8 or above and possesses the above-mentioned Eligible Accounts ("Eligible Customer"). 5. Eligible Customer who successfully fills out and submit the online Sign-Up Form of this Promotion through the Bank's website or Dah Sing Bank Mobile Application, and perform the designated transaction via Dah Sing e-banking Service ("e-banking") or Dah Sing Mobile Banking Service ("Mobile Banking") (as defined in clause 6 of this Terms and Conditions) during the Promotion Period will be entitled to Lucky Draw. Eligible Customer must provide a valid address for winner notification (details refer to clause of this Terms and Conditions). 6. Eligible Customer who successfully conducted the designated transaction via e-banking or Mobile Banking will be entitled to Lucky Draw chance per each designated transaction. 7. Designated Transactions are specified as below: Category of Designated Transactions a. Register Dah Sing e-banking b. Download and first-time logon to Dah Sing Mobile Banking c. Transfer funds Requirement(s) for each Designated Transaction during the Promotion Period ( Eligible Transaction ) Successfully first-time log into e-banking who did not log into e-banking before the start date of the Promotion Period Successfully first-time log into Mobile Banking who did not log into Mobile Banking before the start date of the Promotion Period Transfer successfully to: i. Dah Sing Bank account(s) OR ii. Non-Dah Sing Bank account(s) Repeatedly transferring to the same Bank account will be counted as Lucky Draw change Lucky Draw chance(s) per completed Designated Transaction via Dah Sing e-banking via Dah Sing Mobile Banking - -

2 d. Pay bills Settle any bill over HK$00 successfully. e. Set up fixed deposit f. Buy / sell foreign currencies^ Place/Renew a fixed deposit successfully. Complete any foreign exchange transaction successfully. Each Registered Customer can get a maximum of THREE Lucky Draws from performing these transaction categories in each platform. g. Set up e-deposit (Requires preregistration) h. Subscribe e- statement i. Provide Address j. Activate the Small-value Transfer Service k. Download and register Dah Sing JETCO Pay Mobile App l. Bind Dah Sing Bank deposit account with WeChat Pay Hong Kong m. Apply for a designated Credit Card n. Apply and draw down designated Loans Place e-deposit successfully from non-dah Sing Bank account(s) to Dah Sing Bank Deposit account(s). Subscribe to e-statement Service and suppress Paper Statement successfully who did not subscribe to any e-statement Service before the start date of the Promotion Period. Provide address # who did not provide the address before the start date of the Promotion Period. First-time activate the Small-value Transfer Service who did not activate the Small-value Transfer Service before the start date of the Promotion Period. Successfully download Dah Sing Bank Mobile App and register Dah Sing JETCO Pay for the first time who did not register Dah Sing JETCO Pay before the start date of the Promotion Period. Successfully bind Dah Sing Bank deposit account with WeChat Pay Hong Kong for the first time who did not bind the Bank s deposit account with WeChat Pay Hong Kong before the start date of the Promotion Period. Successfully apply with approval of Dah Sing ONE+ Platinum Card, Dah Sing ONE+ Titanium Card, Dah Sing ANA Card HK Visa Platinum, Dah Sing MileagePlus Platinum Mastercard, Dah Sing British Airways Platinum Card or Dah Sing Autotoll Credit Card through the Bank's website or Dah Sing Bank Mobile Application. Successfully apply Express Money or Credit Mastermind instalment Loan and with loan drawdown on or before 3 January 208, through the Bank's website or Dah Sing Bank Mobile Application.

Apply and redraw from Loan Reborrowing Service Successfully apply Loan Re-borrowing Service and with loan drawdown on or before 3 January 208, through the Bank's website or Dah Sing Bank Mobile Application. 8. Each Eligible Customer can be entitled to a maximum of 40 Lucky Draw chances during the entire Promotion Period. Each Eligible Customer can win maximum Lucky Draw Prize under the Lucky Draw. 9. The transaction record of the designated transactions categories (g) & (i) as mentioned above will be based on the Bank s record of the transaction date or the posting date of the account; the other designated transaction categories will be based on the transaction date. Any non-posted, canceled or refunded transactions will not be counted. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision. 0. Lucky Draw Prizes ("Prizes") are as follows. Lucky Draw will be drawn by computer random selection and they will be held on 8 February 208. Winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified individually by 28 January 208. The notification letter will be sent to the corresponding valid address provided to the Bank which is also served for receiving the latest information and offers relating to the products, services and/or subjects set out in paragraph G of the Bank's Notice to Customers relating to Customers' Data made available by the Bank to customers from time to time. The Bank shall not be liable for any failure of delivery in any circumstances (including, but not limited to, customer failed to provide a valid address, invalid or inaccurate address provided by the customer) and will not issue the notification letter. 2. Eligible Customer is required to maintain a valid Eligible Account, e-banking account and/or Mobile Banking account, and valid address during the Lucky Draw Promotion Period and by the end of February 208. Otherwise, customer would not be entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw. 3. All Prizes/vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash or other products or any other discounts. 4. The Bank reserves the right to offer any alternative prizes/vouchers as replacement if the relevant Prizes or vouchers are not available or there is any issue arisen without prior notice. Quoted prices and types of those products may not be the same as the prize(s) or voucher(s) provided in this promotion.

4 5. The usage of the vouchers shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the corresponding vouchers. 6. The Bank is not the supplier of the Prizes. Any inquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant products or services should be directed to the relevant suppliers. The Bank will not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant products or services. Any disputes arising from the Prizes should be resolved between the customers and the relevant suppliers. 7. The reference retail prices in relation to the Prizes are for reference only. The Bank will not accept any liability for the differences between the reference retail prices and their actual market prices. 8. In case of dispute in relation to the Lucky Draw method, eligibility requirements, Prize details and any matters arising from this Lucky Draw, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. 9. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Lucky Draw by a customer (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the customer's eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw and/or cancellation of all or part of the customer's account(s) with the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value of the Prizes awarded to a customer inappropriately pursuant to any fraud and/or abuse directly from the customer's bank account(s) with the Bank without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts. 20. For detail terms and conditions in relations to Dah Sing e-banking and Mobile Banking, please refer to the "Master Terms and Conditions" of the Bank or contact Customer Service. 2. The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final. 22. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. Fund Transfer to other Local Banks by means of 'Transfer FREE' via Electronic Clearing is free; a handling fee will be imposed for fund Transfer to other Local Banks by means of 'Transfer Express' via CHATS. Please refer to the "e-banking Services" of the Bank Services Charges for details. Settling bills to general merchants is free by means of the "PayEasy" Bill Payment Services; a handling fee will be imposed for settling bills with a Dah Sing Credit Card / Debit Card to pre-registered merchants. Please refer to the "e-banking Services" of the Bank Services Charges for details. ^ Foreign Currency Trading Investment involves risks. Foreign currency investments are subject to exchange rate fluctuation which may provide both opportunities and risks. The fluctuation in the exchange rate of foreign currency may result in losses in the event that the customer converts the foreign currency into Hong Kong dollar or other foreign currencies. Foreign currency rates of exchange may adversely affect the value, price or income of any security or related investment mentioned in this document.
