Terms and Conditions for Bonus Savings Interest Rate Offer Savings interest rate of HKD Current Account is calculated based on the Savings Interest (Please refer to the Bank s website for details) of VIP i-account set by Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the Bank )and the Bonus Savings Interest Rate which is according to the designated services / products the customer is using or holding (if any). Total annual interest rate is unlimited. Designated Services / Products Category 1 Personal Finance Services (such as Tax Loan, Instalment Loan, etc.) Credit Card/ Debit Card (with designated transaction records) Mortgage Loan Category 2 Securities Services (with stocks holding) Investment Services (including Investment Funds, Currency Linked Premium Deposit, etc.) Life Insurance Services Bonus Savings Interest Rate (Up to 0.25%) Using/ holding any Category 1 services/products: %* Using/ holding any Category 2 services/products: %* * Customer will only be entitled to 0.125% bonus savings interest rate for each Category 1 and Category 2 services/ products even if he/ she is using/ holding more than one Category 1 or Category 2 services/ products. For details and the terms and conditions of Dah Sing VIP Banking Visa Infinite Card, please refer to the relevant promotion leaflet of Dah Sing VIP Banking Visa Infinite Card or contact your Relationship Manager. 3. For details of Dah Sing VIP Banking Visa Infinite Card Wealth Management Supreme Reward and the relevant terms and conditions, please refer to relevant promotion leaflet of Dah Sing VIP Banking Visa Infinite Card or contact your Relationship Manager. 4. Customer needs to maintain an average daily balance (please refer to Terms and Conditions 7 for the definition of average daily balance) of HK$500,000 or above in the portfolio for a month to enjoy the No-Bounced Cheque/ Autopay Protection in the following month. No-Bounced Cheque/ Autopay Protection overdraft interest will be charged at the rate of HKD Prime +6% p.a. 5. The 30-day Free Accidental Death Benefit is only applicable to brand new account holders of VIP i-account. The coverage is valid for a term of 30 days from the opening date of VIP i-account. This coverage is provided in accordance with the Master Policy underwritten by Tahoe Life Insurance Company Limited (Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) ( Tahoe Life ). The Bank is an insurance agent authorized by Tahoe Life. Please browse through or contact Tahoe Life for details and relevant terms of the insurance coverage. 6. The office hour of Dah Sing VIP Banking Hotline is 9:00am - 10:00pm, on Mondays to Fridays, 9:00am - 5:30pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays and Public Holidays. 7. The minimum average balance requirement of Dah Sing VIP Banking is HK$500,000 or above (or equivalent). If the average daily balance falls below HK$500,000 in any month, a monthly maintenance fee of HK$200 or equivalent will be charged. For details, please refer to the booklet of Bank Service Charges of the Bank. The average daily balance includes the deposit balance of deposit accounts, latest market value of investment accounts and cash value of life insurance accounts held with the Bank. The name of the account holder must be identical to the VIP i- Account holder.

