1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING 2018 ASNB-V FOOTBALL FEVER CAMPAIGN The Campaign 1. The 2018 ASNB-V Football Fever Campaign ( Campaign ) is organized by CIMB Bank Berhad ( P) ( CIMB Bank ) and runs from 1 June 2018 to 31 July 2018, both dates inclusive ( Campaign Period ). 2. The Campaign is available at all CIMB Bank branches in Malaysia. Eligibility 3. The Campaign is open to all individuals residing in Malaysia, including Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and non-malaysian citizens who make the relevant investments (as explained in Clause 5 herein) in accordance to the product s eligibility during the Campaign Period ( the Eligible Customer(s) ). 4. Non-individual entities including but not limited to sole-proprietorships, partnerships, charitable/nonprofit organizations/societies, corporate and commercial customers, public listed and private limited companies, clubs, associations and co-operatives shall NOT be eligible to participate in this Campaign. Qualifying Criteria 5. To participate in this Campaign and be entitled to the Gift(s) as defined in Clause 9 and subject to number of available Gift(s) as stated in Clause 10, the Eligible Customer(s) is required to fulfill the following criteria during the Campaign Period ( Qualifying Criteria ): (i) Invest a minimum amount of RM 50,000 into Amanah Saham National Berhad Variable Price Fund(s) (ASNB-V) in a day ( Minimum Investment Amount ), (ii) The said investment in ASNB Variable Price Fund(s) must be in cash / cheques form, (iii) The said investment must be made at any CIMB Bank branch in Malaysia. 6. The Campaign is not applicable to funds or monies disbursed from EPF Investment schemes. 7. Any decision by CIMB Bank as to what constitutes Minimum Investment Amount shall be conclusive and shall not be challenged in any manner whatsoever. 8. The Eligible Customer(s) is entitled to more than one (1) Gift(s) during the Campaign Period as long as the Eligible Customer(s) fulfills the Qualifying Criteria. However, the Eligible Customer(s) is only entitled to one (1) Gift per day provided that the Eligible Customer(s) fulfills the Qualifying Criteria. Gift(s) 9. One (1) set of Limited Edition Octo Football Plushies set consists of six (6) individual Limited Edition Octo Football Plushies ( Gift(s) ). The Gift will be given to Eligible Customer(s) who met the Qualifying Criteria.

A total of 800 units of the Gift(s) will be given out to Eligible Customer(s); only 400 units of the Gift(s) will be given out in respective Campaign Month to Eligible Customer(s) who met the Qualifying Criteria on a first come first serve basis and whilst stocks last. Table 1: Gift(s) Quantity Campaign Month June (Period: 1 June June 2018) July (Period: 1 July July 2018) Gift(s) Quantity for Each Month During Campaign Period The Gift(s) is provided on an as is basis and is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or credit of any kind. 12. The Gift(s) will be delivered to the respective CIMB Bank branch where Eligible Customer(s) performed investment that has met Qualifying Criteria ( Transaction Branch ) within 16 weeks after Campaign ends. CIMB Bank will not entertain any request from any Eligible Customer(s) to deliver the Gift(s) to any third party address. 13. Subject to terms and conditions herein, Eligible Customer(s) will be notified by CIMB Bank via SMS based on Eligible Customer(s) Contact Details maintained in CIMB Bank s record. Eligible Customer(s) may refer to listing published on CIMB Bank Website for the collection of Gift(s) ( Eligible Customer Listing ). Upon the delivery of SMS notification to Eligible Customer(s), Eligible Customer(s) is responsible for the collection of Gift(s) from Transaction Branch within 4 weeks ( Gift Collection Period ). Any Gift(s) not collected by the Eligible Customer(s) within Gift Collection Period will be forfeited. 14. It shall be the Eligible Customer(s) sole responsibility to ensure their phone numbers and/or addresses and/or mailing addresses ( Contact Details ) provided to CIMB Bank are current and updated with CIMB Bank in the event if any changes being made to the same by them. CIMB Bank reserves the right to forfeit the Gift in the event the Eligible Customer(s) Contact Details maintained in the CIMB Bank s record is invalid and/or not updated. CIMB Bank shall not be responsible to the Eligible Customer(s) for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therefrom) suffered or incurred in the event the Contact Details maintained in CIMB Bank s record are not current or correct. 15. In the event where Eligible Customer(s) transacted in more than one Transaction Branch throughout Campaign Period, Eligible Customer(s) shall collect Gift(s) from respective Transaction Branch stated in the Eligible Customer Listing published on CIMB Bank website.

