The booking period of this offer is from 1 October 2017 to 14 February Stay period of this offer is from 9 October 2017 to 14 February This offer is not applicable during the following dates: 2017: December, 31 December 2018: 1 January 4. This offer is only applicable to customers (each a Cardholder ) holding credit card(s) issued by Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. ("the Bank") through its Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong, Pacific credit card issued by the Bank in China, and others credit cards as designated by the Bank from time to time, both principal and supplementary cards inclusive but it is not applicable to the BOSS Card, Installment Card issued by the Bank in China or Pacific Internet card and gift card issued by the Bank through its Hong Kong Branch in Hong Kong. 5. Each room is only eligible for MOP 400 hotel credit per night. 6. Hotel credit can only be exchanged for service of equal value and no change will be given either in cash or in other form. It is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and it is not for resale. 7. Hotel credit can only be used before check-out. Any remaining /unused credit will not be refunded. 8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. 9. MGM reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at its discretion without prior notice. 10. A. Special Hotel Package 1. Reservation is necessary and it can be made via MGM hotline (853) , HK Toll Free ( ) /( ) , China Toll Free or hotelreservations@mgm.mo and mention that the reservation is made for Bank of Communications & MGM Macau Hotel Package Promotion, and provide their own Bank of Communications credit card to secure the reservation. 2. Check-in must be made by cardholders. Cardholders are required to provide the original Bank of Communications credit card used in reservation upon check-in. Payments must be settled by the same Bank of Communications credit card to enjoy the offer, otherwise MGM s walk in rates will be applied at time of bill settlement. 3. Only one Bank of Communications credit card is accepted per reservation and transaction. 4. Complimentary upgrade to Grand Studio Room is only applicable to three nights stay or above and is subject to availability. In case where less than 3 nights were stayed in the Grand Studio Room, cardholders are required to pay the outstanding difference in room price. 5. Please cancel or amend reservation 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty charge of one night s rate.

4 6. Check-in time is 3pm; check-out time is 11am. Any early check-in or late check-out request is subject to hotel availability. 7. Guarantee early check-in must be pre-booked one night in advance at full day room rate. 50% of one night room charge for late check-out between 11am to 6pm, full day charge will be applied for late check-out on or after 6pm. 8. Bed type, Smoking or Non-Smoking preference and Room location are all subject to hotel availability upon check-in. 9. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax. 10. Cancellation of spa treatments is allowed with at least 4 hours prior to the reservation timeslot. Cancellation within 4 hours will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the treatment price. 7. In case of no-show for the spa treatment, a cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the treatment price. 8. The offer usage depends on the supply condition of Tria Spa. 9.