2 The Bank/ Tahoe Life reserves the right to terminate and amend the offers, rate, fees and charges and the relevant terms and conditions without prior notice. If there are any disputes, the decision of the Bank/ Tahoe Life shall be final and conclusive. Terms & Conditions for VIP Banking Promotional Offers: A. General Terms and Conditions 1. The Promotion Period is from 2 January to 30 June 2018, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period") and is divided into 2 Promotion Phases as stated in table below. Promotion Phase Promotion Period during which customer join VIP Banking 1 2 January 2018 to 31 March April 2018 to 30 June Eligible New Customers refers to customers who join VIP Banking either in sole name or joint name as a primary account holder with Total Balance HK$500,000 or above (or equivalent) (includes the deposit balance of deposit accounts, latest market value of investment accounts and cash value of life insurance accounts held with the Bank) during the Promotion Period. Eligible New Customers must not maintain or cancel VIP Banking or Hello Kitty VIP Banking (either in sole name or joint name) from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017 (applicable to Promotion Phase 1) or from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 (applicable to Promotion Phase 2). For joint name account holder, the Eligible New Customers must be the primary account holders of VIP i- Account. Primary account holder refers to the applicant mentioned in VIP Banking application form or new account(s) / service(s) application form of Dah Sing Bank, Limited (the Bank ) signed by the customer. 3. The minimum average balance requirement of Dah Sing VIP Banking is HK$500,000 or above (or equivalent). If the average daily balance falls below HK$500,000 in any month, a monthly maintenance fee of HK$200 or equivalent will be charged. For details, please refer to the booklet of "Bank Service Charges" of the Bank. The average daily balance includes the deposit balance of deposit accounts, latest market value of investment accounts and cash value of life insurance accounts held with the Bank. The name of the account holder must be identical to the VIP i-account holder. 4. If the Eligible New Customer terminates his/ her VIP Banking, or cancels his/ her VIP i-account during the Promotion Period or on or before the date when all rewards are credited into his/ her VIP i-account, or if he/ she does not fulfil the relevant requirements mentioned in Section B, C, D, E, F, G and H as stated, the entitlement to all the relevant rewards of the Eligible New Customer will be forfeited. 5. Each Eligible New Customer, irrespective of the numbers of VIP Banking i-account he/she opened in single or joint name with the Bank during the Promotion Period, can enjoy the each Reward once only. 6. The Bank will determine the customer's eligibility for the entitlements of all rewards based on the customer's transaction records held with the Bank. 7. All the offers and rewards are not for sale/resale, and they are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, other products, services or discounts offers. Unless specially specified, customers can simultaneously enjoy all promotional offers under these terms and conditions, but all promotion offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers of relevant services provided by the Bank. If customers are entitled to the offer in conjunction with other promotional offer(s), the Bank reserves the right to grant the customers one of or part of the entitled offers only. 8. All the offers and rewards are not applicable to Hello Kitty VIP Banking.

3 9. All the offers and rewards are not applicable to the staff of Dah Sing Financial Group and its affiliates. 10. The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend and/or discontinue all the promotion offers and to amend the relevant terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If there are any disputes, the decision of the Bank on all matters shall be final and conclusive. 11. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. B. VIP Banking Instant Reward ( Instant Reward ) 1. Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking within the Promotion Period with Total Balance of HK$500,000 or above (or equivalent), and complete the new Financial Planning Analysis will be entitled to HK$100 shopping coupon ( Instant Reward ). Each Eligible New Customer can enjoy the Instant Reward once only during the Promotion Period. 2. Eligible New Customers must have an average Total Balance of HK$500,000 or above (or equivalent) for 6 consecutive months since the month of joining VIP Banking and maintain valid VIP Banking. For customers who have received the Instant Reward but fail to meet the requirement, the Bank reserves the right to debit an administration fee of HK$100 from customer s VIP i-account without any prior notice. C. VIP Banking Welcome Reward ("Welcome Reward") 1. Eligible New Customers will be entitled to the Welcome Reward if their average Total Balance of 6 consecutive months since the month of joining VIP Banking reach the following specified amount. The cash reward will be credited into Eligible New Customer s VIP i-account on or before 31 October 2018 (applicable to Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking in Promotion Phase 1) and 31 January 2019 (applicable to Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking in Promotion Phase 2) respectively. Eligible New Customers must maintain valid VIP Banking Service and a VIP i- Account when the Welcome Reward is credited. 3. If Eligible New Customer fails to meet the above requirements, the Bank reserves the right to forfeited or withdraw the reward without any prior notice.