CIMB Bank reserves the absolute discretion to substitute any of the Gift(s), with an item of similar cost if the Gift(s) is recalled, discontinued or is out of stock by its manufacturer or distributor, whether in whole or part, at any time and/or to increase or decrease the total number of Gift(s). 17. Images of the Gift(s) as shown in these Terms and Conditions and any marketing and/or advertisement collateral is for illustrative purpose only, the color of the Gift(s) is subject to availability and may vary from the actual Gift(s) received. The Eligible Customer(s) is not allowed to choose or change the color or the type of the Gift(s). 18. The Gift are offered and/or provided solely by the relevant vendors/ providers, under such terms and conditions as determined by such vendors/providers and CIMB Bank accepts no liability (including without limitation, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third party) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise in connection with the Gift(s), even if the Bank have been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded. 19. By acceptance or receipt of a Gift, the Eligible Customer(s) agrees to hold harmless the Bank and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim, action, proceeding, judgment, damage, loss, expense or liability suffered by CIMB Bank and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents in connection with such Eligible Customer(s) participation in the Campaign or receipt, redemption or use of the Gift. All risks, loss or damage associated with the use of the Gift shall be assumed by the Eligible Customer(s). 20. The Bank will not entertain any complaint(s) whatsoever in connection with the Gift. The Gift(s) have not been certified by CIMB Bank and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any Gift in this Campaign be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of the Gift by CIMB Bank. CIMB Bank s liability with regards to the Gift(s) is only to pay for the price of the same to the vendors/providers. 21. CIMB Bank accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Gift(s) or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any authority as a result of receipt of the Gift(s) remains the sole responsibility of the Eligible Customer(s). It is the responsibility of each Eligible Customer(s) to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on his/her own financial situation. 22. Eligible Customer(s) shall be responsible to ensure that their telephone numbers and/or address and/or mailing address provided are current and updated with CIMB Bank. The notification and/or delivery of the Gift(s) by CIMB Bank will be based on CIMB Bank s record. CIMB Bank shall not be responsible to the Eligible Customer(s) for any loss (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss flowing there from) suffered or for any failure to fulfil the delivery of the Gift(s) in the event the Eligible Customer(s) telephone number in CIMB Bank s record is not current or correct. ASNB Variable Price Fund(s) ( ASNB-V )

The Eligible Customer(s) is required to sign all relevant standard documents and to comply with all terms and conditions in respect of his/her investments in the relevant products under the Campaign, which are separate from these terms and conditions. 24. Investments in ASNB-V are not obligation of, deposits in, guaranteed or insured by the Bank and are subject to investment risks, including the possible loss of the principal amount invested. Eligible Customer(s) is advised to read the Prospectus of the relevant fund(s) before investing. Eligible Customer(s) should also consider all fees and charges involved before investing. Past performance of the relevant fund(s) is not an indication of future performance and income distributions are not guaranteed. Eligible Customer(s) should rely on their own evaluation to assess the merits and risks of any investment. Eligible Customer(s) who are in doubt as to the action to be taken should consult their professional advisers immediately. ANSB-V will not be insured by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM). The terms and conditions and the Eligible Customer(s) are required to comply with all terms and conditions in respect of their investment in ASNB-V 25. ASNB-V is arranged or offered by the Bank and shall be passed to or affected by the selected unit trust management companies that are Capital Market Services License holders under the Capital Markets and Services Act The Eligible Customer(s) are not covered by the compensation fund under Section 158 of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA). The compensation fund does not extend to the Eligible Customer(s) who had suffered monetary loss as a result of a defalcation or fraudulent misuse of moneys or other property, by a director, officer, employee or representative of the Bank. Where the Eligible Customer(s) suffer monetary loss in the above circumstances related to the acts of the Bank s employees, the Eligible Customer(s) may lodge a complaint with the Bank s Customer Resolution Unit (CRU) as set out in Clause 42 of these Terms and Conditions. Eligible Customer(s) who are not satisfied with the Bank s CRU's decision may refer the case to the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre ( SIDREC ) and/or the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia s Complaints Bureau ( FIMM ) and/or the Ombudsman for Financial Services within six (6) months of receiving a final decision from the Bank or after sixty (60) calendar days from the date the complaint was filed with the Bank for which no reply was received by the Eligible Customer(s). The Eligible Customer(s) can also direct the complaint to the Securities Commission s Investor Affairs & Complaints Department even if the Eligible Customer(s) had initiated a dispute resolution process with SIDREC. General Terms and Conditions 27. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as consented to the Bank processing and disclosing their personal data in accordance with the CIMB Group Privacy Notice which can be found at the Bank s website and agree that all decisions fairly and reasonably made by the Bank in relation to every aspect of this Campaign, including Gift to be given away and the determination of the Eligible Customer(s), shall be final, binding and conclusive. 28. The Eligible Customer(s) (i) MUST not be in breach of the terms and conditions governing the Campaign AND (ii) MUST not be cancelled or terminated or closed or be made subject to any attachment, adverse orders made by the Court or any authorities sanctioned by laws, delinquent, and/ or be invalid or cancelled as determined by the Bank during the Campaign Period and/or before the
