1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS CUTI- CUTI BSN CAMPAIGN CAMPAIGN 1. The CUTI-CUTI BSN ( Campaign ) shall start on 8 th September 2014 and shall end on 31 st December 2014 (both dates inclusive) ( Campaign Period ). 2. Subject to Clause 6 hereunder, this Campaign is open to all eligible new and existing BSN s account holders for Savings Giro & Giro-i (which may consist of individuals, joint account holders, sole proprietorships, partnerships, clubs and associations). 3. The eligibility criteria are as follows:- i. Individual account holder aged 13 years and above; ii. For joint accounts, the eligible participants will be the primary account holders. The entries for deposit growth will be determined based on per customer (CIS) regardless of the number of joint account within the bank; iii. For sole proprietorships, partnerships, clubs and associations accounts the eligibility is subject to the conditions that such account is managed by an individual; iv. Malaysian citizen; v. Non-Malaysian with valid working permit & passport; vi. Permanent resident of Malaysia; vii. The eligible customers who close his/her account(s) before the prize draw shall not entitle to any entry on such account(s); viii. New customers who open an account with initial deposits of RM200 with application of the new BSN Visa Debit card; ix. Existing customers who maintain deposits growth of at least RM100 during the Campaign period; x. Existing customers who convert ATM card to the new BSN Visa Debit Card, during the Campaign period; xi. Existing customers who spend RM50 using new BSN Visa Debit Card during the Campaign period. xii. Existing customers who place RM10,000 in Special Rate Conventional/ Islamic Fixed Deposit xiii. Existing customers who place RM500 in Board Rate Conventional/ Islamic Fixed Deposit 4. The number of entries will be calculated on a monthly basis & winners are selected based on lucky draw system witnessed by a dedicated panel consisting members from BSN. 5. The eligibilities are exhibited in clause 7.

Categories 7.1 and 7.2 illustrates how customers accumulate entries; 7.1 Savings Growth (Conventional/ Islamic) Category: No Savings (RM) Eligible Entry 1 Every RM100 deposit growth 1 entry 2 3 New account opening with initial deposit of RM200 + New BSN Visa Debit Card ATM card conversion to the New BSN Visa Debit Card 1 entry 1 entry Example: Customer s A, open a new account with initial deposit of RM 200 with New BSN Visa Debit Card and will get 1 entry. In the end of the month, Customer A has deposits growth RM100 in the account. Therefore, Customer A will be getting 2 entries for that month. 7.2 FD Growth (Conventional/ Islamic) Category:: No Fixed Deposit (Conventional /Islamic) (RM) Eligible Entry 1 RM3,000 in Special Rate 1 entry 2 RM 500 in Board Rate 1 entry

Disbursements of loan/financing by BSN into the customers account shall not be considered as placement of deposit for the purpose of the Campaign. Such account shall not be eligible for the Campaign for a period of one (1) month from the date of disbursement. Any increment thereafter in the said account shall be subject to Clause 7.1. PRIZES 9. The Eligible Customer will stand a chance to win the following prizes ( The Prizes ):- Campaign Prize Number of Winners Grand Prize 5D/4N Trip to Korea + KBS Studio Package inclusive; 1. Halal Food & Beverages 4. Tour guide 5. Accommodation 6. Others 40 X Winners: Each winner will receive package trip for Eligible customers will automatically receive entries based on the conditions mentioned in Clause 7 above. All qualifying entries recorded by BSN shall be final and conclusive.

4 11. The Prizes draw for the winners selection will be conducted at the end of the month for monthly winners. Grand Prize will be conducted at the end of Campaign Period via lucky draw system. 12. Customers are eligible to win more than one prize. 13. The winners shall be responsible to pay any tax, incidental cost and / or other charges relating to any of the Prizes. 14. The Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for goods or kind, whether in part or in full. 15. BSN s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No further correspondence or attempt to dispute the same would be entertained in any event. GENERAL 16. By participating in the Campaign, the Customers are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and accept BSN s decisions relating to the Campaign is final, conclusive and undisputed. 17. By participating in this campaign, the Customer agrees and authorizes the Bank to contact the Customer for the purposes of obtaining further information and/or any promotion. 18. In no event will BSN be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Campaign and Prizes. 19. Prize winners will be notified by telephone or post and their names will be published on BSN s official website at All winners may be required to attend the prize presentation ceremony for publicity purposes with the traveling cost or any other costs incidental thereto shall be borne by the winners. 21. The Winners hereby consented to BSN to publish or display the name, picture, and city of residence, photographs or other information for this Campaign. 22. BSN reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions including the Campaign Period, commencement date and the expiry date of the Campaign, at any time by notification at least 21 days prior to such amendment, deletion or addition. Any variation, additions, deletions or amendments to the Terms and Conditions herein shall be binding on the Eligible customers and be deemed to be brought to the Eligible customers by its display at BSN premises or by notice being sent by BSN or advertised or by any other mode which BSN deems fit.

5 23. These Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with clause 21 above, shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any promotional materials other promotional materials advertising the Campaign.