Each Eligible New Customer, irrespective of the numbers of VIP i-account he/she opened in sole name or joint name with the Bank during the Promotion Period, can receive the Welcome Reward once only. D. Designated Banking Services Reward ( Designated Banking Services Reward ) 1. To be entitled to HK$200 Designated Banking Services Reward, Eligible New Customers are required to take up / hold Designated Banking Services within the Promotion Phase which they join VIP Banking and their average Total Balance of 6 consecutive months since the month of joining VIP Banking must reach HK$1,000,000 or above. Please refer to the table below for details. The Designated Banking Services Reward will be given in form of cash reward. The cash reward will be credited into Eligible New Customer s VIP i-account on or before 31 October 2018 (applicable to Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking in Promotion Phase 1) and 31 January 2019 (applicable to Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking in Promotion Phase 2) respectively. Eligible New Customers must maintain valid VIP Banking Service and a VIP i-account when the Designated Banking Services Reward is credited. 3. If Eligible New Customer fails to meet the above requirements, the Bank reserves the right to forfeited or withdraw the reward without any prior notice.

Each Eligible New Customer, irrespective of the numbers of VIP i-account he/she opened in sole name or joint name with the Bank during the Promotion Period, can receive the Designated Banking Services Reward once only. E. VIP Banking Transaction Reward ( Transaction Reward ) 1. To be entitled to HK$200 Transaction Reward, Eligible New Customers are required to complete the designated transaction within the Promotion Phase which they join VIP Banking and their average Total Balance of 6 consecutive months since the month of joining VIP Banking must reach HK$1,000,000 or above. Please refer to the table below for details. Designated Transactions Conduct a buy/sell transaction of Hong Kong listed securities, Shanghai A Shares and/or Shenzhen A Shares Enroll in any of the following Wealth Management products with at least HK$100,000 (or equivalent) accumulated transaction amount in a single wealth management product type: Lump sum subscription of Investment Fund (the initial charge levied to the customers should not be less than 1.5% for class A funds), and excluding Investment Fund switching and subscription transaction of Investment Fund Savings Plan; or Subscription of Equity Linked Investment; or Subscription of Bond (excluding Bonds subscribed through Initial Public Offering or through trading at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange); or Set up Currency Linked Premium Deposit (with tenor not less than 14 days); or Set up Currency Linked Principal Guaranteed Deposit; or Placement of Currency Switching Enroll in designated General Insurance plans (including JourneySure Annual Travel Insurance Plan, HomeSure Household Insurance Plan, MaidSure Domestic Helper Insurance Plan) 2. The Transaction Reward will be given in form of cash reward. The cash reward will be credited into Eligible New Customer s VIP i-account on or before 31 October 2018 (applicable to Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking in Promotion Phase 1) and 31 January 2019 (applicable to Eligible New Customers who join VIP Banking in Promotion Phase 2) respectively. Eligible New Customers must maintain valid VIP Banking Service and a VIP i- Account when the Transaction Reward is credited. 3. If Eligible New Customer fails to meet the above requirements, the Bank reserves the right to forfeited or withdraw the reward without any prior notice. 4. Each Eligible New Customer, irrespective of the numbers of transaction completed with the Promotion Period, can receive the Transaction Reward once only. F. Preferential HKD / USD Fixed Deposit Interest Rate Offer ( HKD / USD Fixed Deposit Offer ) 1. New-to-deposit Customers (referring to the customers not holding any deposit account with the Bank 1 month prior to opening the VIP Banking) who join VIP Banking and at the same time set up HKD or USD Fixed Deposit through any branches of the Bank with New Funds during the Promotion Period can enjoy Preferential Fixed Deposit Interest Rate. The fixed deposit interest rate is subject to change according to the market environment and is subject to the interest rate quoted by the Bank from time to time. For details of the fixed deposit interest rate, please contact our staff. 2. New funds refer to funds that are newly deposited into the Bank by customers in cash, using a cheque drawn on other bank, inward CHATS or Telegraphic Transfer but EXCLUDING fund transfer or exchanged from the existing account with the Bank. In case of any disputes in relation to the definition of new funds, the decision of the Bank shall be final. For the details of the definition, please contact the Bank staff.

6 3. Each Eligible Customer of HKD/USD Fixed Deposit Offer can enjoy HKD/USD Fixed Deposit Offer ONCE only during the Promotion Period. The quota for HKD/USD Fixed Deposit Offer is limited and available on a first-come-firstserved basis. Please contact our staff for details. G. Wealth Management Services Privileges 1.