5 delivery of the Gift, otherwise the Eligible Customer(s) will be disqualified from participating in this Campaign and/or the Gift will be forfeited. 29. The Gift(s) is/are non- transferable, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part or in full and on first come first serve basis, while stock lasts. 30. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CIMB Bank expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all Gift(s) and will not assume any responsibility for the Gift(s) offered under this Campaign. CIMB Bank will not entertain any complain whatsoever in connection with the Gift(s). 31. The bank reserves the right to publish or display the name, picture and city of residence of any Gift(s) for advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) hereby consents to and agrees that CIMB Bank shall be at liberty to publish and/or display materials and/or information, including but not limited to the name, photos and city of residence of the Eligible Customer(s) without compensation for advertising and publicity purposes. Non-compliance may result in an alternative Eligible Customer(s) being chosen. 32. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) hereby consent to and agree that CIMB Bank shall be entitled to publish and/or display materials and/or information, including but not limited to the names and last four (4) digits of NRIC number of the Eligible Customer(s) for fulfillment or advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. Non-compliance may result in an alternative Eligible Customer(s). 33. CIMB Bank shall not be liable to any Eligible Customer(s) or any party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party) howsoever arising, in relation to the participation or non-participation in this Campaign including arising from any non-receipt or delayed receipt by the Eligible Customer(s) of the Short Message Service ( SMS ) unless the same shall arise from and are caused directly by CIMB Bank s gross negligence or wilful default. 34. CIMB Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Eligible Customer(s) that it determines to be tampering with the process, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions. 35. CIMB Bank reserves the right to substitute the Gift with other item(s) of similar cost and/or to extend, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign by giving fourteen (14) calendar days prior notice to the Eligible Customer(s). For the avoidance of doubt, any extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign by CIMB Bank shall not entitle any of the Eligible Customer(s) or any other persons whosoever to any claim or compensation against CIMB Bank for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer(s) as a direct or indirect result of the act of extension, shortening, discontinuance, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Campaign. 36. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer(s) hereby agree that CIMB Bank shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable or held responsible to the Eligible Customer(s) if CIMB Bank is unable to perform in whole or in part of any of its obligations herein, attributable directly or indirectly to the failure of any mechanical or electronic device, data processing system, transmission line, electrical
6 failure, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, any act of God beyond CIMB Bank 's control or due to any factor in a nature of a force majeure which is beyond CIMB Bank s reasonable control. 37. CIMB Bank reserves the right upon giving prior notice of twenty one (21) calendar days to vary (whether by addition, deletion, modification, amendment or otherwise howsoever) ( Amendment ) any of the Terms and Conditions herein. Notification to Eligible Customer(s) in respect of the Amendment shall be effected at CIMB Bank s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, via electronic communication display at CIMB Bank s website and CIMB Bank s branches or CIMB Bank s Currency Exchange counters where detail provisions regarding the Amendment may be provided in the notice itself or may be provided to the Eligible Customer(s) upon request; or by effecting an advertisement regarding the Amendment in one newspaper of CIMB Bank s choice or by any other means of notification which CIMB Bank may select and the Amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Eligible Customer(s) as from the date of notification of the Amendment or from such other date as may be specified by CIMB Bank in the notification. Eligible Customer(s) acknowledge and agree to access CIMB Bank s website at regular intervals to view the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to ensure that they are kept up-todate with any changes or variations to these terms and conditions. 38. No compensation in cash or any kind shall be given to the Eligible Customer(s) for any losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer(s) as a direct or an indirect result of such amendment, variation, deletion, addition or alteration of the Terms and Conditions herein. 39. These Terms and Conditions (as amended from time to time pursuant to Clause 37 shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising this Campaign. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the prevailing terms and conditions of ASNB-V and terms and conditions governing ASNB-V which shall apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions herein. 40. These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the application of any prevailing laws, guidelines, directives, notices, regulations enacted and/or any other written laws or which are issued by Bank Negara Malaysia or any other body having supervisory authority over CIMB Bank in relation to or which are applicable to the Campaign or any matters herein. 41. If there is any inconsistency (ies), conflict(s), ambiguity (ies) or discrepancy (ies) between the Bahasa Malaysia and English version of these Terms and Conditions herein, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, where request had been made by the Eligible Customer(s) and noted and acknowledged by CIMB Bank in its records that the Bahasa Malaysia version of the Terms and Conditions has been selected by the Eligible Customer(s) to govern the operation of the Eligible Customer(s) use of ASNB-V then the Bahasa Malaysia version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 42.
